It’s not just about hot flashes and brain fog; it’s a profound spiritual transition where we move from nurturing others to sharing our accumulated wisdom with the world. She believes this is the time we step into our true power as wise women, and I couldn't agree more.

It was so enlightening to discuss how the shifts we make internally don't just stay in one area of our lives! In my latest chat on Roaming with Restless Women, I interviewed transformational coach Debbie Longo. We explored how a leader changing their mindset at work can completely transform their home life as well.Imagine a CEO who learns to respond calmly under pressure in the boardroom, with non-conflictual and confident behavior. That same skill means they can go home to chaos—like kids fighting—and bring peace instead of adding to the stress. It’s a powerful reminder that the energy we cultivate radiates outward, influencing our business, our relationships, and our own well-being. What an incredible story I heard on the Roaming with Restless Women podcast this week. My guest, Jo Munisteri, shared how a violent mugging in her 20s unexpectedly led her to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Doctors predicted a months-long recovery, but a practitioner in Chinatown helped her heal in just 2-3 weeks. This set her on a lifelong path. Years later, at age 65, she faced another serious injury. Instead of surgery, she traveled to Henan province in China to train with Shaolin monks. For five months, she embraced their austere winter training and not only regained 95% use of her arm but also became the first foreign female to be honored by them for her dedication. It’s a powerful reminder of how alternative paths to healing can lead to the most unexpected and profound outcomes. To reach Jo: https://jopattix.com/To apply to be on the show: https://www.intuitivewisdomcoach.com/roaming-with-restless-women-podcastIf you are a senior woman leader and are contemplating making a big career or life change, discover more resources on https://www.intuitivewisdomcoach.comFinally, please LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE or leave a review if you love the wisdom these women are sharing!

Wow. I just had one of those conversations that leaves you buzzing with new ideas and a deeper sense of connection to, well, everything!I had the absolute honor of sitting down with the brilliant Dr. Susan Schwartz, a Jungian analyst and clinical psychologist, for the latest episode of Roaming with Restless Women. And let me tell you, this conversation was a game-changer!We dove into so many fascinating topics, and I walked away feeling incredibly inspired and seen. I wanted to share a few of the powerful ideas that are still swirling in my mind, hoping they spark something in you, too.Your Restlessness is a Superpower (if you let it be). The choice is ours. What is your restlessness trying to tell you?Why are you drawn to certain stories, characters, or even fairy tales? Susan explained that these are symbols pointing to what’s happening in our unconscious minds. By asking "Why does this story matter to me?" we can unlock profound insights about our own lives. It’s such a fun and exciting way to practice self-awareness!In a world of screens and AI, we talked about the irreplaceable magic of true human connection. In the vulnerability, the shared joy, and the simple act of being truly seen by another person is where we find the energy to grow and understand ourselves. This conversation felt less like an interview and more like a heartfelt exploration of what it means to live a full, meaningful life at any age. It’s for anyone who has ever felt that quiet yearning for… more.To reach Susan: https://www.susanschwartzphd.comTo apply to be on the show: https://www.intuitivewisdomcoach.com/roaming-with-restless-women-podcast

If you have ever wanted to get into advocacy, this is the episode for you! I’m beyond excited to share the latest episode of Roaming with Restless Women in which I had the incredible honor of chatting with Sandy Rosenthal, a true force of nature and the founder of Levees.org. Sandy’s story is one of resilience, courage, and the relentless pursuit of truth. Sandy and her family lived through Hurricane Katrina and, while they were evacuated from New Orleans, she began hearing a lot of disparaging comments and misinformation about the disaster. Discover how Sandy identified and fought against the false narratives surrounding the New Orleans flooding, proving that the levees should have held against a Category 2 storm (which was what Katrina eventually became before landfall). The levees should NOT have failed. Sandy made it her mission to correct the misinformation that was being touted at the time. She began Levees.org, starting with a simple website and a petition to President Bush that quickly gained traction and media attention. She understood and used the media to change the narrative to the truth - that the levees were not properly engineered and that they needed to be re-built to withstand higher tidal surge from at least Cat 5 hurricanes. narrative and how Sandy leveraged it to spread the truth. Her book, Words Whispered in Water, is in its second edition and describes the story of Katrina from her perspective. To reach Sandy: Website: SandyRosenthal.net/ or Sandy@levees.orgLinkedIn: Linkedin.com/in/RosenthalSandyTo apply to be on the show: https://www.intuitivewisdomcoach.com/roaming-with-restless-women-podcastIf you are a senior woman leader and are contemplating making a big career or life change, discover more resources on https://www.intuitivewisdomcoach.comFinally, please LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE or leave a review if you love the wisdom these women are sharing!
