I hope everybody is having a great day and coming off of a great week. I just got back from a really cool trip. I it's always been on my bucket list to go to Argentina and go bird hunting. So for those of you that are not hunters, if you want to fast forward a few seconds, do that. But if those of you that have a husband or friends friend or you like hunting, then listen to this. It was just such a cool thing. We went to this. I went with some friends from Birmingham and different places in the south and about eight of us and I knew a couple of the guys. The other, the other few I didn't know and got to meet them. We had a great time. Believe me, there are plenty of birds in Argentina. One of the cool things about it was, is that we were there when they were playing the semifinal game for the World cup and it was so fun to see the excitement that they had. But there are tons and tons of birds in Argentina and this hunting economy really helps out their economy. You know, it's a poor country, is under communism for 50 something years. It's just now come out of that. And the new prime minister or the president, I'm not exactly sure what they call them, they're kind of called the Donald Trump of South America and he is doing some really good things. But it's a long road back there. Infrastructure is pretty challenged, no question about it. But they are, they're working on it. But if you, if you have a bucket list bird hunt trip, I would highly recommend going to Argentina. But the coolest thing about the trip was is the young man, a good friend of mine, Dwayne Donner out of Birmingham, who organized the trip. And there were eight of us. And after every meal at lunch or dinner, okay, not breakfast, but lunch or dinner, Duane would have text us some questions that he wanted each of us to go around and answer. And they were faith family related, leadership related and boy I enjoyed that part. Just learning different guys stories and you know, being able to hear their faith walk and what have you, that was just so good. So you know, Dwayne did this whole hunt for fun, but there also was purpose behind it and I that that's really a good idea and I would encourage any of you that get together for guys or girls trips if you're the one that's organizing them. Not or even if not, maybe think about how you can make it even more special by doing something like Dwayne did and having questions and you know, having discussions that are meaningful, not just sitting around talking about nothing. So that was pretty cool. But that was a great trip for me. I appreciate Lisa supporting that. And we had some good, we had a good time doing that. Killed a lot of birds. But believe me, we did not dent the population. So anyway, I also want to remind you about Share the Arrows is coming up in gosh, I think it's less than 90 days maybe from now. Yeah, that's coming up. And want to encourage you to get your tickets if you already haven't received them. I know they have some left. A few things we're going to talk about today, and one of those is Trump's speech, I think it was last week or maybe 10 days ago about declassification of some information relating to voter integrity. And you know, he claimed that China had illegally accessed 220 million voter files and had bought stolen or hacked data involving tens of millions of voters in 18 states. And this was a nationwide address. Interesting is that some of the networks didn't, didn't show it, which is very, very unusual. But they've done this to Trump more than once. And that never used to be the case if the president was going to go on and make a nationwide speech, it was always carried in the past. But our media has been so become so biased and so deranged with anti Trump sentiment that, that it's just commonplace for them to abuse their position, which I think should threaten their license, honestly, being they get these public licenses and Trump has talked about pulling some of those licenses and I think that makes sense to have an investigation of that. And here's our one on some of the things that Trump said about what they have discovered. Hundreds of millions of US Voter files are in the hands of foreign governments. Our machines and ballot counting systems are exposed to hacking and manipulation and corruption. China and other countries have been trying to meddle in our elections. Evidence of fraud has been buried hundreds of thousands of Non citizens and dead people are listed and active on the voter rolls. And yet we still have elections with no voter id, no proof of citizenship, and tens of millions of ballots floating aimlessly through the mail. He's exactly right about that. All of those things he just said is that we, several states don't have voter id. A lot of them have automatic mail ballots where they just send out them and everybody can do it through the mail. Which all the, which absolutely increases the risk for fraud. And the other thing is that the Department of Homeland Security and there was a speech on that, I don't have that coming up right now. But the gentleman that's head of that has claimed that there are 278,000 non citizens across four states. That's just four states that were on the federal voter rolls. And one of the challenges of that says, well, there's no proof that they voted, but it's proof that they could vote. If they're on the voter rolls, they could vote. And a lot of them would slip through. Some of them might be caught in the process, but a lot of them would slip through. Why are they even on the voter rolls? That is a real problem. And you know, many states, the Department of Homeland Security is trying to monitor all of this, but many states won't send in their boat or roll data for them to be able to monitor it and purge the roles. One of the things that they need that happens in states is that some states share voter roll data so that you can tell if somebody moved from Texas to Kansas that they're not on both voter rolls. That's one of the ways the federal government, by consolidating that, can make sure that there's not duplicate and people aren't allowed to vote in two different election or two different places. All of this is really to try to promote passing the Save America Act. And if you remember, we've talked about this several times, but the Save America act simply requires voter id. It requires some other minimal things that, that will ensure a greater integrity of our election process, our federal election process. Of course, some people said that the information was not, it was all already out there. There was nothing new about all that. And while the report does include many redactions, it doesn't show that voters were actually, the election was actually impacted. However, it does raise concerns about potential vulnerabilities and supports continued investigation and discussion of preventative measures. And one of the best preventative measures that we can have done is pass the Save America Act. And you know, the House passed it again. This past week, my, in fact, my former colleague and good friend Craig Goldman was in the Speaker's chair running the House floor when they passed it again. So it's sitting over in the Senate and we will see what happens with that. But I just hope that they can figure out a way. They don't have 60 votes and they can't have 60 votes. They're going to have to figure out how to pass through some other type of method, or either get rid of the filibuster, which I now support getting rid of that, or at least do a talking filibuster that would make a senator, you know, to talk for an extended period of time in order to kill the bill coming to the floor, which most senators could not, could not do that. In 2018-2020, the Chinese Communist Party policy was to leverage all foreign, domestic and foreign elements that were opposed to the US President in an effort to reduce the US President's vot, make him resign or prevent his reelection. In fact, the CIA has come out with that and there's a full screen picture of what they found. And then there's also another full screen that we're going to put up for those of you watching this, that talks about Iran and Iran. Iran is conducting an influence campaign to undermine the current president and U.S. democratic institutions to divide the country in advance of the 2020 election. So this was going on because they hated Trump so much during his first term, because he would stand up to people that they were trying to mess with the 2020 election. Of course, President Trump's claims they did. And I certainly think that they, at a minimum, put out false information out there that tried to influence voters. I don't think there's hardly any disagreement over that. An FBI chat, a chat log has agents discussing an intelligence report and how information about an alleged Chinese operation involving fraudulent identification documents and potential mail in ballot scheme should be handled. One FBI official, Nikki Flores, wrote that they were running a shadow government across the FBI at this point. Now that is very, very disturbing. And of course, one of Trump's claims is that they kept this information from Congress and from, and from, you know, the him as well. And he didn't, he didn't know about this. In fact, he talks about some of the potential fraud that we just discussed relating to mail in ballots and other things. And hopefully there will be no corrupt mail in ballots, which if you watched California and so many other places, mail in ballots are inherently corrupt. So you would have no mail in ballots except for illness, disability, military deployment or Travel if you're going away on business or vacation. These reforms are urgently needed to stop the vulnerabilities that I've mentioned. Well, that's true. We remember California's mayor race at Los Angeles mayor race here recently and what a total debacle that was. And a lot of that was related to mail in ballots and the ability, and the ballot harvesting, the ability to abuse the system. You know, I mentioned earlier that file show that, that China had voter roll data from 18 different states. And while, while I can't find the list of the exact number of states, I know that Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Oklahoma and Rhode island were included in that. So just wanted to, you know, again, bring you up to date on what's going on. In fact, there's a full screenshot of the National Intelligence council's assessment in 2020 and it says foreign states or other actors may seek to compromise our election infrastructure for a range of possible purposes, such as interfering with the voting process, stealing sensitive data or calling into question the validity of election results. We judge that Russia, China, Iran, as well as many other non state actors have the capability to conduct such activities, although it would be difficult for them to manipulate the voting process at scale without detection. Well, let me just give you, as we wrap this up a little bit, we've got one more full screen I'll talk about in a second. But people say that, well, it's not, you know, voter fraud and people that shouldn't vote, it's not that big of a deal because it doesn't affect the outcome of election. First of all, I don't believe that. I do believe it has affected the outcome of some elections, especially local elections, where there's low turnout. But it doesn't really matter if one voter that is ineligible to vote votes that disenfranchises the rest of us, because this is our most basic fundamental duty as well as privilege is to be able to vote in the elections for our country. And that should only be citizens. And if somebody wants to be a citizen, we have a, we have a process that, that can happen if you're vetted properly and you meet the qualifications and you go through everything you're supposed to go through, you can become, you can become a citizen and you can vote. However, saying that just because we didn't find widespread fraud, although some people believe there has been, it doesn't mean that it's right. We should, we should investigate, I guess is what I'm trying to say. We should investigate this as thoroughly as possible on every particular claim or allegation, because that's the one thing that doesn't cost you and I any money. It's free. But it is also a duty, and that's to go vote. And we want to make sure that the only voting that's done is done by eligible citizens of this country. There's another screenshot that shows that a file shows that China plans to sway public opinion against the Trump administration by exploiting us Social fishers think pro life and, and pro choice and vulnerabilities such as racial tensions, women's rights, and political party disagreement. So they're feeding into this. Okay. They're. All of the people that hate America are feeding into this. And those on the left are just going right along with it. There they are as complicit as some of these other state actors that are trying to divide the country and to actually punish our country and reduce its status in the world. And so I would encourage you again to get in touch with your senators about voting to pass the Save America Act. Even if they are Democrat senators, you should still get in touch with their offices and voice your opinion on that. You never know what can change someone's mind. So I would encourage you to do that.

Kind of on the same vein, but a little bit funny, although sad. I don't know if you saw the report, but there was a report out where Olive Garden, the restaurant. I don't. I think Olive Gardens are all over the country. It's an Italian, you know, kind of fast casual restaurant. It is the. It becomes the unlikely face of voter ID fight because, you know, they have this unlimited pasta bar. I've never, I've been to Olive Garden, but I've never done the unlimited pasta bar. But they have. Or never ending pasta bar. But. However, in order for you to participate in the never ending pasta bar is you have to show a voter id and it's only for use by the passholder. This is what Olive Garden says, whose name is printed on the pass. Passes are personalized and non transferable. In other words, you can't go and get it and then have your wife or your husband go and use your pass. Pass holders must present a valid photo ID along with the pass at the time of ordering. Well, obviously those of us that are concerned about voter integrity picked up on this. And this prompted some prominent Republicans and comedians to make comments about it. In fact, Senator Mike Lee said the American election should not be less secure than Olive Gardens Endless Pasta, which is true. And Robby Starbuck said Olive Garden requires ID to use their Never ending Pasta pass. But most Democrat run states don't require your ID to vote. So in America, our pasta deals are literally more secure than our elections. It's maddening and hilarious at the same time. That is so true. Indiana Attorney General Todd Rakitis said, we live in a nation where Olive Garden's Never ending pass is more secure than our elections. Make it make sense to me. Pass the Save America Act. That is so true. I mean, it's just, and of course, this comes right after Democrat Senator Alyssa Slopkins comments where she said the Save America act would make it hard for any Democrat in any state to win an election. Well, you know what she just said the, the private part outside, because that's what they're concerned about, because they can't manipulate the elections. In my opinion, if we really pass the Save America act, it's not about making it harder to vote. It's just harder to cheat. All right, don't let anybody tell you anything different. Every state has the ability to get a voter ID with, at little or no cost. And if you've, you know, and then you, if you don't have one, a lot of them will let you do a provisional ballot and then they can verify that you are who you say you are. So there's, it's not a burden on people at all. And reducing the mail in ballot, as President Trump said, they're only talking about if you're, if you're disabled or you're elderly or you're out of town or your military, you're still going to be able to do that, but just, just rampant mail in ballots that is just ripe for fraud. Absolutely ripe for fraud. So just again, stay on top of that. I just thought the Olive Garden story was a little bit funny. And although sad, I mean, it's kind of like going through the airport. You know, you can't go through the airport without having your, without having your id. And so why should we allow people to vote if we don't allow them to take a vacation through an airport without voter id? It's kind of, kind of crazy. All right, next, next topic that we want to talk about is the left's reaction to Lindsey Graham's passing. And the reason I wanted to talk about this was Lindsey Graham. And I was out of the country when this happened. So I was like, at least a day late getting the information. It was very surprising to me. And I've met Lindsey Graham multiple times. He would come up to our place where we have a cabin in the mountains and visit some other people. He was friends with a couple of former senators that are members at the same golf club that I'm a member of. And so I meet with him and spend a little time, you know, just with a group of people around him and what have you. So I don't, I don't plan, I don't say that I know him personally, but I have spent a little time with him and you know, outside of his hawkishness related to Defense, Lindsey would probably be considered a pretty center right Republican, not far right by any means. Some people would call him a rhino. I would not call him that. I think he was a very good senator. The most impressive thing about Lindsey Graham is he spent 30 years in the Senate and didn't become a multimillionaire. And that is a very rare most, I'd say most multiple people that are in Congress, in the House or the Senate, they come out much richer than they went in. And of course that's another problem, maybe a discussion for another day. But what I want to talk to you about with Senator Graham's passing was that a lot of people might think, well, when President Trump is gone, everything will calm back down, get back to quote unquote normal, which I hope it doesn't, but quote unquote normal. And we'll be much more globalist and our policies will be different. We'll get rid of all these tariffs and all that type of stuff and, and everybody will be nicer to each other. I'll just tell you something folks, lean in on this one. Okay, Turn up the volume. If you're listening to this and not watching it, that is not going to happen. The left will hate us no matter who is in charge if. And listen to the some of the things they said about Lindsey Graham, who by any account was not a far right zealot. Okay, Anna Casper, which is a co host and executive producer of the Young Turks, said good riddance in follow up comments, including on Instagram. She doubled down and said she was elated that he was dead and overjoyed. Nick Fuentes, you know, the anti Semite posted the same thing verbatim. Sink Uygur co creator of the Young Turks posted. Lindsey Graham has moved on to the next step of his journey, trying to convince Hades to attack Zeus and Poseidon. Of course these are Greek figures. He says it will only take a couple of weeks and won't require any ground troops. So kind of trying to be funny, but he was definitely Lindsey Graham Hayter. Comedian Elizabeth Booker Houston dropped off a congratulations cake at Graham's office for his sister to receive. This is the worst one. Here's what she said. I just dropped this cake at Lindsey Graham's office. Congratulations, Darlene. Your brother is burning in hell and now you're working for the devil. I mean, just incredible. I mean, incredible. Margaret Cho, a leftist comedian, said by Lindsey Graham, by Lindsay, from the close from the closet to the coffin, real seamless. Hassan Piker, a left wing streamer, reacted with lmao, you know what that means? To a post tributing Graham's strong support for Israel. I mean, just incredible. I mean people were so angry. And if you remember back that when President Bush, President George W. Bush, that the left hated him, some of the things they said about him were incredible. And also John McCain. In fact, just to remind you on Senator McCain, after he passed, his wife Cindy posted some of the hateful message she had gotten celebrating her husband's death. And here's one of them. One of them was an ex user posted an altered photo of Megan McCain grieving at her father's casket with a gun pointed at her head. Caption America, this one's for you. I mean, just crazy. And you remember Judge Antonin Scalia. He was widely celebrated on Twitter after He died in 2016. But comedian Marsh Kosher said, just to make sure I understand your argument, you want me to show respect for the death of a hateful man who disrespected so many lives. And Washington D.C. council member said, oh, ha ha ha, suck it, Scalia. I mean incredible. I mean just really incredible on some of the stuff that they said. So that's what I want you to understand is that don't think when Donald Trump is out of office in 2029, he leaves office early 2029, that the left is going to all there's going to be a big kumbaya moment. It's not going to be okay. Do not be fooled by that. We need to stick to our principles, stick to our policies. Do I wish that Trump wouldn't say some of the things he says? Absolutely, absolutely, 100%. He doesn't listen to me though, you know, but our policies is what we need to be the most concerned about. And don't give in to the left on what they're saying about the personalities. Right. Don't give into that. We need to stay strong and move on from here. Speaking of 2029, probably one of the candidates that we'll have to decide on if you're a Republican in the primaries, is current Secretary of State Rubio and he's done a fantastic job. He's a great speaker. He gave a speech here recently that is one of the best speeches I have ever heard and it really speaks out against the rising left wing violence and terrorism. You know, you don't hear much, you don't hear anything about that when there's terrorism on the left. You never hear much about that from the media. But he had a great speech about that. And one of the things that he said is the unified front between international Marxism and radical Islamic movements need not share the same ultimate vision, to share the same immediate enemy, which is us, of free and self governing societies. The convergence should concern every government represented in this room. These terrorists understand an enduring truth. Societies are rarely subverted from afar until they have first been weakened from within. Boy, is that not a true statement. Then he goes on to talk about leftist violence and the assassination of Charlie Kirk, multiple attempts on President Trump's life, and then the Catholic school shooting. They were a unique evil. First Secretary Rubio this is a distinctive and unique evil. It has always been driven by a hatred above all else, a hatred for civilization itself. It is a revolt of the worst against the best, a revolt of the weak and the cowardly against the strong and the good. It is perpetrated by those who cannot build, who cannot create, who cannot achieve great things and take their revenge upon the world for their own inadequacy by seeking to destroy those who can. This is what radical leftism is. It may wear various different slogans and ideologies across place and time. They can call themselves anti capitalists or anti imperialists or communists or anarchists or Marxist, but the fundamental character is always the same.

One of the criticisms you sometimes hear of communism, for example, is that it sounds good in theory, but it never works in practice. That's actually not true. Communism does not sound good in theory. The world it envisions for all of us is small, flat, gray, leveled of all exception, drained of all that is good and noble in the human soul. The world it envisions is a world without courage, a world without creativity or ambition, a world without heroes or glory or great causes to strive towards, without a world without miracles, without myths, without men who rise above the rest to do incredible and extraordinary things. And the world communism envisions is a world without God.

Wow. Boy, isn't that the truth? I mean, he's so well spoken and he closed this speech. If you haven't heard it, you can go online and find this. But he closed by outlining the Trump administration's response, including national security Presidential Memorandum 7, which is a strategy to disrupt Antifa and its allies, the designation of four far left groups as foreign terrorist organizations and joint law enforcement workshops with international partners, with the next one to be co hosted with Germany, framing the conference as the start of a coordinated international effort to dismantle these networks. I'll say cheer, three cheers, because we need to do that. This is a, this is a concentrated effort and organize to get rid of all the democracies in the world. Because when you get rid of democracies, whoever is controlling the government under the new scenario, where they call it communism or socialism or whatever, they're the ones that have all the power, both economically and in their mind, legally. So I hope other countries will join in this. They should be concerned about this as well. No question about it. So I encourage you to go listen to Rep. Rubio's speech and also President Trump's speech on the election information, if you didn't hear it before. Now, let's get into some, let's get into some viewer questions. We got some questions. I'm going to end up the session today on a obviously a good story note which we talk about in the past. One of the questions that came in, which is interesting question, is how do we defend Trump's environmental decisions? Of course, I'm not 100% sure of what you're talking about. So if you want to email me ronsimmons.com and talk specifically about it, I'll try to respond to you better. But I do want to make a couple of things. What Trump's administration's energy policy is focused on maximizing American energy production and lowering cost by prioritizing oil, natural gas, coal and nuclear power while cutting red tape. I think that's a good thing. Obviously, you don't want to do it to a standpoint where it literally hurts the environment. But the, you know, whether or not you're, I'll never forget when this kind of reminds me of a story when Lisa and I, as we, I think I've told you, we met in college our freshman year. We both had biology together and we had this professor and the professor opened up the class. Now, remember, I had, even though it was a public school, I had gone to a very, I lived in a very conservative area. You know, the teachers, outside of maybe the coaches, you never Heard them say a curse word or anything like that, you know, in classroom for sure. But this guy opens up, he was Professor Motoka, Ken Matoka I think was his name. And he opened up the class with this question to us, is a snail darter worth a damn? And of course it was a play on words. He was really saying there was an environmental rule at the time where they couldn't build a dam. I think it was in Tennessee because this little bitty bitty animal called a snail darter lived there and it may harm the environment of the snail darter. Although the dam was being built to provide, I believe, electricity for a power plant, you know, create hydroelectricity that would help, you know, electrify homes and businesses and things like that keep up with the growth of that particular area. And so that's, I think that's what President Trump and them are trying to do. They're trying to get rid of the, the meaningless regulations, the one that don't matter. Now if there's a specific area where you believe and you have proof that it's hurting the environment, then yeah, I want to, I certainly want to know about that. The White House says that the approach encourages industry to develop cost effective solutions like improved emissions technologies rather than imposing unfeasible mandates that risk economic disruption. And you know, there is a true social post which we're going to put up where the President celebrated in June 2026 what some of these policies have done and that's a lowering of the consumer price index while wages actually went up. Now some of this has been disrupted by what's going on in the conflict with Iran. But overall that consumer prices fell 0.4% in June, the biggest monthly drop in six years, which goes back all to all the Bidens time and it's led by a 5.7% decline in energy costs. You know, those have fluctuated a little bit since we're still having the conflict with Iran. But I noticed they were down this morning when I checked. At least oil prices were when I checked this morning. So I don't, you know, I don't think restricting fossil fuels is the answer. We need to have answers for all of the above. One of the challenges, for example in Texas is when you promote solar energy or wind energy over and above say natural gas, when you have an emergency, it creates a problem like in a very, a cold weather event, for example, where you, you can't. The electrical and the, I'm sorry, not the electrical, but the wind and the solar don't provide enough based on the demand and because that wind and solar have been able to sell their electricity to the grid at below cost because of federal credits it has required, it has caused natural gas plants not to be running. And you can't just flip a switch and turn on a natural gas plant. So unless a natural gas plant can stay up and running on a regular basis, they're not going to be there to handle an emergency. And that's the problem with giving one type of energy and incentive over the other. I don't have anything against solar or wind, although I hate all the windmills, honestly. But it needs to be on a level playing field. That's, that's what I think it says. One of the questions is how much weight should policymakers give to high end emissions scenarios that are conditional models rather than forecasts? Good question. In fact, one of the most influential examples was the high emission scenario RCP 8.5, which projected roughly 4 to 5 degrees centigrade, which is somewhere in a 7 to 9 degree Fahrenheit of warming by 22,100, 2100. That'd be the 22nd century and impacted studies and policy debates, but has now been officially retired by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change because it is implausible. So there, even the people that promote all this are pulling back on that. So another thing related to the environment, the question was, are Canada's policies causing wildfires? Yes, in a sense they are. Now you're always going to have wildfires in Canada. In fact, my Daniel and I went fishing in far northern Canada. I don't know, golly, it's probably been 15 years ago, but we went fishing up there with a group of guys and I noticed on this big lake that we were fishing on on the other side, there were the smoke coming up and it was wildfires that had been started, I assume probably by lightning and what have you. And, and they let them burn, you know, because there's actually no people even living over there, they let them burn. But one of the things that Canada has not done a good job of is doing controlled burns of the underbrush and that California, that's some of the reasons for California's wildfires is that what happens is, is in the forest there's these undergrowth, you know, shrubs and things like that. That's where a lot of, that's where a lot of the heat comes. When a fire starts, you're not going to stop a fire, a lightning fire from hitting a tree. And maybe it's starting, but the Fuel that the underbrush gives is what causes the problem. So the underbrush either has to have a controlled burn or cleaned out, and that will reduce, that will reduce the fire. Because President Trump thinks it's willful. I don't know that it's willful. I just think that is, that it's a, a misunderstanding of what type of mitigation needs to happen in Canada in their forest relating to controlling wildfires. And it's actually, no question, it's gone up since, since the 1970s. President Trump put a post up here and he again calls it willful negligence, saying on Truth Social that the cost of pollution must, must of necessity be added to the tariffs Canada is currently paying. You know, that's, that's President Trump being a little bit bombastic. Doesn't mean he won't increase the tariffs to Canada. But I think he wants to get them, he wants to bring attention to it, to pay attention. Because if you've seen some of the pictures in the last few weeks on places in the northern part of our country that the smog and everything that's being affected, you know, that's coming down. And so it's affecting people's respiratory and all that type of stuff, pretty, you know, it's pretty bad. And of course, the liberal prime minister up there, Carney, says, well, that's climate change responsibility of everybody. This has anything to do with climate change. Okay. This has to do with poor management of forest growth. That's what it has to do in, you know, in my opinion. All right, let's talk about a few more of these questions that you have. Some good ones. Should children go to nursery during church or stay with the family? Well, I think it depends. I certainly think little ones, okay, under five years old and maybe under six years old should go the nursery. And hopefully the nursery doesn't just, it's not just playtime, but there's a story time and there's something they're teaching them in there related to the Bible. But it also depends on the child. You may have a very mature child that can actually benefit from being in there. But most of the time, young children in a service actually take away from what you're there for, and that's worshiping and being worshiped too, being fed. Right. Because you're worried about getting the color and pencil out for the kid or they're moving around or they need to go the restroom. I, I would strongly support putting them in the nursery unless they're a special child that you think is mature enough to be able to benefit from being in the service and it won't distract from what you're there for as well. How to prepare for what's coming. AI question mark. Scared for family, financial future. This is a widow, single mom. Well, you know, it's certainly a two edged sword now. I think if you're, if you're talking about losing your job, I think if you're in the, if you're in a position where you touch the customer, in other words, that you are in something where, where you're dealing directly with a customer in customer relations or customer service, I think those endpoints are always going to need to be there on a lot of things. For example, I could probably do all of my investing and get some good ideas through AI on how to structure my portfolio and probably be pretty accurate. Okay. But I'm not going to do that because I want that, I want to have that relationship with some experts that are there to answer my questions or something happens to me that they're there to take care of. LISA and so there, I just think there are things that AI is not going to take over now. There are things that they're going to take over. There's no question about that. Some manufacturing things possibly. Although I was reading a book called Algorithm, which I think I mentioned before about, you know, there was this, one of these manufacturing plants had gone totally robotic and they, and they figured out it just that the quality and the, and the reduction of errors was actually not as great as if they just properly trained, you know, people like you and me to do that. So also think AI is going to be a huge advantage. I think with AI and stuff, we're going to make some huge strides in health care and other things like that. So just like anything, it's a, it's, it's a positive and a negative. Just make sure you're in a position, if you're worried about your job, that you're in a position that can't be replaced. Like, for example, they're never going to replace my plumber, right? Or my electrician or my handyman or any of that type of stuff. With AI, I may be able to do a little bit more stuff myself by looking on YouTube and watching how people fix things. But I think staying at that part where it touches the customer is the best security there. All right. Why is it so hard to find the truth about candidates running in the midterm, especially on the local ones? Because Facebook is just a bashing session and their website's all perfect. You're Right. So you, you go to Facebook and you'll get, you know, one side will just be bashing a candidate, you know, maybe the other side will be trying to take up for them. You go to the candidate's website and they're the best thing since sliced bread. I think the way to, the best way to find out about it, the best way is to meet with the candidate or either to go to an open forum where you can ask questions or you hear other people ask questions so you can draw your own conclusion. The other. And finally look at their history. What have they been involved in in the past? Okay. Where they go to church. What's their position? What is their position on some value based things like pro life. Right. Like maybe gun ownership, things like that. That's the, what I would do. But I would, if I could, I would. And most of them, the local ones, they're, they'll want to talk to any voter that wants to talk to them. So I definitely try to get in touch with them. This person predicts that Georgia is going to go blue because of the data centers. Is it, it's affecting rural areas. We talked about this a few weeks ago. What are my thoughts on that? I don't see Georgia going blue. Okay. Although I would, you know, they got blue senators. I, I hope that changes this time, but I do think that, that Republicans should be paying attention to that. And if they're putting data centers in a place where it is hurting the local environment, there needs to be rules and regulations around that. It needs to be a net positive for everybody, not a net negative. Now if you just don't like the big building being there because you live in a rural area. Sorry. I mean, I get that you may not like it, but if somebody sold them their property and that fits within the rules and regulations of what can be put on that property, then, you know, that's, that's the way it is. And I'm sorry if that has a negative effect effect on you. Maybe you have to look at moving on and moving, you know, moving further out, away from something like that. How is financially supporting foreign wars prioritizing American people's interests? Well, that's a pretty easy one. What, what we want to make sure is you have a couple of choices here. You can either wait until we're attacked and then go fight. Okay. Or you can try to fight people that are anti American out, away from the United States. And that's the position we've always taken. Now, 9, 11, obviously they came in and, and attacked us. Okay, surprised us and attacked us, and. But then we took the war to them. And I think what. What happens is, is that. And again, America is the strongest country in the world. And so we do have some responsibility outside of our borders. Plus, we want to have allies that thinks at least on many things similar to we do. So those all benefit. And we have a lot of trading partners. Right. I don't know what business you're in, but chances are you either have are in a business that trades with other countries or you bought stuff from other countries yourself. So I, you know, I think you have to pay attention to it and you have to put America first. No question about it. We shouldn't be in wars that don't matter to America, but the conflict with Iran matters to America because they want not a single one of us unless we're willing to convert to their crazy ideology. They don't want a single one of us to live. They do not want a single one of us to live. And that includes you, whoever is asking this question, and anybody else that thinks, oh, everything would be okay if we just leave them alone. It doesn't work like that. How do we encourage assimilation within migrants, with the migrants who are here to stay in the U.S. i think the first thing we have to do is we have to make sure that they speak our language. We should not have English as a second language in any school other than maybe just for a few months as they're transitioning. All right? And then the other thing, of course, is closing the border so that we have the migrants that are here, the. That only want to be here legally. And you're always going to have, I mean, just like when, you know, people were coming over early and early in our country's time and going through Ellis island and things like that, you had pockets of Italians, you had pockets of Germans, you had pockets of Irish that people are going to assimilate, they're going to want to congregate people that are similar to them now as they. As that community grows and people marry other people and things like that, or they go off to college. That's how all the assimilation happens. But we need to be pushing it. And the other thing to do is what we're teaching our school. Are we teaching civics? Are we teaching American history in a positive way? Those are also the types of things that we need to do. And then we need to get rid of chain migration, because we could bring somebody over here that's fully vetted and we need them here. But with change migration, which Senator Schumer was a big part of. They can bring almost any member of their family over with a whole lot less vetting and we need to get rid of that. How to support a husband making no career progress. You know what? I think you, again, it's fine for you and your husband to have very serious conversations and you should, but you have to do that. And not a condescending manner, but in a loving manner and saying, hey, you know, where do you think, where do you think things are going and is there anything I can do to help you? And then your other job is just to pray for it, right? You can't. You're not your husband's boss and he's not your boss. And if you want him to make better progress in his career, if it's possible for him to do something, then just have a conversation. But it has to be a loving conversation. It has to be, how can I help you? I'm proud of you. I'm glad to be your wife. You know, I'm glad that you're the father of my children, if you have children. But it has to be in a positive manner and you know, see if you'll open up about it. And what should my dad and son do during share the Arrows in Dallas? Oh, good. I'm glad they're coming with you. That's, that's cool that your dad's gonna take. Gonna be hanging out with your 13 year old son. Few things. One, you could go to downtown or actually the stockyards over in Fort Worth. That'd be a cool place for a 13 year old boy to go hang out. I would definitely recommend the JFK exhibit in downtown Dallas. That's kind of fun to, to do. All right, that's fun. If you're, if you're 13 year old, a sports person, you could take them up to the Dallas Cowboys place called the Star. It's a really cool outdoor restaurant, entertainment area. They have this huge football field that anybody can just kind of be out there playing around on with these huge screens of all the Dallas Cowboys highlights from their years past, which haven't been that many lately. But in the past we really had some good teams. But that'll be a great time and hopefully I can meet them while, while you're there as well. How to raise confidence in a child is the next question. Well, raising confidence in a child is really all about looking for things to, for that they did well and then talking about the things they did well, not focusing on the things they did bad and then Also, though, I think as they mature, you can help understand. You can help them understand that everybody fails at things, okay. In fact, there's a great book out there called Failing Forward that I would recommend that you read. That can give you some ideas on the positiveness of things. That when people fail and may hurt their confidence, how that prepares them for greater things in the future. But I think just looking for things to be encouraging them about. Okay? Looking for things they do. Right. Whatever that is. And you know, they may roll their eyes and, oh, mom, you don't know. Oh, dad, you don't know. But in the long run, those things make a difference, right? I'll never forget something Lisa did said one time, just kind of off the cuff for her, right? And I don't know, we were going through some pretty major change. I don't know if it's business or maybe we were moving to another house or someplace, I don't know. But I remember overhearing somebody asking Lisa, man, you, you know, Ron, he kind of a risk taker, you know, do you think it's the right thing to do? And she said, you know, I don't really know, but I believe in Ron. I tell you what, man, I puffed up. That just made me so proud of that. And so those are the types of things you have to do. Best way to invest money for a child who probably won't go to college. Well, again, we talked about this a couple weeks ago. You can still use a 529 plan for them if you, if you think they're going to go, maybe get a trade, go to a vocational school. School where they're going to learn how to be a plumber, welder, electrician, something like that. You could still use a 529 plan for that. If you're not sure of any of that, you just want to put away money. The Trump account's a good thing to do for that because there's a whole lot less restrictions as far as what you can spend it on. Or you can set up an account. Uniform Gift to Minors Act. And if, again, if you have an extended period of time before that child needs to access that. I would put it in a, in my opinion, what I would do with what I've done with our kids. Okay, this is not individual financial advice. What I've done with our grandkids is put it primarily in A S&P 500 index fund. That's what I have done. You have to check with your advisors to see if that's the right thing. For you to do. All right, just a few more and then we'll finish up here. Let's see. Would you let your daughter date a man with potential to grow. With potential to grow relationship with Jesus? I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, Abby, so maybe you could email me, Ron Simmons.com a little more detail. But I would be very cautious. If they're teenagers, you know, still at home, I would want to know more about their family as well as the young man, but I want to know about their family. If they're adults. Of course we can't control everything they do when they're adults. We can influence it, but. But we can't control it. Then I would just make sure that you had a conversation with your daughter, that she understands that witness dating is not a good thing to do. You're going to be unequally yoked. You need to look for a person that has a solid faith. Now, it doesn't mean that they're exactly at the same place in their faith that your daughter is, but that. That they have the fundamentals down, that they believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God. And they have. And they have been saved. And they're committed to that. And they're committed to the principles that. That, that being a Christian stands for. And you know, sure, we all continue to need to be discipled, but I'm not sure that that is something that needs to be the purpose of dating someone. All right. Feeling led for my boyfriend and I to get married. But your. Her parents, Chloe's parents are hesitant. How do we handle this? Well, you know, again, I don't know how old you are, but I assume you're an adult, so get married if you want to, but I think you need to just sit down with your parents and, and have them explain to you why they're hesitant. Right. And there we just went through a situation with one of our relatives, not in our direct family, but extended family who's. Who the girl's mom, just for whatever reason, didn't think much of our extended family member. And she's wrong. She was absolutely wrong. But it ended up causing he and his girlfriend to break up and actually probably ended up in the long run, probably for the better because they were going to be antagonizing him all the time, which would have really made me mad. I probably would have had to jump in and say something myself. So I think that you talk to them and probably a good idea, you know, if they're willing to do it, to have both you and your boyfriend talk to them and just see, put it out on time. There's no use in keeping secrets. Whatever it is, it is maybe they have a misconstrue or misunderstanding of something about him or his family. So that's what I would do. Pizza or pasta? Pasta. No question about it. I like pizza, but I'm a little bit lactose intolerant so I can't do much pizza. But even if, even if I wasn't pasta, I love pasta. By the way, I really like pasta. In fact, my good friend, which I've talked about before, Giovanni Capriglion, he's is pet. His parents are first generation Americans and so they really know how to cook Italian food and I really, really like it. So anyway, we're going to finish up right now. I just got one thing I want to finish up and it's a good story. And this story recently, just a couple of weeks ago, First Liberty Institute, which you know, First Liberty Ali speaks for them a lot. You've probably seen some of her speeches online. First Liberty guy that runs that's a good friend of mine, Kelly Shackelford. And they, they go out and represent people whose religious liberties have been trampled upon. In fact, that was just with one of their volunteer attorneys this past weekend, Charles Bundren, who actually, if you ever want to look it up, just look up the candy cane case. And he was the impetus behind that. But anyway, so they put out, they, they put out a index of states which have the most allow their citizens the most religious liberty. And Arkansas, my old home state, is number one. And a lot of that is based on what Arkansas did legislatively. They passed laws that strengthen religious freedom conscious protections for health care workers and others, school religious expression and safeguards for faith based adoption foster agencies and parents. Under Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, conservative governance emphasizing parental rights, religious liberty and education, for example, 10 commandment displays in some context and prioritizing children's needs in family law aligns with values that children thrive best with a mother and father where possible and faith shape strong families. So three cheers for Arkansas and leading this and Governor Sanders. I tell you what, Governor Sanders, Sanders could be a very strong vice president candidate maybe this time and presidential candidate in the future. She is, she comes from good stock out of, out of Governor Sanders, I mean Governor Huckabee or now Ambassador Huckabee and she's very smart. Her and Ally spent a lot of time talking to each other over the time she's had Ally up to Arkansas a couple of times. So yeah really want to applaud them. And the couple of other things is that were surprising in the top five number five most liberty religious liberty was Illinois. And I was surprised at that actually because you know, it's a blue state and I'm only mainly controlled by Chicago area. But I thought that was really cool. I was a little disappointed that our state, Texas was not it was number 19. I don't know what the issues are. I need to dig further into that as to why we got a 19 raking because I think we have pretty strong religious liberty protections, but maybe there's some few things that we're missing. If there is, then I call on my friends in the legislature to get those fixed this time when they go into session in January.
