And then this new drug came along that we didn't know anything about, we'd never heard of. It was just cheaper than all the other drugs, and we would just, like, be in a bathroom stall doing crystal meth, not knowing what it was until it started to ravage and destroy the community. And so, like, in my youth doing party drugs and things, I would be at the club doing crystal. And then I decided to stop doing it because I didn't like the effect that I saw it having on the people around me. And then I just stopped, and I didn't do it again. And I wrote about this in my bestselling memoir, Caught in the.
