One of Ben’s favorite breakfast spots in Wichita, at least until we finally get a Waffle House, we brunched at The Egg Crate! A local greasy spoon with a lot of charm and great prices. Today’s episode of Saving Room is about a local Italian restaurant here in Wichita that we absolutely love. We realize we have done a TON of Italian restaurants, but we are almost out of them, so hopefully the next few episodes will be different. A very unassuming restaurant from the outside, but beautiful on the inside, Bella Vita Bistro is incredible food at a reasonable price, and the romantic atmosphere can’t be beat! Another fun Italian restaurant that is a chain, but not super common. Also, what the heck is Mizithra?! Old Spaghetti Factory is a chain that is only in a handful of cities across the country, but if you ever get a chance to go… well… just listen to the show to see what we think about it and why it is a pretty hip place.
