Our flights got canceled because we're leaving on the next Delta flight, blah, blah, blah. So I call like on the plane, like, as we land, I call Delta immediately and by when I tell you in.

Wait, the premiere you went to was in Perth?

Yeah. Yeah. So when. So when we. So then I. As soon as I see the announcement that our flight to LA the next day is canceled, I call Delta immediately and I get on the Delta diamond line in five minutes. Bob, they have. I called. I was like, hello? And I was ready to fight. I was like, our flight has been canceled and I need to get on on the next flight. The lady was like, sure. She's like, the next one is leaving on the 27th. Can you do that? I said, no, I have to be back home. I have a family reunion to go to. She's like, okay. She's like, well, we can put you on a different airline. I was like, is that true? Yeah, I did. I'll tell you about that. I was like, we can put you on the American Airlines flight that's leaving the same day, the same time, like, five minutes earlier than what your flight was going to be. I was like, okay. I was like, are you guys gonna honor my seat status and, like, miles and stuff? They was like, yeah. She's like, okay, Ken. I would also like to do it for my colleague Patty. I'd like to get him on the same plan as me as well. She's like, okay, done in five minutes. Done. Right. Trinity is on the phone. Are fighting with the Delta lady. Cause they can't do it for her. Jinx is on the. But they finally. They do. Trinity's in, like, 20 minutes. Jinx is on the phone for, like, 45 minutes. And they're like, yeah, I'm sorry. Your only option is to get on the next Delta flight. And then she was like, well, my colleague just did it. And she was on the same flight. She's like, no, Delta can't show on another airline. And Jinx was like, I'm telling you, my colleague is right here. She literally, 45 minutes ago, got on the phone, and they changed it for her immediately on the next flight, her and her assistant. And the lady was like, I'm telling you, we cannot do that. Jinx was like, ma', am, I am looking at her and looking at her email right now from you guys, switching it over. And then so Jinx hangs on the phone with her, gets someone else. And it takes, like, 30 minutes, and the person does it. And she was like, monet, how did you do it so fast? I was like, girl, I just literally just called, and they did it for me in five minutes. And she was gagged. And the person was like, well, Delta does not do that. Jinx was like, I'm looking at the email. And the lady was like, you're not. Because we don't do that. And Jinx was so gay.

but finally got home from Australia. And then as soon as I landed in Australia, my family reunion was that, like, I had to leave that day. So I landed at 6am into LAX. Andy came and picked me up. We went to the house, I showered, repacked my bag because my flight was leaving from LAX to Baltimore at 10 o'.

So I had in like three hours, I had to, like, get my shit together. I was like, delirious. I was so jit lag over. And were even where in Baltimore.

I have family in Baltimore, yeah. But we went to the West Indian Food and Wine Festival together as a family.

It was fun. It was fun. Can I just tell you, I don't think my family understands what sober is. So Andy's there, and again, we're at like the wine festival, and like, Andy came with me and stuff. And then like, we're saying. And then I was like, so Andy's sober. He doesn't like, you know, he doesn't drink. Because we're at the wine festival every five minutes someone's like, andy, would you like a drink? Would you like to try the red? I was like, he's sober. And they're like, okay, okay, okay. Five minutes later. What about the Riesling? You wanna try the Riesling? I was like, he is sober. He does not drink alcohol. 10 minutes later. Do you wanna try the Zinfandel? I'm like, he is sober.

That's my family. With vegan or vegetarian. Oh, so you'll have fish then? No, no animal products. Nothing from an animal. Oh, but you want to try the catfish? No, absolutely not. Well, you can have the Mac and cheese. No. Cause it has cheese in it. No dairy. Oh, okay, okay. But some butter. No butter either. No, no butter. And I remember one time one of us was like, well, this just has all. This has, like, lard in it. And I was like, that is pig fat. Come on. Are you kidding me? Like, you can't be vegan around my family. You just can't.

Like most of the time they like lived either at home, so we could never meet up at their place, but this, this guy, we used to hook up at his place because he lived by himself.
