What does the Bible say about the ability of Christians to be cursed? I've got some encouragement for you on that today. Also, the Rapture was supposed to happen yesterday, but surprise, it did not. So how should we be thinking about the end times? What does the Bible say for what we should expect and how to prepare ourselves. And I've also got some strong words against those who are trying to distract us from revival, who are demonizing what happened at Charlie's memorial as some kind of evil theocracy. I've got a response to that. We've also got a lot more on today's episode of Relatable that I know is going to edify you. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far. While it's been a bit of a whirlwind week, I had the absolute joy and honor of co hosting Charlie Kirk's podcast yesterday and Andrew, his best friend, right hand man. And I just got to remember our friend and honor our friend. And again, I will say what I said yesterday. A lot of people have said to me over the past couple weeks, gosh, I didn't know that Charlie was such a strong Christian. I didn't know that he talked about the Bible so much. I didn't know that he cared so much about theology and apologetics. And I have been able to say over and over again, I did, I did know that I got a front row seat to that multiple times. Got to share a stage and a microphone with him multiple times over the past few years to defend the faith and he would call out the weak pastors. And I'm just so thankful and realizing now what a special privilege it was to get to know that and to see that up front. And I am one of the people that is picking up the mic of Charlie Kirk by joining Turning Point on their campus tour this fall. I will be at Louisiana State University with Governor Jeff Landry on October 27th and we are going to be there to tell the truth and to take questions and to have a respectful back and forth. And I am honored yet again. And something that I've realized over the past couple of weeks is I've been asked to do various things that, you know, Charlie was doing before. And many, many of us have been asked to fill in for different things, speaking engagements that Charlie was booked for. Now I'm speaking for other people, are speaking for so many people filling in on Charlie's podcast. I guest hosted his TBN show that he was doing on a daily basis. And it's just hit me how many people are required to fill in for the work that just one man was doing. And my husband and I were talking the other day just listening to all the people at the memorial talking about how busy he was, how he was constantly working. And I'm like, well, yes, because God knew that he was going to call him home at 31 years old. So he knew for those 13 years that he had to be on top of it, that he had to fill in, that he had to put in as much work and as much urgency as humanly possible in those 13 years so he could get all the things done that God wanted him to get done. Most of us can stretch that out over the span of decades. But for him, he had to do that concentrated work in a short amount of time. And it's just a good reminder for all of us that God is totally sovereign over our lives, every single bit of it. And when it looks like he's just doing one thing, he's actually doing a million things. Things that we cannot see. And another beautiful part that I've known and have been reminded of several times throughout my life, but especially over the past couple weeks, is how God uses the various people in the body of Christ to not just glorify himself, not just advance the gospel to those who don't believe, but also just to encourage one another to build up the body of Christ. He uses all of our different capacities and connections to do that. And a beautiful example of that was Andrew's testimony that he told yesterday. I also heard him talk about it in another interview. And I had no idea that actually this whole exchange had this. Had this effect. And instead of explaining it, I'm just gonna play you this clip. It's Sattin.
B
Allie, you sent me. This song was the Saturday after it happened. And I was holding on to all these things that I thought my life was gonna be before Charlie was killed, all the plans that we had around the show. It was a lot. Where I was gonna live, how I was gonna live, what my family's future was gonna look like. And I was afraid for what all this would be. And I listened to that song. I had, like, an ugly cry. I'm not afraid to admit it. And I could feel myself letting go and dying to myself in that moment and saying, yes, Lord, yes.
A
Matthew west, who I hadn't talked to in a while, he texted me that song. He was like, I wrote this demo after Charlie died, and I don't know why, because I don't even know if we had really spoken, except for maybe exchanged a couple texts. And I was just like a sitting. And I was like, I'm gonna text this to Andrew. I. I don't. I don't know. I just feel like I need to text it to Andrew. And so immediately I just texted it to you. And obviously that was the Holy Spirit, wasn't me. Wasn't even Matthew. It was God working. He knew. Yeah.
B
It was what he needed to do, you know? Yeah. I mean, I'd love to release that song. I don't know if he's released it publicly, but it was beautiful. And I actually sent it to Erica, and she. I mean, I don't think she would mind saying, because it was Saturday, it had happened on Wednesday, you know, if you touched us wrong on the arm, like, we just start crying about this, you know, so. But, you know, she texted back just like crying emojis. And she was just like, this is so beautiful. So it meant a lot in the moment.
A
So for a little bit more context, on that Saturday morning after Charlie had been assassinated, I got a text from Matthew west. And Matthew sent me this file, an audio file that was a demo of this song that he wrote. And you can see it. I shared it on Instagram, of course, you know, after he had made it public. And so you can go watch that video that I posted and listen to it. It really is so, so special. I mean, the lyrics are just incredible. And you can see it on Matthew west page in its entirety as well. But what I love about that is seeing how God prompted Matthew west to use his talents to write that song, to put pen to paper, and then prompted him, for whatever reason, to text that song to me. And then immediately, I hadn't even had a back and forth with Andrew yet since Charlie had been assassinated. I had sent a text and saying that I'm praying for them, but we hadn't had a conversation. And so Matthew has sent me that. I was prompted to send that to Andrew immediately. And the Lord used that to bring him to his knees, to let him let go of all the things that he was holding so tightly to, and prompted Andrew to then send that to Erica. And that is just what God does. And how sweet is that? And I can tell you a dozen other examples of that just in my own life over the past two weeks of God using various people from all over in the body of Christ to give courage and to give edification and to provide everything that needs to be provided for every believer in their own places, in their roles at this moment, God is doing something. And gosh, God is so gracious and God is so good. And I'm just so thankful for how he is working in all of these ways. And so I just want to encourage you before we get into some, a couple other things about yesterday's episode, to pray. Pray for the body of Christ. And every single person, no matter what your role is, no matter what your realm is, has a role to play. And this unique moment and this unique, I'm hoping, moment of revival and great awakening. Everyone has their role to play. Everyone is called in some way to take risks for the gospel. Everyone is called in some way to be bold for the gospel. That does not require, require a microphone. As I've always said, you do not have to be an influencer to have influence. Whether you are a stay at home mom and you've got your five friends that you talk to on an everyday basis, you've got a job there, you've got an important role to play. All of us moms have a vital role to play in discipling, of course, the next generation. But even in addition to that, how we infuse light into our communities should be absolutely relentless, should be absolutely unapologetic. Yes, gentle, kind, persuasive, all of those things. But whether or not you have a platform, whether or not you've got an audience of 5000, God can use you. He will use you to multiply his kingdom. That is what he is up to right now. Every single one of us has a role to play. So pray for that in your own life. Pray for the body of Christ. Pray for your pastors, pray for the evangelists, pray for the teachers. I have seen a variety of people who are out on the front lines of evangelism and apology apologetics be hindered. Right now. We've got Christopher Yuan, who is a dear brother in Christ who has just suffered a tragic fall and is in the hospital and is going to be hindered for a while right now from his ministry. Pray for him. I've seen Jonathan Paluda, he's another pastor in Waco, Texas, who is an incredible evangelist who is in the hospital with a mysterious illness. Pray for him. I'm sure you've maybe seen this in your own life. You so pray for those in particular who are out in public right now. They don't matter more. They're not more important to God, they're not more important to the work of ministry, but they do seem to be in Satan's crosshairs. And Ephesians 6 reminds us we are not primarily fighting against flesh and blood. We are fighting against the prince of the power of the air, as Ephesians 2 describes him. The present powers of darkness, the principalities that are at work in the spiritual world like that is absolutely happening. That is true. But those things manifest themselves sometimes in physical ways. That does not negate God's sovereignty at all. We'll talk more about that today. But be praying. Be praying as fervently as you can. James 5 reminds us that the prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. And while God is totally sovereign, he has sovereignly chosen to use prayer and evangelism as a means by which we are supposed to win people to Christ and also to build up the body of Christ through prayer. We, we can, through the power of Christ, help heal people through prayer if that is God's will. We can strengthen people through prayer. We can protect people through prayer if that is God's will. He has chosen those things as a means by which to accomplish his perfect will. So let us be a part of that willingly and let us lay ourselves down for the cause of Christ. This is a special moment and Christians, through the power of the Holy Spirit can meet this moment. So let's do it together. All right. I've got more encouragement for you. Before we get into some teaching things in just a second. Let me go ahead and pause, tell you about a couple things. Number one, share the arrows. Let's go, let's go. Like we're talking about it's time. The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We need more workers. And at Share the Arrows, we are going to be equipping workers. And let me tell you also before we get back into it, about our first sponsor, it's We Heart Nutrition. Love We Heart Nutrition. They're going to be at Share the Arrows. Jacob and Kristen are awesome. They are the real deal. They started We Heart Nutrition because they wanted to create a supplement company with ingredients that actually work for women's bodies, that our bodies can actually absorb. You know that a lot of the vitamin companies out there, they put the cheapest chemical compounds out there that can technically qualify as a multivitamin just because they want to make money. That's not the case with We Heart Nutrition. Every single ingredient comes in the most bioavailable form. You might have been hearing about folate the past couple days as we were talking about the health of pregnant women and babies inside the womb. Well, folates, not just the fake folic acid stuff, is so important for you, so important for the development of the baby. Get your stuff from We Heart Nutrition. That's what I use. I use all We Heart nutrition products. It has made such a big difference in my blood work, such a big difference in my immune system and hair, skin, and nails. Plus, it's a Christian pro life company. They're donating a percentage of every single sale to pregnancy centers across the country. If you go to weheartnutrition.com and use my code Ali, you'll get 20% off your order no matter how many times you've ordered in the past. Weheartnutrition.com code alli so we had the incredible opportunity yesterday of not only co hosting Charlie Kirk's show, but we as a team also got to pick what we talked about. We got to create the outline, and we got to choose our guests. And truly, I felt the holy spirit in all of that and the planning and the preparation and the guests that we got on and the messages that were conveyed there. It was so obvious to me that not only were the. The exact right people to come on the show yesterday, but also the ordering of them like that was out of my control. I actually, if it had just been up to me, I would have kind rearranged the order of the guest because of an idea that I had in my mind of how things should go. But then looking back, I'm like, thank you, Lord, for knowing what you were doing and the exact order of the messages that needed to be conveyed. I put out an Instagram post that said, hey, if you have been. If God used Charlie Kirk's videos in your life to bring you to himself, then can you send me your story? I was not expecting all of the emails that I got because, you know, sending an email is kind of like a hassle. But then I. I got, I think, over a hundred emails from people telling me their incredible testimonies, but one stood out to Me of a woman named Jacqueline who had been really into the new age and tarot cards and witchcraft. And her husband started watching Charlie Kirk videos and she started watching Charlie Kirk videos. She was pro abortion. She started hearing Charlie talk about abortion. She was off put at first. And I love stories like this. When you're like that makes me angry. They're wrong. But then the Lord works on your heart and softens your heart. You keep listening and the lor uses that truth to bring you to himself. And that's exactly what happened with Jacqueline. Her testimony was amazing. It's also an encouragement to us. Keep slugging, keep telling the truth, because you never know how God is using your words in unseen ways to lay the groundwork for conversion and to plant seeds. Um, and so that was amazing. Then we had my friend Costi Hen on Pastor Costi Hen from Gilbert, Arizona. So he was really close to where we were yesterday, and I knew he could come in and tell us exactly what we needed to hear. We talked about discipleship, if you're a seasoned Christian. And then also, like how to be a new Christian. Andrew, I'm so glad he asked him this, asked Costi to explain the gospel. And it was about two and a half minutes. And we can't play the entirety of that thing here, of that clip here, and you should go watch it circulating on X. But he explains what Jesus accomplished on the cross, what happens because of our sin, what we actually deserve when it comes to judgment in hell, and then what Jesus's death actually does for us and how we get that salvation. Here he is.
C
One of the easiest ways to understand the gospel is God, man, Christ. Response four simple things. God is holy. He's real. He is the creator of heaven and earth. He's the ruler and holds all authority. He is a righteous, holy, loving Father, and that is who God is. Man is sinful. We broke God's law from the Garden of Eden all the way through until now. We all sin. The Bible says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Every sin that we would call small is still great enough to send you to hell and separate you from God. And man has one core issue. It's not our politics. It's not the amount of money we make or don't make. Our main core issue is the issue of sin. It separates us from God. So you have God and you have man. And then you need a solution. Because if we have no solution, we are damned to hell.
A
Yes, and amen. So yet again, we see God using all of the connections of believers. Kosti and I connected years ago and he's become a friend to both Timothy and me. And I'm just so, I'm just so thankful for that. I just knew, knew he was just the right person. But then he had a really good word. Also. For those of us who are seasoned Christians, we're looking at revival. We're like, is this real? Please God, let it be real. But there could also be an older brother spirit. And I'm talking about the parable of the prodigal son. There, there could be an older brother cynical spirit that is underneath some people, some Christians feelings about revival. And here's what Costi had to say about that SOT9.
C
First thing I want to tell the seasoned believers in the church is you reject a cynical spirit right at the root. We haven't dealt with this in our church by the grace of God. But here's the deal. Remember the prodigal son? The prodigal goes wild. Who was there obeying, being faithful, the other son. Yeah. And what happens when the prodigal comes back? Oh, come on. I didn't get the fattened calf. What's all the big deal? For this you'll have a bunch of people that say, oh, we'll see if the hype lasts. Oh yeah, they were all there at State Farm Stadium on Sunday. We'll see if they actually show up to church next Sunday. Oh yeah, this is just about Charlie. Do it for Charlie. Do it for Charlie. I've been serving Jesus. I wasn't serving. You'll have all of that Pharisaic stuff. So number one, seasoned saints, do not be that guy.
A
That's such a good word for all of us. Our spirit needs to be one of celebration and anticipation and hope. Yes, we should be looking at the true fruits of revival. And Jonathan Edwards, back in the first great awakening in the 18th century, he wrote something about the fruits of revival that we need to see glorification of Christ. We need to see a love for scripture. It's more than just an emotional experience. It's also about repentance. It's also about a spirit of true evangelism. People who become Christians in a true spirit led revival make much of Christ. Not much of their personal experiences, not much of their emotions. Emotions aren't bad, but all the glory goes to Christ. It's pointing to Christ, pointing people to scripture. And go watch the segment yesterday with Costi where he talks about, okay, how do we as Christians take these people under our wing? How do we make sure in our churches we're grabbing these people, sticking them in the Word and making sure that they are, you know, in the word of God. I mean, there's a parable about this, the seed thrown on the fertile soil, the rocky soil. And so there's a lot right now that we seasoned Christians need to remember. All right, speaking of seasoned Christians, sometimes seasoned Christians get in debates about eschatology. Eschatology is a fancy word that just means knowledge of the end times, the eschaton. And there are many different views within Christianity. True Christians have disagreements on what the end times are going to look like. And we've done episodes dedicated to this. Most recently we had an episode about Israel and the different views on Israel. We can link that in the description of this episode so that you can go back and watch that or listen to it. But right now there is yet another debate, it's really never ending about the Rapture. Because if you did not hear the Rapture was supposed to happen yesterday. And I, and I'll explain what this means a little bit more in a second. As a post trib premillennialist, have never hoped that I was wrong, that I am wrong in my theology more than yesterday. Because my theology, what I see clearly in Scripture is that actually those of us who are alive during the tribulation will have to go through that tribulation until we die or until we are caught up with the Lord, until we go home. But this particular view, the dispensationalist view, the pre millennialist pre tribulation view, I know that's just like a lot of vocabulary Christianese out there, but they believe that we are going to be saved by the Rapture first before the tribulation happens. And so there were all these viral videos in post yesterday saying, oh, the Rapture is supposed to happen on September 25th. And I was looking out to the clouds and I was like, yes, Jesus, I am ready. Please, let's go. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. And we're going to talk about why it didn't happen in just a second and what the Bible actually says about the Rapture and about the end times. It's very important to be talking about this, especially right now as we are all feeling this big, big spiritual shift. We know that the devil is not going down without a fight. And so it's important for us to be sober minded and be aware of what's going on and have a biblical perspective about what our responsibility is at a moment like this. We'll get into that in just a second. Let me go ahead and pause, tell you about our next sponsor. It's Good Ranchers. We love good ranchers in our home. We love Corlee and Ben. That's a Christian family owned company. And they wanted to support American Farms and Ranches, which is such a decimated industry because of the regulatory policies that we have in the United States. That really makes it hard to make a living. I mean, you could be a farmer or a rancher. You've had that land and livestock in your family's possession for seven generations. And it's looking, it's looked over the past 20 years like that could end. I mean, that's really sad. And also this has provided a backbone for American industry for a very long time. And I think we have a responsibility to do what we can to support that industry. I mean, not only just in principle because we want to put our country first, but also because the quality is better, because the meat is better when you get it from American Farms and ranches. That's what I've learned since we started eating good ranches, Good ranchers in our home about four and a half years ago. I've just been so thankful for how it's made our life more convenient, how things have tasted better in our home, but also how we get to partner with this American industry. Last night, actually, we had some of the Good Ranchers chicken nuggets, which are amazing because they're gluten free and they're seed oil free, but they taste so good, y'. All. They taste way better and way fresher than the healthy chicken nuggets that you get in the grocery store. It's just a win all around. Plus, I have a custom box, the Ali Beth Stuckey Good Ranchers box that you can find if you go to goodranchers.com Allie it's got a lot of our favorites there. Plus, when you use my code ALLY, you get $40 off. It's a great deal all around. Just go to goodranchers.com ally code ally and that's good ranchers.com alli all right. As a refresher for us pre millennialists. Okay, so we've got post millennialists and they believe that actually a lot of the end times prophecies that typically we ascribe to, that we ascribe to the end times. So a lot of the prophecies that we see in scripture that typically we ascribe to the end times and have really already happened that we are living in an age when actually more and more people are coming to Christ. That Christ is manifesting the victory that we know was already won in his death and resurrection more and more obviously throughout history here on earth. Okay, and then we've got the pre millennialist view and you've got two different pre millennialist views and that is the historic premillennialist view, which is my view. That's pre millennialist post tribulation, that we will be taken up with Christ, but not until the tribulation happens for those of us who are still alive. And then you've got the dispensationalist view, which they believe that the Bible is organized into seven different dispensations of grace. They also believe in two distinct plans for the church and for Israel. Where whereas post mill and historic premillennialists typically believe that, that the, the church is talked about in the Old Testament and that actually all of us are united, both the remnant of Israel and Christians through our faith in Jesus Christ. And again, go listen to that episode if you need more detail on that. But no matter what, no matter what you believe, especially for those of us on the pre millennialist side, that premillennialist means like before the reign of Christ. Yeah, the gosh, there's so much, there's so many details that I could go into on that that I'll try to just keep it concise. But here's what we know. We know that we are not going to be able to predict when the Rapture happens. Okay? We're not. That's like eschatology 101. So when anyone says we know the Rapture is going to happen on this day, don't listen to that them, period. Okay? God has not revealed that to them. He's not. He has not. Because God is not going to contradict what his word says. Here's what we read from the book of Matthew, Matthew 24. Now dispensationalists will use this to justify their position. But, and you could, obviously there are arguments within interpretation. But what we absolutely read from this is that we will not know. We will not know Matthew 24, 36, 44. But concerning that day and hour, no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the sun, what but the Father only. You got some people out there who are these TikTok prophets saying, yeah, I know, like Joe Schmo knows, but Jesus Christ doesn't know. Come on. Okay, so remember, memorize that. But concerning that day and hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father Only. But as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Okay, also something to say about that. What did I say last week that I can kind of see why God sent the flood. I mean, things are, like, really evil. Things have got to be similar to how they were back then. So as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, married and giving in marriage until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away. So will be the coming of man. Then two men will be in the field. One will be taken. One will be taken in one laugh. Two women will be grinding at the mill. One will be taken in one laugh. Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore, you must also be ready. The Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. It's pretty explicit in the words of Jesus right there. First Thessalonians 4, 14, 18. And this is what, you know, people in my position typically refer to when we're like, it kind of looks like Christians are going to have to go through the tribulation if they're here for this. We declare to you by a word from the Lord that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord. Yes, Lord. Thank you so much. Therefore, encourage one another with these words. I hope that encouraged you. So that's all we need to know right now. We won't know the day, we won't know the hour that hasn't even been revealed to all of the heavenly beings. So ignore all of those prophecies of people saying they know when, they don't know when that is caused to sow division and anxiety and fear. We do just have to be ready. We have to be doing what we want to be found doing at that moment, not wasting time. I'm speaking to myself, just as much to anyone else, not, not wasting time, not sowing chaos, but through strength, being peacemakers, sharing the gospel, doing what God has called us in that moment. That doesn't mean that you have to be doing these historic, valiant public feats. In that moment. You could be changing a diaper, you could be washing dishes, you could be sending an email, you could be sharing the gospel, you could be buying groceries, but in that moment, be caught doing the next right thing in faith, with excellence and for the glory of God. God. All right, we've got another theological subject to tackle, and that is curses. You might have seen this article that was going around. I hadn't even shared it or talked about it, and maybe I should have. There's just been so much going on. It's been hard to know exactly what, what to say and when. But Jezebel posted on their Instagram and posted on their website. And if you can't tell by the name, Jezebel is not a Christian site, okay? It is secular, left wing, degenerate, demonic, disgusting nonsense, okay? That's what fills the pages of Jezebel. So it shouldn't be surprising that just a couple days, I believe it was a couple days, maybe a few days before Charlie's brutal assassination, that they posted that they had hired witches to send a curse on Charlie Kirk. And Megyn Kelly talked about this on her show yesterday. Jezebel has since taken the article down. Not, of course, because they're morally against it, not because they feel guilty, obviously. They wanted to try to harness the powers of darkness against Charlie Kirk. And let this just be a lesson for all of you agnostic people out there who don't know quite yet what to think. Evil clearly exists, and evil hates goodness and darkness hates light. And so that is why this demonic outlet called Jezebel tried to harness the powers of Satan to attack this emissary of light and goodness and the Gospel. So they wrote this article and reportedly this, you know, very much disturbed Erica and Charlie because, yes, they understood that evil is real, that the spiritual powers of darkness are real, and it reportedly propelled them to pray, which we should all pray, because Satan is real and demons are real. But here's what I want to encourage you. As we pray and as we put on the full armor of God, as we read in Ephesians 6, I want to assure you Christian of your protection. I want to assure you Christian that you are covered by the blood of the Lamb, that you are covered by Christ. And by the way, if you want that protection get right with God through Jesus. And if you want to know what that means, read Ephesians 2. By grace, through faith, you can be not only saved by Christ, so that your soul can go to heaven forever and save from the hell that every single one of us deserves, but also you will be under his protection. That doesn't mean that nothing bad will ever happen to you, of course, but that you will be not under the curse of the darkness, but you will be under the protection and the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. And nothing will befall you. Nothing can befall you apart from God's sovereign will. So I'll read you some verses that support that. That should encourage you, Christian, that in this spiritual battle against darkness you are completely covered by Christ. Let me pause tell you about our next sponsor before we get into that. And that is constitution wealth. Psalm 1:1 says, Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked, or stand in the way that sinners take, or sit in the company of mockers. Gosh, that is so convicting for all of us to make sure that every step that we take, that every realm that we occupy, is in the light and for the light. And that includes how we spend our money and how we invest our money, how we invest our time. So when we are working with financial institutions that are helping us decide how to invest our money, we want to make sure that they are in alignment with our values. More and more I am seeing and have seen over the past five years how important it is for me to partner with fellow Christians, especially when it comes to these important decisions like like how to invest. So that's why you should work with Constitution Wealth. They understand that true stewardship means more closely aligning your investments with God's word. So unlike a lot of those secular advisors out there, they can specifically screen investments for Christian values better ensuring that your money supports businesses that honor biblical truth. That's so important. Go to constitutionwealth.com ally. You'll get a free consultation when you do. That's constitutionwealth.com constitution wealth is a registered investment advisor. You should review Constitution Wealth's disclosures@constitutionwealth.com to understand their services and fees. All investing involves risk, including risk of loss. This is a paid endorsement. So I'm just going to read you some verses. I'm just going to read through them just to remind you of some really important truths for us as Christians. Galatians 3:13 14 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming A curse for us. For it is written. Cursed is everyone who was who is hanged on a tree. That's Jesus. So that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith. And I'm losing my voice right now, so pray for me. Colossians 1:13, 14. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. First John 1:7. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another. And the blood of Jesus, His Son, cleanses us from all sin. So I just want to remind you, Christian, that you are a new creation. The old has passed, the new has come. That you are now in Christ. You are now covered by Him. You cannot be possessed by by a demon, that no curse is going to befall you that is outside of God's protection. You actually cannot go outside of God's protection. Now listen, God can allow you to be tempted. Jesus was tempted. In the wilderness, God can allow trials to befall you. Read James 1. God actually uses trials to build your character and to build your perseverance. We see in the book of Job that God allowed Satan to happen have some authority over what happened to Job. But nothing can befall you outside of God's sovereignty. God's moral will, of course, can be broken because all of us sin. But his sovereign will, as we read in job 42:2, cannot be thwarted. No plan of God can be thwarted. And we know that he is actually actively using all of the bad things that happen, all of the tragedy that occurs, all of these sins that are committed for his glory and the good of those who love him. That's Romans 8:28. And remember, Christian, as we read in Psalm 37, that God is not doing nothing as all of these bad things are happening, but his anger is kindling. And one day, as we just read, he is going to come back and he is going to defeat all evil forever. He is not doing nothing about the evil that occurs, but he is using all of it somehow and his redemptive plan for his glory and the good of his church. God is not distant. He is not busy, he is not idle. He is not wondering what's going to happen next. God's eternal plan of redemption is going off without a hitch. So let us remember God's sovereignty and what we are about to read. There was a part of Erica's speech that I was really touched by. And she said this. This is a line from her speech at the memorial. Even in death, I could see the man Charlie, that I love. She said, I saw the one single gray hair on the side of his head, which I never told him about. And she's talking about when she had to go identify his body at the hospital after he had been shot and killed. She said, I saw the one single gray hair on the side of his head. And you know what I thought of? I thought of these words of Jesus when he's speaking to his followers. He's telling them about the persecution that's to come. He says this and Luke 21, 16, 18. Some of you they will put to death. You will be hated by all for my name's sake, but not a hair of your head will perish. So you'll be delivered up to death. They will put you to death. You will become martyrs, and yet not a hair on your head will perish. Remember, we are immortal. We are bulletproof. Until God calls us home. Let us remember this promise from Isaiah 46, 9, 10. Remember the former things of old. For I am God, and there is no other. I am God, and there is none like me. Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times, things not yet done, saying, my counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish my purpose. Romans 8:28. And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good. For those who are called according to his purpose, God is in control. God will do something about evil. In fact, I was just reading and I apologize, I don't have the exact reference in front of me because I was reading my devoid and I've got a Psalms journal that I am using. It's from Crossway. And David is talking about his enemies, and he is talking about the enemies of God. And he is telling God, like, I need you to do something about it, like I need you to stop these evil people. Here it is. It's Psalm 9, 15. Those who mock God, those who scoff at God, reject God. This is what we read about them. The nations have sunk in the pit that they have made. In the net that they hid, their own foot has been caught. So all of these plans, all of these schemes and plots of evildoers, right now, the wicked who gnash their teeth against God and against the righteous, they will fall into their own traps. We have to trust God. We even see it right now that God's in the business of redemption. He is already doing something so good out of something so tragic. And I want to Warn you. This is what we're going to talk about next. With our remaining time, I want to warn you that in this time there are going to be those who, by the powers of darkness and the spirit of Satan, want to distract you and want to demonize revival and don't want you to look to Christ. They don't want you to look to the cross. They don't want you to love your neighbor. They don't want you to go to church. They don't want you to read your Bible. They don't want you to pray. And they are being used far worse than that historic phrase of useful idiots. That's a communist phrase used to describe people who are just mindless vessels of the terrible ideology of communism and socialism. Far worse than that, that there are people who are vessels of wrath. As we see in Romans 9. There's still hope for people right now who are unbelievers, that God can save them if he chooses to save them. And we should be praying for the repentance of people like Ilhan Omar and Don Lemon and all of these people who are purveying these awful ideas. 100% God can do that. He turned Saul, who approved of the martyrdom of Stephen, into Paul, the greatest evangelist that ever lived. So God can do anything. But there are people right now who are going to make you think that a few things. One, that what you can see with your own eyes and ears isn't really true. And so you need to go down every dark rabbit hole that exists. And I'm not saying we shouldn't ask questions. We should ask questions. But the. And the question that we should always ask is, where's the evidence? Where's the evidence? We should ask that to individuals. We should ask that to the government. Where's the evidence? I don't want innuendo. Innuendo is an evidence. Innuendo is an investigation. Innuendo is clickbait. Okay? So we should be seeking the truth there. Don't let those people distract you. Don't let them build in you anxiety and paranoia and distract you from your purpose in this revival. Don't let them distract you from repentance. Satan would love that. And number two, there are going to be people both on the right, but definitely on the left who are telling you that this is Christian nationalism, something super scary, that we're wedding state power and Christianity and that it should scare us and that you shouldn't feel deeply watching this footage of Charlie Kirk's memorial. And it's hogwash. I'm going to play you some of that in just a second and I'll give you my response. I'll go ahead and play you this first clip and then we can respond to it before we get to our next break here, Cell One.
D
What we saw in that arena was not simply faith finding public expression. It was religious nationalism on full display. That is the truth. That is my truth. This is my freedom of expression. The language was unmistakable. Take the nation back for God. Restore America's covenant. This is a holy calling. That's what it sounded like. This is not the language of democracy. This is the language of domination.
A
Oh, my gosh. This is my truth. You know, the. The Holy Spirit has been working overtime in my heart to give me a spirit of self control. Because the things I want to say to Don Lemon and Ilhan Omar and AOC and all of these wicked people who have said some of these people have said horrific things about Charlie Kirk, but also saying things like this, look, this was a memorial. This was not a state sanctioned event. These were our top leaders exalting the name of Christ and declaring that Jesus is king. And guess what? Jesus is king is what all Christians believe is what we're all supposed to believe. And that is a total statement. That is a total statement. Genesis 1:1. God created the heavens and the earth. Okay, the. All Christians believe that. Can you say that you believe that as a Christian? If you can't say that you believe that, then you're not a Christian. You got a lot of work to do. All Christians believe that God created the heavens and the earth. If God created all of it, he has the authority over all of it. If he has the authority over all of it, then he gets to say what is and what isn't, what's right and what's wrong, what's good and what's bad, what a woman is when life begins, what a marriage is, what is good and what is evil. He gets to define those things. We don't get to compartmentalize God's authority over there. God's authority is infused into every single area of the Christian life. How we conduct business and how we vote. And Christians, just like every other person in society, every other person in America, whether you are Muslim, whether you are secular, progressive, whatever belief system you have, you have the freedom to bring the fullness of that belief system into the voting booth, into the halls of Congress, into every school board meeting. That actually is a democratic process. Let the best idea win. Of course Christians believe we have the best ideas. The founders believed that Christians had the best ideas for how a society should function and flourish. If we believe that God created the heavens and the earth, if we believe that God is love, 1st John 4:8 Then of course we believe that God and what we believe about God, what we know about God should inform policy because we love our neighbors. You can't believe that God is love, but believe that he doesn't have the best way for us to love our neighbors both personally and politically. That just doesn't make sense. No, these people believe that everyone else that the secular progressive who believes their pseudo religious ideas that you can be born in the wrong body or that personhood can be placed on a a human being somewhere in the birth canal by the fetus fairy, those people get to bring the fullness of their worldview into the voting booth. But when Christians do it, it's fascism, it's Nazism. No, that is a manipulation tactic to silence. You don't buy it. All right, I've got more to say on that in just a second. Let me tell you about our next sponsor and that is Jace Medical. It's time to be prepared. We don't know what's going to happen. We're living in very crazy times. We can't predict the future, that much is obvious. And while we can't be paranoid, we do need to be prepared. We do need to be practical. You want to make sure that your family is taken care of when it comes to the medications that they need. So you need to get a Jace case. That is an emergency stash of antibiotics that you need for the most common infections that could save your life, that could save your child's life. You also need a Jace daily case. That's a year long supply of the prescriptions that you and your family rely on should something happen with the supply chain, some kind of weather of it. You just never know. You never know what could happen that would make it very difficult for you to get the medications that you need. So rely on Jace. When you go to jace.com and you use my promo code ALI at checkout, you'll get a discount. They'll take you through their telemedicine process. That's totally confidential. They'll get you the help that you need. Go to jace.com and use code ALI at checkout. That's jace.com code ALI MSNBC, which of course is a bastion of all truth and virtue and definitely should be the place that we go to to understand and theology better is telling us be afraid, be very afraid of Christians like Marco Rubio from the stage of a memorial sharing the gospel. Here's Satu.
E
What you are seeing here is a movement called Christian nationalism that merges Christianity as it's been practiced in America for, you know, centuries with a very specific interpretation of what the founding fathers wanted, what Aristotle wanted, going all the way back to the ancients. You saw Larry Arne, who is the president of Hillsdale College and a proponent of this strain of interpretation of the Bible, merge Christianity and protecting the Western civilization values into one and the same thing. It's a very somewhat convoluted argument, but if you distill it into the right talking points, it really hits you in the patriotic heart area.
A
What? Oh, no, the. These Christians are following the extreme views of Aristotle. Oh my gosh, what a radical. Remember that guy? This is just. It is fear mongering. And actually what it is, it's just like everything else. Our views on gender, our views on marriage, our views on speech, all of these things are normal. They've been normative for Christians for two. I mean, in a lot of ways, 2,000 years. Obviously, not every single political position that we hold today is relevant to Christians who have lived in other places throughout history. But especially since we are looking at the forging of Western civilization and the founding of America, the idea that you should put your country first, that the welfare security of your country should come before the welfare and security of other countries, that is the right and responsibility of every single government around the world. That's just obvious. Zimbabwe should put Zimbabwe first. France should put France first. That should be infused into immigration policy, economic policy, foreign policy. Of course, that is the God given, righteous and merciful responsibility of every single government to put the needs of their citizens first. God created countries. He created borders. They were his idea. The government is instituted by God, Romans 13, to punish evil and to reward good. Of course, that goes for every single country. That sure as heck goes for our country. When we look at Jeremiah 29 is the Israelites were placed in exile. What did God tell them before? He said, I have plans to prosper you and not to harm you. And verse 11, he tells them, seek the welfare of the city that I have placed you in. So Christians are in exile here on earth, and yet we have been placed here by a God who does nothing accidentally or arbitrarily, but does everything with purpose and intention. You are placed in this space, on this tiny spot of the universe, on this small speck of eternity, by a God who does nothing by accident. We are called to make better the Space, the sphere that we occupy. Yes, there are a million ways that we can do that on the personal level, but politics is a way that we do that. Policy is a way that we do that because politics affect policy. Policy affects people, and people matter. Politics matter because policy matters, because people matter. Politics is a way, not the only, not the primary, a way to love your neighbor. And yes, Christians for the past several centuries have believed that going all the way back 2,000 years ago, it's not that they were primarily political activists, but the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the previously exclusively Hebrew idea of the imago dei, changed the world because these Christians came into a society that measured people's worth based on their rationale and based on their, you know, their ability to reason, the Logos, and their productivity and said, no, no, no, no, no. That's not how we're measuring people's worth. We're measuring people's worth by the fact that they are human. If they're human, no matter their size or their age or their productivity, they're made in the image of God. So they all have worth. And oh, oh, by the way, you thought that was it. No, no, no. No matter how smart or rich you are, you are dead. And you're sent apart from Christ and you are going to hell, and you need just as much help getting to heaven as anyone else. You are all equally dead and set apart from Christ. You all have to be made alive by grace to. Through faith in Christ. Yes, that's right. Our king, our Messiah, our Savior, died on a cross, but he didn't just die on the cross, unlike all of your leaders and your prophets, he rose again three days later. And we know he's coming back, but we've got work to do until then. And everywhere that Christian feet hit the ground, they said, the child sacrifice will stop now. The injustice will stop here. The neglecting of the vulnerable will stop here. And yes, that happened on a personal level through the building of hospitals and orphanages and adoption agencies. All of that happened on a cultural level. And stigmatizing things like abortion and infanticide and child prostitution, all of that happened 2000 years ago in pagan, pagan, ancient Rome, until over time, as these small group of persistent and relentless Christians were killed and then multiplied, killed and then multiplied. All of those evil practices eventually became stigmatized, became shamed, and then in many cases, became criminalized. And so Christians, over time, through infusing goodness into every sphere that they occupied, they changed how the world functioned. They changed the systems to go from objectifying Christians or objectifying children and the most vulnerable to treating those people with dignity. And those people had those ideas when they founded the United States of America. And that was the belief that led abolition against slavery, which by the way is still practiced in many non western countries today. And that is the same spirit that leads us to fight against things like abortion, not just on the personal level and taking care of those babies, but also guaranteeing their legal right not to be murdered. Yes, we are declaring that Jesus is king when we fight for the legal right of babies to not be slaughtered inside the womb. We are declaring that Jesus is king when we say you do not have the right to butcher a body of a young person who is confused about their gender. Yes, we are declaring that Jesus is king when we say we don't want more Lake and Riley's we don't want more Molly Tibbetses. We want to protect these borders with as much mercy and strength as we can. Yes, those come from a Christian worldview. There are practical reasons for all of those policies. But yes, Christians get to to bring the fullness of what we believe into the public sphere just like everyone else. And Christian, if you are disturbed by, rather than grateful for some of the most powerful people in the world getting on stage and declaring that Jesus is king, then you have been brainwashed. Not everyone else, you have been brainwashed because what we saw at Charlie's memorial was God's mercy to us, that God has not turned his back on us yet. That he is showing us grace by giving us all of these people in this administration who love him and know him and want to make him known. That should make you celebrate and say hallelujah. Thank you Lord for not forgetting us when you could have get your mind right, get your heart right, don't be psyoped, don't be manipulated by this Christian nationalism stuff. Here's top five.
F
Remember that we were a collection of states and colonies and you need to read the state constitutions before anything else. Nine out of 13 of the original states required you to be a Bible believing Christian to serve in government at the time of the founding, all 13 out of 13 required a declaration of faith. Nine out of 13 required you to be a Protestant. Except Maryland, which was Catholic, which still required a declaration of faith. Almost every single one of the original state constitutions, Pennsylvania included, they had I profess Lord and Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. In the original state constitutions they say that God was only mentioned four times in the Declaration of Independence. Well, that's a big deal. Okay. Laws of nature and nature's God. The last paragraph, the declaration reads as a priority prayer. It says we appeal to the Supreme Judge of the Universe. Who's the judge of the universe? Jesus Christ, as it says in Revelation that Jesus will judge the earth on his throne. This so in the declaration they were praying to Christ our Lord as A prayer very specifically.
A
So, yes, explicitly Christian. In order to hold state office, you actually had to be a Protestant Christian in most of the colonies. And yes, when people say, oh, this founding only says God this many amount of times, well, how incredible is it? How incredible is it? I mean, of course, the very first part of the Declaration declares that we were given our rights by a Creator. We were endowed with certain inalienable rights, among them being life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness or property. I mean, even if it just said that that's incredible that we have a creator, not just some like deistic far off God who set the world into motion and then had nothing to do with it. A lot of people say, oh, all the founders were deists. Some of the founders were deists. George Washington was not a deist. Many of the founders that signed the Declaration were not deists. They were not just theists. They were actually Christians, many of them. I'm not getting into a Calvinist debate, but Calvinism at this time, especially because if the first Great Awakening was very prevalent, a lot of these people were Presbyterian. And so it's just not true that they had like no semblance of biblical faith. It is absolutely true. Now, of course, the First Amendment to the Constitution says that we have a freedom of religion, that we cannot be forced to practice a particular religion. And I think that that is. I think that that of course is true. Of course it's true. But that also is why these people going out there and saying, hey, I'm a Christian, I'm also a government official is not Christian. Is not. Not the. It's not theocracy. It's not forcing anyone to pray. It's not forcing anyone to believe. You can be a Jewish person, you can be a Muslim person in the United States, but that doesn't negate our Christian foundations. And yes, because of that, Christianity and the basic principles of Christianity, the worldview of Christianity, of having a creator, of having a greater moral order, of having a family set up between one man and one woman, of the reality of the imago dei, and because of that, having innate worth, the need for impartial justice and due process, all of which is inspired by Scripture. It is so important for those tenets to be understood by every single student. No one says they have to abide by them in their families themselves, but understood by every single student and should be the foundation of policy in America. The basic principles. Absolutely. And if you don't believe that, if you want to buck against that, if you want to speak against that, if you want to, you know, try to say that that's not the case and you want to create some kind of like petition or organization against that. You have the freedom to do that because of Christianity. You have had the privilege of living in a decently, rightly ordered society, of having rights, rights, inherent rights. Because of Christianity. You only get to speak against the prevailing worldview of a country. You only get to be a dissent in a country when the prevailing worldview of that country values personal liberty. It is because of Christianity that all of you people out there that have spoken against it and that hate America have been free to bring those ideas to the table people. But you see now things do look a little bit different. The marketplace of ideas was just shot up by a leftist who couldn't handle being disagreed with. And it actually all of these people who suddenly care about free speech cared more when a multi millionaire got suspended from his job for five days. Then when someone was assassinated for saying something that is true, Jimmy Kimmel has been reinstalled. Some left wing nut shot up an ABC affiliate. So there's officially been more violence because of Jimmy Kimmel getting suspended for lying on air than the right has displayed since one of our legitimate heroes got assassinated. I'm going to question your free speech bonafides. If you cared more about what happened to Jimmy Kimmel for five days than Charlie Kirk getting assassinated for speaking words that were true. Hmm. I'm gonna start to maybe think you're just a left wing radical and you need Jesus. You need Jesus and we should be praying for that. But you know, I do think that when Jesus tells us to pray for our enemies, that includes some of the, the Psalms and the prayers of David who said, please Lord, you got to do something about the evil. You got to do something about them. Please don't let them flourish, don't let them win. Pray for their repentance. Yes, but let's pray for justice. Let's pray for truth to prevail too. All right, that's all we've got time for today. We will be back here on Friday. Sa.

For listeners seeking clarity on spiritual warfare, the nature of Christian protection, the reality of evil, and biblical responses to cultural hostility, this episode offers rich, textured commentary—rooted in hope, Scriptural assurance, and practical guidance for Christian living in turbulent times.
