☕ Recruiting ohne klassischen Bewerbungsprozess

Mit dem Format „Coffee Talk“ können Pflegekräfte das Klinikum zunächst bei einem Kaffee kennenlernen – ganz ohne Bewerbungsunterlagen. Das Ergebnis: über 100 erfolgreiche Einstellungen und ein Recruiting-Prozess, der konsequent aus Sicht der Kandidat:innen gedacht wird.

🤖 Technologie, KI und die Zukunft des Recruitings im Gesundheitswesen

Michael berichtet von der Einführung eines Bewerbermanagementsystems für hunderte Stakeholder, den Auswirkungen gesundheitspolitischer Veränderungen und davon, warum KI im Recruiting zwar großes Potenzial bietet, aktuell aber noch nicht alle Herausforderungen lösen kann.
