"We have a creative life force that comes out in so many unique and beautiful ways. But in order to tap into it, I think we have to stop. I think we have to stop producing, consuming, doing, and just take a breath and take a moment to pause."

Our society values productivity over anything else. And with that kind of culture, it can be hard to honor our bodies' need for rest. But resting and restoring our energy throughout the day will not only improve the quality of the work we do but the quality of the life we live, too.
