In this episode we will be diving into the tides of the ocean. The tides allow their own flow to happen. In any direction they still flow. Without forcing anything and no restraints.

We will be focusing on how to have a positive mindset. While also doing a small breath work exercise. Which will help clear up any unsettling feelings that you may have experienced today. You can also do this excericise to feel more at peace.
