He is a Professor at CSU Fullerton, has a PhD Human Bioenergetics, and is a coach to Elite athletes in MMA, MLB, PGA, NFL and Weightlifting. Andy opens up about his different approach to funding in academia and why it may have rubbed some people the wrong way initially, but has proven to work. He chats about what makes him different as a coach and the reason he is so successful with his athletes and he exposes a few myths and bad practices in combat sports and tells us the right way to do things.
