Josh got into real estate to follow in his uncle's& grandfather's foot steps. Josh has been in real estate since late 2016. It took him 9 months to close his first deal and he has been closing deals deals ever since. Josh operates a lifestyle real estate business closing on average 15-25 transactions per year, while traveling, bike riding, enjoying sports, and tending to his roses and garden.
