Jacob
Foreign.
Bob the Drag Queen
We are joined by the ultimate twinks maxing expert. She is number one. She hopped on a kangaroo all the way from down under and skipped across the ocean to land here in Hollywood, California. She's here representing drag queens who have nostrils. We are joined by Ms. Courtney Axe.
Courtney Act
Make nostrils great again.
Jacob
Do.
Bob the Drag Queen
Do I. Do I. Have you seen you see photos of me in drag? Do I have nostrils?
Courtney Act
I have seen photos of you in drag. I've seen you in real life. Yes. You have no nostrils.
Bob the Drag Queen
I'm one of the nostrils queens.
Courtney Act
You're one of the nostril queens.
Bob the Drag Queen
But there are a lot of queens who don't have nostrils, though. It is a thing.
Courtney Act
It's a thing. It's a. It's an epidemic, some might say. But, like, queens will shade their cheek highlight into the bridge of their nose. And I just don't understand the physics. It's not. I'm not saying that it's that they
Bob the Drag Queen
can't do it because drag is all about correct physics.
Courtney Act
No, but, like, drag, like, contouring is all about like. And padding is all about. It's not about realistic, but it's about. There's at least realism. Right.
Bob the Drag Queen
Are you a brick?
Courtney Act
I do not believe that I am a brick.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, Joy says you are a brick that looks like a brick.
Courtney Act
Georgia says I'm a brick that looks like a brick. And I don't know. Did she. What? Who did you think she was talking to? Of all of the things that you could say to Courtney. Act. I'm sorry. Like, I don't want to. I know that I've got a reputation for. For being that girl, but you do
Bob the Drag Queen
have a rotation for being like the. The. The drag queen who looks like a cisgender woman. Yeah, that is kind of. You are known as, like. This is the drag queen who. People are like this. This. This a woman.
Courtney Act
Well, I used to be before I picked up you.
Bob the Drag Queen
Twunked, though.
Courtney Act
I've twunked.
Bob the Drag Queen
What made you want to twunk?
Courtney Act
Midlife crisis. 44.
Bob the Drag Queen
You think you're the middle of your life. You think you're going to be 88.
Courtney Act
Do you think. Are you going to live longer than 88?
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't intend to, no.
Courtney Act
Although they do say that if you're. They say that if you live to 20, 30, then you'll live to be, like, 150 years old.
Bob the Drag Queen
Jacob, can we Google the. The average lifespan of an Australian twink. I need to know the average lifespan of. Of an Australian. Cuz I think you're probably sister.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, y' all live to be 80. Well, it says 81 for men and 85 for women.
Courtney Act
So you're in the middle.
Bob the Drag Queen
So your face will. Your head will be 85, but the body's gone by 81.
Courtney Act
I'll just be like, ahead on some sort of AI Robo kind of moment.
Bob the Drag Queen
Live to be what's our.
Courtney Act
What's America?
Bob the Drag Queen
I gotta find out what's ours. 76 for men, 81 for women. How are y'?
Jacob
All?
Courtney Act
It's the vegemite, but you're 10 years less life expectancy.
Bob the Drag Queen
But this is not.
Courtney Act
We have health care.
Bob the Drag Queen
This is not something robbery. This is something watching.
Jacob
We're here review.
Bob the Drag Queen
RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 11, Episode 6. And at the top of the episode, Kennedy is in the lead, and she feels like she needs to be because she does not think these girls are going to give her any points because she's a front runner. I will say this. Who are you rooting for this bracket?
Courtney Act
Do you know what's odd? I never thought I'd say this. Joey J. Yeah, that's his name. Joey J.
Bob the Drag Queen
His.
Courtney Act
Oh, misgender.
Bob the Drag Queen
A brick that looks like a brick.
Courtney Act
I love Kennedy Davenport. She's who I'm actually rooting for. But I was very, very surprised to love Joey J so much.
Bob the Drag Queen
I agree. Kennedy's my number one. Joey's my number two. They're playing in her face this whole time. Yeah, I think that. I think there's a chance that RuPaul thinks she's you and she just don't like her. I think RuPaul's like, Joey. She's like. She's like. Is that Courtney? I don't like this. Send this in the back.
Courtney Act
If there's anyone who's like me, I would say it was Sam Star.
Bob the Drag Queen
No Sam Star. Maybe a little bit. Maybe. I just. But she. But RuPaul likes.
Courtney Act
Yeah, but RuPaul license. Does she not like Joey J? I feel like she likes Joey J.
Bob the Drag Queen
I feel like they don't like this because they're playing in her face. Joey J should have won at least one child.
Courtney Act
Oh, they're not winning. Yes. But the banter is good. Especially is eating. Yeah.
Jacob
Eating.
Bob the Drag Queen
I would say when I. Because I, you know, I'm watch, obviously watching the show in order. I don't have any access. I just watched it, like a few minutes ago. I don't have any accidents.
Courtney Act
Not just in order, but on two times.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, Yeah.
Courtney Act
I watch it two times. Speed.
Bob the Drag Queen
I will say initially I was rooting for Crystal. Now, I think that Kennedy. Crystal method.
Courtney Act
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. On the last. No, on the last bracket, I'm like, there's no Crystal in this method. This bracket.
Bob the Drag Queen
Originally, I was rooting for Crystal, but now I think that Kennedy is the strongest competitor in this fucking competition. Well, technically, at this point. Spoiler alert. Dawn is in the lead. Don has eight star, eight MVQ points.
Courtney Act
Who's. Who's back at one? Don and dawn and Crystal. Oh, dawn and Crystal. Bracket two.
Bob the Drag Queen
Two is. Two is. Wait. Oh, my God. It was the most boring bracket. No shade two was Crystal, and no one was Crystal. Wasn't it? No, Crystal was in two, because you're right. One was dawn, two was Crystal. Dawn and Or Mulgen.
Courtney Act
No, she didn't make it.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, my God. We are. Y'.
Jacob
All. Y'. All.
Bob the Drag Queen
Someone said, oh, oh, Courtney knows Crystal.
Courtney Act
That's a Willem and Alaska joke.
Bob the Drag Queen
Which have you done, Crystal?
Courtney Act
Yeah, but let me. Let me. Let me cycle back. Let me address this publicly.
Bob the Drag Queen
It was Don and Akeria. Don and Akeria. And then Crystal and Silky.
Jacob
Silky.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
Let me address this publicly.
Bob the Drag Queen
Okay.
Courtney Act
In the year 2000, before the Internet, right, when you started doing drag, when I started doing.
Bob the Drag Queen
Before the World Trade Centers got hit
Courtney Act
by a brick, I was the first brick thrown at the World Trade center in Sydney. Like, I was young. I was, like, doing the party drugs, having a great time. And then this new drug came along that we didn't know anything about, we'd never heard of. It was just cheaper than all the other drugs, and we would just, like, be in a bathroom stall doing crystal meth, not knowing what it was until it started to ravage and destroy the community. And so, like, in my youth doing party drugs and things, I would be at the club doing crystal. And then I decided to stop doing it because I didn't like the effect that I saw it having on the people around me. And then I just stopped, and I didn't do it again. And I wrote about this in my bestselling memoir, Caught in the.
Bob the Drag Queen
Which you sent me, by the way, which I appreciate.
Courtney Act
Thank you.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's really great.
Courtney Act
Well, I purchased your book from a shop, although you did offer to send it to me, but I would. I'd already bought it, I think, by the time you offered.
Bob the Drag Queen
I did offer.
Courtney Act
And so because of that, Willem thinks that it's wild that I had done Crystal in, like, the year 2001.
Bob the Drag Queen
I think Willem's done Crystal. She did it on my podcast. She said that she did Crystal.
Courtney Act
No, she. She doesn't do drugs. This is the thing that people don't know about.
Bob the Drag Queen
Willows on my podcast, Kane, did I make that up?
Courtney Act
I don't know if it was. No, she's done shrooms.
Bob the Drag Queen
Okay, well, I'm happy to spread the rumor.
Courtney Act
Willem literally is like, she doesn't drink. She doesn't do coke. She'll like. She. She's always stoned. But apart from that, she really doesn't like. People think that she's this wild party.
Bob the Drag Queen
Her drug is controversy.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
She gets high off a controversy.
Courtney Act
She does.
Bob the Drag Queen
She'd be huffing it.
Courtney Act
Controversy and virtue signaling.
Bob the Drag Queen
Put in a sock and just huff that. All right, well, so just so you guys know, please stop saying Courtney does Crystal.
Courtney Act
She did Crystal, Let me tell you. Where's my camera? Straight ahead. That one. This one, Let me tell you. I have done crystal, and I've done all of the drugs, and there is no need for anybody to ever do Crystal. Like, this is a public service announcement because it's. It's actually, it's not like there's. There is fun to be had from trying experience. Trying different experiences. I don't recommend doing drugs at all, but old Uncle Courtney did crystal meth, and you don't need to.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, Jacob, throw our crystal away. We're going to do it after this show and honor you. Okay, can I talk about something? Jasmine Kennedy is crying, and there's something in me that is triggered when a white woman is crying. I do not feel sympathy.
Courtney Act
No. Well, no, it's not all white women. It's just Jasmine Kennedy.
Bob the Drag Queen
When a white woman's crying, it just makes me angry. I get so irritated, and I'm just like, bitch, stop crying. Yeah, stop. I don't know why. It drives me crazy. It really makes me angry. And also, Jasmine, I saw what you said at Roscoe's. I like you. I, I. Jasmine was like, Bob's always like, I just want to be liked. And like, Jasmine, you have the like of every contestant in your bracket.
Courtney Act
Does she?
Bob the Drag Queen
And they all voted for.
Courtney Act
Well, yeah, but I feel like they. Every time Jasmine Kennedy speaks, they cut to somebody else going.
Bob the Drag Queen
But I think maybe because she's an annoying little sister.
Courtney Act
You know what I mean?
Bob the Drag Queen
Like, like you love her, but she's just an annoying little. And she knows she's annoying. She said it. She's like, I've annoyed everyone here. I can be quite annoying, too.
Courtney Act
She's less annoying than she was on her season, which, Which. So that's progress.
Bob the Drag Queen
Which says a lot. If You've not watched her season, people. Someone who hasn't watched, he's like, how is she less annoying?
Courtney Act
Significantly.
Bob the Drag Queen
But I do like you, and I'm gonna do a review of your episode of the Rapping Rose because you did a really good job. That being said, stop fucking crying. It drives me fucking crazy. And Hershey agree her. She is not moved by her tears. Hershey is so over it.
Courtney Act
Do you think that as a black person, it's white lady tears that you're so often confronted with when you're having a situation?
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, so I did not grow up around white people.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
I did not really meet white people. I went to college. And then that's when I first encountered true white lady tears. And I was like, first of all, white lady tears are dangerous. White lady tears will galvanize. I love that word we talk about that will galvanize people. We must offend this tiny white woman who's upset this. Who's upset this white woman. You know what I mean?
Courtney Act
But even when a white woman is crying in like, in sympathy for racism, where they're pulling story away from the subject and making it about themselves, yes,
Bob the Drag Queen
it is fucking annoying. That being said, Jasmine, I know what Jasmine does constantly. Not about race, but she's on moans. This her words. She said the hormones make her emotional.
Courtney Act
Wow. So you're saying that hormones make women emotional and you're saying that women are more emotional and that's why they'll never be president. Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
I think hormones are the cause for all of our emotions. Who's the president? Is there a prime minister or a president?
Courtney Act
Prime minister.
Bob the Drag Queen
And who is it?
Courtney Act
His name is Anthony Albanese. He's progressive, but he sounds cunty.
Bob the Drag Queen
Albanese. But we have a Albanese to the Anthony Albanese. Anthony Albanese to the C to the Ow. Anthony. Oh, he does not look.
Courtney Act
He doesn't look.
Bob the Drag Queen
Not look cunt.
Courtney Act
But he has been marching in the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras since like the 90s or the 80s, long before he was prime minister.
Bob the Drag Queen
Do it in heels.
Courtney Act
Do it in heels, Anthony. And do you know what I just did in my head? I decided to edit because I was going to talk about a political contestant to him who is sort of Trumpish. And I thought, no, I'm not going to give that person any airtime because that's where we went wrong last time with him.
Bob the Drag Queen
Exactly. Exactly. Also, when Jacob does this, it means we're.
Courtney Act
We're. Oh, I know. And that's when you go, Anthony Albanese. Anthony Albanese.
Bob the Drag Queen
Anthony Albanese. Let's talk about the points. So Joey. Jasmine gives her point to Joey J. Because she said she thought that she would be in the top, which, by the way, I agree. Well, I don't know.
Courtney Act
Wait, what was last week?
Bob the Drag Queen
The rapping? I don't know. Joy. Well, I think that Hershey and Kennedy both did a really good job. And Joey, everyone did a good job.
Courtney Act
They did.
Bob the Drag Queen
Except. Except Sugarcane.
Courtney Act
Except Sugarcane.
Bob the Drag Queen
Do you think I want to be nice? I'll say it twice. I'm so nice, I'll say it twice.
Courtney Act
They seemed to have. No, she didn't even say thrice. There was an opportunity for her to say thrice and she didn't.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
Did you notice that all of their raps felt. They didn't feel like they had individual writers from the real world? Right. It almost felt like there was someone there who was helping them be better.
Bob the Drag Queen
I actually helped Joey Jane write hers.
Courtney Act
Oh, okay. Did you?
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
That's why it's so good.
Bob the Drag Queen
I wrote. I wrote. I wrote the lyric that said something about not one title holder. Sugar cane, can you move? All I see is them shoulders. And then I heard Jasmine, you try to do a flip, but you really did a flop. Kennedy slowed down. I think I heard your hip hop. And then I think I also wrote that was like, it's time to go. I hope it won't be missed. But seriously, Rue, who the is this? I was really proud of that one.
Courtney Act
Have you said that before? Did you say that last week?
Bob the Drag Queen
No, I wasn't on the show last week. Trinity was on the show last week. Yeah. Whenever I leave, the views go down, so I had to come back.
Courtney Act
Way to undermine Joey's creativity and performance, though.
Bob the Drag Queen
No, we collabed. Joey J. Reached out to me, and we collab together. I think Joey recognizes her strengths.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
And she is a great performer.
Courtney Act
And she recognizes your strengths.
Bob the Drag Queen
Exactly. And, you know, if she did the gig I did last night, she wouldn't be limping today. Let's say that.
Courtney Act
There you go.
Bob the Drag Queen
Sam gives her point to Sugarcane. She says she's been kind to her. She's been kind. And she's her mom's favorite drag queen. Plus, she wants to. Then in her interview, she says, plus, I want to get my point back.
Courtney Act
I would like to raise something here. Does anybody believe that Sam Star's mom has ever said Sugarcane is her favorite drag queen? Or is this just manipulation?
Bob the Drag Queen
I mean, I think it's a little bit of manipulation going on, but also random poll. Random, like, random pull. Like my. Your Favorite. Not that Sugan can't be someone's favorite drag queen, but I think it's that, like, that Sugar Cane is Sam Star's mom's favorite drag queen.
Courtney Act
I smell a rap is wild.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, but Sam's mom seemed like a who watches a lot of Drag Race.
Courtney Act
Yeah, that's true. Doesn't she come to the gigs with her and stuff like that?
Bob the Drag Queen
She with the gigs?
Courtney Act
Yeah. Maybe she met her IRL and had a lovely experience.
Bob the Drag Queen
That's what it was. They weren't on the same season.
Jacob
I don't know.
Bob the Drag Queen
No, she was on season with Silky. She was on season 11. Because I remember my favorite. One of my favorite Untuck moments I talk about all the time is Raja going off on plastique. And then Sugar goes says something, and then Roger turns her and goes. It's such an iconic moment. Sugarcane gives her point to Sam because she wants to stick by her word, which we found out later she strongly regrets.
Courtney Act
She does strongly regret. Joey J gives you feels she was taken advantage of in that moment.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, and I think she was.
Courtney Act
I think she was for one hundo
Bob the Drag Queen
p. Yeah, one hundo P. Joey J gives her point to Jasmine because it's based on critiques.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
And then. And then. And then they suga immediately interviews. Like, I feel like I got taken advantage of. Like, I should have gave my point to Joey J. And if she would have Joey J. Well, no, because Joey J probably didn't stand a chance because we're gonna get to what's going on with Joey J. Dude, these.
Courtney Act
What do you think about points? I don't like. I don't watch Survivor, so this whole idea of, like, points giving is unfamiliar to me, and I don't know if I like it.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I think it's interesting. I think it adds an element of Survivor esque to the competition, which I do like, but I. I like the drama of it, but I do wish they made it more intense. Like, when you do it on stage, to me, that is better than letting you, like, see who does what and then deciding where your point goes and who has to go first. Who decided who goes first?
Courtney Act
I mean, I'm not going first, but Survivor's about strategy. Drag Race is about talent. And I guess the thing that I feel undermines the show is that I want the most talented queen to get through. And this adds jeopardy, which is good. But, like, I also. They're actually also good that it's almost like splitting hairs.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I will say All Stars lately has been a competition about Social game and talent, whereas drag race is just talent, obviously through the lens of RuPaul and how in her. You know, the way she adjudicates and All Stars, you kind of have to be nice.
Courtney Act
Yeah. Which Is that a good thing?
Bob the Drag Queen
It's more interesting to watch. It wouldn't make me want to compete because I'm not terribly nice, so I don't think I would get any points.
Courtney Act
I try to be nice, but then I end up not being nice, apparently.
Bob the Drag Queen
Are you a bitch?
Courtney Act
I don't think I am.
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't think you're either. One of my favorite nights ever was. Was with you in New York City at that.
Courtney Act
At Dinah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
That was the night we met.
Bob the Drag Queen
That was the night we met, where this guy. I have a video of someone walking to you and going. Thinking you're Derek Barry. And like, you're. You're like, say. They're like, Derrick, be like, yes, that is me with full straight. Absolutely me, Derrick Berry by Ms. Britney Spears in p. Just in case you're
Courtney Act
wondering, that was Bob's Australian accent.
Bob the Drag Queen
And.
Courtney Act
And how's your American via New Zealand.
Bob the Drag Queen
And how's your American accent?
Courtney Act
Would you like me to speak in an American accent for the rest of the interview?
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, fuck you. The next day, Sugarcane announces that she has made a huge. She, like, had a revelation on her podium. I've been taking advantage of.
Courtney Act
Went home, had a wank, and in her post, nut clarity was like, I've been taken advantage of.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. She's very livid. She's very upset. And then she gets a little spicy because Jasmine Kennedy tries to talk on top and she goes, I want to finish. I love. I love Abbot.
Courtney Act
I don't think I've ever said that in my entire life.
Bob the Drag Queen
I'm going to finish her.
Courtney Act
Well, I've said I'm going to finish, but that's different. But, like, I've never. I've never said, like, let me finish to somebody. Let them talk over me, I guess. Or maybe they wouldn't dare. I don't know what it is. I don't think I've ever been in a heated conversation except with Willem. We did have a fight on tour once that Kane caught on video where Willem said something and I replied, that's a trained monkey response from a sociopath who's learned how to synthesize empathy for the sake of, like, appearance or something like that. I was like, slay.
Bob the Drag Queen
And what did Will do?
Courtney Act
What did Willem do? Kane?
Bob the Drag Queen
Does anyone like the type to just start swinging? Oh, yeah, like joking or like, it
Courtney Act
then became a joke. Oh, which is the. Which. Which means I won.
Bob the Drag Queen
You ate. You gathered. You gathered.
Jacob
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
You don't seem like someone who yells at people. Like, if someone's young, you'd be like, well, this seems a little bit. Seems like you're angry.
Courtney Act
Seems unnecessary.
Jacob
Seems.
Bob the Drag Queen
This seems.
Courtney Act
Why don't we use our words?
Bob the Drag Queen
Sam does not feel guilty about what Sugarcane says. She doesn't. She does not give a good goddamn. And. And then Jasmine was like, I. I'm gonna talk now. I'm gonna talk now. I was like, oh, I love this. I love when the girlies.
Courtney Act
It's good tv.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's. I love it. It's good. To me, that is fucking great shit. But then it ends pretty quickly when RuPaul comes in and announces that they're going to be doing lip syncs to footage from or audio from the RuPaul Show. Did you watch RuPaul Show?
Courtney Act
I mean, we didn't have the RuPaul show at the time, but I've watched it online, and you know what? I think this challenge is important because RuPaul hosted a talk show on VH1 in the 90s with all of the. There was 100 episodes with all of these amazing guests, and the kids today don't know this. And there was something truly groundbreaking about that, like, credit where credit's due.
Bob the Drag Queen
And she had 100 fucking episodes.
Courtney Act
100 episodes. That's a lot.
Bob the Drag Queen
That's about 93 more than she had on her second talk show.
Courtney Act
Yeah. Wait, she had a second talk show?
Bob the Drag Queen
You had a second talk show? Yeah.
Courtney Act
Where? When?
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, my God, 2020.
Courtney Act
Oh, when she was, like, filling in, doing the summer for.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, it was like. It was like. It was like a test run.
Courtney Act
Drew Barrymore. It was around that.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. But it was like her own show.
Jacob
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
And it was like, in 2020. It was called 2019. It's called RuPaul.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. How many episodes did we get?
Jacob
15.
Bob the Drag Queen
15. Honestly, not bad.
Courtney Act
She had Matt Boma as the final guest, who, interestingly, is the blueprint for the looks maxing community of how they want to look. Because he's got the perfect symmetry of this, like, algorithm of his face. So I love that all of them are responding like a homo. Yeah, he's hot.
Bob the Drag Queen
Would you smash?
Courtney Act
Yeah, of course.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's supposed to get in your panties. What do you got to do?
Courtney Act
Honestly, it's about the. The. The charm and the chemistry.
Bob the Drag Queen
Are you slutty?
Courtney Act
No, I'm not like, dark room slutty or Like, I've been to them and like. Like this summer, I've been to a sauna and I've been to a dark room. And both times I was just a
Bob the Drag Queen
bit like, that's kind of a buzzkill. Not gonna lie.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Someone in the dark room.
Courtney Act
Like, no, I know. I tried giving myself over to the dark room. And then I was just like, nah.
Bob the Drag Queen
They were like, you gotta go. We're in here. Yeah, so. So here's what happens. Sam Star gets Anna Nicole Smith. Kennedy gets Eartha Kid. Jasmine Kennedy gets Tammy Faye. Sugarcane gets Cher. Joey J gets bea Arthur Hershey LaCour. Jatay gets Patti LaBelle. Who would you want?
Courtney Act
Do you think that they. They were allocated, or do you think there was a bigger list and they selected who they wanted?
Bob the Drag Queen
They were given these because they. Because I. I imagine that because Drag Race has changed, and I've not done drag race in 10 years. And you. Even longer than that.
Courtney Act
When you did season six, we filmed in 2013.
Bob the Drag Queen
So back in. Back in my day, they were not providing any outfits for you for anything. Now they have, like, a seamstress or. Or a costume design on. On set. Who, like, gives them costume?
Courtney Act
So you don't think that they. You think they were provided these outfits?
Bob the Drag Queen
I mean, possibly. Possibly.
Courtney Act
Because I thought they're wearing the outfits that the person wore in the interview. They obviously knew about this before, which is. They had time to learn.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. I'm not sure which one it is. If you're one of the girls in this bracket, please comment below and let us know what it is, because we actually don't know.
Courtney Act
Well, I obviously would have chosen Earth. A kid.
Bob the Drag Queen
You probably could do a good Earth again.
Courtney Act
I covered all my. I couldn't do it. Do you know Pe Dry.
Jacob
I.
Courtney Act
This is as good as I can get. Teatro Tro Tro.
Bob the Drag Queen
Now make the wrong. Yeah, that's not good.
Courtney Act
During the Snatch Game walkthrough, I can. During the Snatch Game walkthrough on season six, Ru said to me, didn't make the air. Ru said, and who are you going to do, Courtney? And I said, well, I've been tossing up between Whoopi Goldberg and Marlee Matlin. And she was like. And I was like, but I've decided to go with Fran Drescher.
Bob the Drag Queen
That is really funny, right? That is actually very funny.
Courtney Act
They edited out. Oh, my goodness.
Bob the Drag Queen
They didn't want you to be good. They don't want you to be great.
Courtney Act
They didn't.
Bob the Drag Queen
They didn't want you to be great. I would want to get. I feel like I would want to get Eartha Kitt or Cher.
Courtney Act
Cher would be a good one.
Jacob
Right.
Bob the Drag Queen
And unfortunately, it went to Sugarcane, who did not do great.
Courtney Act
Dorothy would be hot.
Bob the Drag Queen
G pointed out that they critiqued Hershey's look, which would imply that they didn't support. Imply them that. That does not imply that. Because Drag Race will throw you, like. And your look is ass. Drag Race will fully be like, provide. Because. Because Drag Race provided a wig for me to wear during the wizard of Oz challenge. The ugliest wig I've ever seen. I chose not to wear it, but I knew they would try to read me down for that little shitty little wig they gave me. And then I ended up almost in the bottom of that challenge.
Courtney Act
Anyway, I also said Dorothy, but Bea Arthur.
Bob the Drag Queen
It was Anna Nicole, Eartha Kitt, Tammy Faye.
Jacob
Share.
Bob the Drag Queen
Bea Arthur, Pettlabelle.
Jacob
Ah.
Courtney Act
I mean, Tammy Faye's cute. She's got a fun energy. You would do a good Tammy Faye.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, I see that for you. I feel like you would do a pretty good Tammy Faye, actually. Yeah. Kennedy does RuPaul's laugh. I mean, making RuPaul. If you make RuPaul laugh, you're gonna win her heart.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
You know what I mean?
Courtney Act
And smart, because she was like, I can't really do the mannerisms, but I've been practicing the laugh, like, because what are you gonna do to do a RuPaul mannerism without insulting her, I guess, like.
Bob the Drag Queen
But Ru doesn't seem to be too bothered by jokes at her, but on her behalf.
Courtney Act
No. And there was a lot of them in this challenge because all of those girls, I thought they took big swings at mocking RuPaul, which I thought was daring.
Bob the Drag Queen
RuPaul seemed to like being teased. I mean, she's had rose, and every road, I make fun of RuPaul. She seems to be into it. They definitely did. They definitely were taking the piss out of her.
Courtney Act
Yeah. And Ru almost maybe admitted to, like, bashing out lines before doing that show during the chat.
Bob the Drag Queen
Maybe a little crystal.
Courtney Act
Maybe just an enema. A crystal enema.
Bob the Drag Queen
So let's go on to the performances. So, okay. I feel like I'm in some. This hat is. I look like a pimp. I like a witch pimp. I just caught a glimpse of myself. I feel like I'm smoking something, and what I'm smoking is not what or the judges are smoking something. We're not on the same page about a lot of these things.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
So sugar cane. I love the sugar. I love. Sugarcane's Roux way more than her share. This share is too understated for me. I love, like, sugarcane falling out of her chair doing RuPaul's crazy laugh. I think this look is great. This is classic RuPaul hair. Like, this hair is, like, very 90s RuPaul. I feel.
Courtney Act
What I will say about Suga's share is that it is balanced by her rue. So if her. She chose to make rue the, the hyper, energetic one, which makes sense. And I really enjoyed the way she was, like, laid back and she leaned in. There is a moment in this where I do feel like Sugarcane is Donald Trump as Cher, which was a weird moment. It's toward the end of the interview, and she says this line, and I was like, oh. And it just felt like, like she was doing a Donald Trump impersonation, which
Bob the Drag Queen
was like, share was in the Donald Trump impersonation.
Courtney Act
But it was just a weird. Please comment below if you know what I'm talking about.
Bob the Drag Queen
Did you know that Donald Trump doesn't impersonate? He impersonates a publicist that he's been doing for years. He impersonates his own publicist, and he calls people and reporters have been like, it's just Donald Trump calling as his own publicist. Look it up. It will drive. Look it up. It is insane.
Courtney Act
Is there a real publicist?
Bob the Drag Queen
There is a publicist, but back in the day, he makes up a different publicist. Right, but it's just him calling and being like.
Courtney Act
Like, when you have an email that's like, assistant, or like, Fox News will
Bob the Drag Queen
be like, and we have a correspondence from Donald Trump, and it's fully just Donald Trump. Donald Trump being like, Donald Trump is fantastic.
Courtney Act
Excuse me.
Bob the Drag Queen
He's an amazing man. I, I, I wasn't blown away by this. I really enjoyed her RuPaul. I will say that. But other than that, this did not move me.
Courtney Act
How did you feel about it? I thought her share had nuance, and it was, like, understated. I did think that other is Drag
Bob the Drag Queen
Race the place for nuance?
Courtney Act
No, but, like, share. People like, do share, so obviously. And this was a different interpretation of Cher, which I, I, I enjoyed, but it was my least favorite of all of them.
Bob the Drag Queen
Also, getting Sharon jeans is brutal.
Courtney Act
But she was wearing jeans.
Bob the Drag Queen
I know, but getting. She was given Sharon jeans.
Courtney Act
I mean, she could have turned up in the Oscars outfit as chef.
Bob the Drag Queen
What are you gonna do? Tell you to leave? Yeah, just do it anyway. Going to Sam star. This RuPaul wig is crazy.
Courtney Act
It's crazy. And also, like, why does she have a two and a half head?
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. RuPaul is known for the wig sitting
Courtney Act
on top of the bowl.
Jacob
RuPaul.
Bob the Drag Queen
She's standing in front of her wigs famously. RuPaul famously looks like she's standing in front of her wigs. There's a moth in here. Oh, your face, baby.
Courtney Act
Did you know that moths don't eat clothes anymore?
Jacob
Oh, my God.
Courtney Act
Oh, my God. It's really coming for you. No, it's. It's up above the lamp now.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's, like, on your face.
Courtney Act
It's on the curtain.
Bob the Drag Queen
No, it's on the curtain. I have to save Jacob.
Courtney Act
Take your shoe off and kill it. Oh, God. Oh.
Jacob
Oh.
Courtney Act
Cold blooded murder on the set of Sibling Watchery.
Bob the Drag Queen
He came from My Man Fair. And that would happen to any of you who try to land on Jacob's face without his consent. Well, you know, you can land on Jacob's face.
Courtney Act
Moths don't be eating clothes anymore. Did you know that?
Bob the Drag Queen
What do you mean?
Courtney Act
They don't eat clothes anymore because they're all made of plastic and they don't eat plastic because clothes used to be made of natural fibers.
Bob the Drag Queen
I understood that.
Courtney Act
Yeah. Just to explain,
Bob the Drag Queen
so. So is fast fashion bad? Yes, I do not. This RuPaul hair, I. I did not live for. They're like, three times. I. This does not. This looks crazy. It does look crazy and not good crazy.
Courtney Act
What did we think of her RuPaul?
Bob the Drag Queen
I didn't love it.
Courtney Act
I don't think.
Bob the Drag Queen
I didn't love it. I did. Her Anna Nicole was really. Was actually pretty good.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
And I didn't like that. I didn't like that neck thing she did for RuPaul.
Courtney Act
What did she do?
Bob the Drag Queen
At one point, she was like. Something about it just did. I didn't know.
Courtney Act
Would you say it was black neck?
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, it was.
Jacob
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
She was black necking. She was like. I was like.
Jacob
I don't.
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't like it making me uncomfortable about you sitting up being like, yeah. She may say, yeah, N. That's what. She didn't say that. But she said her neck was given.
Courtney Act
Yeah, N. Yeah. And she doesn't know her like that.
Bob the Drag Queen
Maybe I'm thinking too far. Is that what's going on here?
Courtney Act
I mean, she did some good mouth gestures that I liked, where she was like. I can't remember what it was. There was like a one and then a second beat. But her RuPaul wasn't that memorable. But her Anna Nicole was really good adult thing.
Bob the Drag Queen
I'll never forget her being like. And by the way, if.
Courtney Act
Hashtag neverforget.
Bob the Drag Queen
If any of you ever impersonate me, I don't. Don't do this. Don't ever. Because I don't do that.
Courtney Act
Does RuPaul do that? Is that what it was?
Bob the Drag Queen
Does sometimes. Pardon this. Get a littleish every once a while? RuPaul be, like, not quite to the level that Simone does it. Like, Simone's neck is about to fly off her shoulders every once in a while. RuPaul has famously herself said, I do be getting a little niggerish. That is a direct RuPaul quote.
Courtney Act
Have you seen the clip where Oprah is interviewing RuPaul and they're both sitting there chatting like themselves, and then they both kind of go into a more black caricature, and then they both laugh about it afterwards, and there's something that just feels racist.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's wild. It's wild. And I don't. And I'm not someone who does that. Like, I don't turn. I. Again, because I wasn't raised around white people, I never really learned to code switch. So I just kind of have the voice that I have. Like, I think I sound black, but I. But I don't sound like a caricature of blackness. You know what I mean? So I don't know something about that. I just. I just didn't. Like, someone said Ru definitely did. Definitely did it on the show. She did the neck thing. Oh, she did the neck thing. Well, then shout out to Sam Smith.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
Sam Star. Yeah. Sam Smith is the contestant of All Stars. Tournament of All Stars. Well, then, if she. If. If RuPaul did the neck thing, then shout out to. Shout out to Sam.
Courtney Act
Sam Star for getting it right.
Bob the Drag Queen
I still didn't like it. Okay, now we're gonna. We're gonna. Jacob's. Jacob's plowing through this interview. My God, I got to say, RuPaul just looks amazing.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
I mean, I really think that RuPaul might be the most beautiful drag queen of all time.
Jacob
Fair.
Bob the Drag Queen
Like, my.
Courtney Act
She's phenomenal. Matthew Anderson baiting that mug.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, Jacob, you don't agree to that statement when Naomi Smalls walks this earth, but look at this woman.
Courtney Act
This is.
Bob the Drag Queen
She's frame mogging Anna Nicole Smith.
Courtney Act
This was also in the 90s. Like, the technology has changed so much
Bob the Drag Queen
since then, and she's fully frame mogging Anna Nicole Smith.
Courtney Act
This is really. Yeah, look at that close up as well.
Bob the Drag Queen
And y'. All. To have that lace at that time, do you know how hard it was to have a lace front at that
Courtney Act
time, Weeks by Vanity was invented because we were like, what are these wigs that RuPaul is wearing? We want them for ourselves. And so we went and manufactured lace fronts for drag queens by drag queens, because Inspired by Rue was the only one. And Dame Edna actually was also.
Bob the Drag Queen
And Barlow Jean Merman.
Courtney Act
And Barlow Jean.
Bob the Drag Queen
Marlon Merman also had lace fronts and hip hats before. A lot of girls are hip ass.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
But, yeah, looking at that RuPaul wig and this RuPaul wig, I'm offended. This. This is. This is gaggy.
Courtney Act
Especially in 2026.
Bob the Drag Queen
But, Sam, sorry. Sorry for saying you were black necking RuPaul. RuPaul was black necking and you were doing an accurate interpretation of RuPaul's black neck.
Courtney Act
So that makes it okay, you know,
Bob the Drag Queen
if you're being asked to impersonate someone by the person telling you to do it, I reckon it's good. You know what I mean? Let's go into Hershey. Ls Corgate. So she had some really funny moments as RuPaul with the. With the glasses. She's taking notes. I really enjoyed that. I think her Patti LaBelle was very understated.
Courtney Act
Oh, I really loved her Patti LaBelle.
Bob the Drag Queen
You like. You like the understated stuff? Maybe I do.
Courtney Act
I just thought there was nuance to her Patti LaBelle that I really enjoyed. That's so interesting that you didn't like it. Her RuPaul started off a little rough for me. Like, she seemed a little. But then she really settled into it and had some funny moments.
Bob the Drag Queen
I did. I did love her RuPaul laugh. She did this great thing with her RuPaul laugh, which I really enjoyed this. This RuPaul look is upsetting me, though.
Courtney Act
Yeah, agree.
Bob the Drag Queen
The Patty's good. Very upsetting.
Courtney Act
The patty's lovely. The RuPaul is upsetting.
Bob the Drag Queen
But, yeah, her petty look is really, really, really fucking good. Like, I genuinely just think it's. I don't know. It's great. Oh, Dame Edna. Yeah, she's. Sorry. Dame Edna. Straight man.
Courtney Act
Straight man.
Bob the Drag Queen
Barry Humphries.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
I thought Dame Edna was a woman.
Courtney Act
Well, when I met Dame Edna the first time I was in drag, it was like an audience with Dame Edna, and it was like a TV special. And I got to ask her a question, which was fun. But then afterwards, when I met her, I was like, it's this weird energy. What is that? I can't put my finger on it. And she was like, g', day, Courtney darling. And I was like, oh, that's a straight man under there.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, like, she was still in drag, though.
Courtney Act
She was still in drag, so she was, like, matriline. And my mind was Dame Edna, but I was getting like older straight white men kind of like. Yeah, just like. Oh, let me get a photo.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, can I hear your day impersonation? Hello, possums. That's really good. You do good impersonations.
Courtney Act
Oh, thank you. Maybe I would do Dame Edna if I will. If I was ever invited back.
Jacob
Let's.
Bob the Drag Queen
Let's be honest here. You should host down under, though. I'm just gonna go ahead and say it.
Courtney Act
Fine. I agree.
Bob the Drag Queen
No shade to Michelle.
Courtney Act
Although.
Bob the Drag Queen
Although what?
Courtney Act
It's. It's famously the worst season in the franchise. So do I want. Is it now?
Bob the Drag Queen
Because Raven. And untuck me if we're un.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
And npc. Yeah, we'll say if you're untuck. I got to be honest, though.
Courtney Act
Yes.
Bob the Drag Queen
This lip sync was off.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
There were moments where Hershey's lip sync was just off.
Courtney Act
Do you think they had an auto cue?
Bob the Drag Queen
Like a poop?
Courtney Act
No, like a. Like a. A monitor with the dialogue on it, or do you think they knew every single piece of the.
Bob the Drag Queen
I would hope that they're just learning it. That's what I would hope.
Courtney Act
I feel it's a lot.
Bob the Drag Queen
And if they knew before they got there and had time to make the outfits, maybe they got the.
Jacob
The.
Bob the Drag Queen
The audio as well.
Courtney Act
They must have.
Bob the Drag Queen
And as a girl who. Who in New York City in my day was lip syncing long dialogue, I feel like I could have done if you gave me enough time to do it. You know what I mean?
Courtney Act
It takes time. You can't do that overnight. You can't find out. Do I lip sync? No.
Bob the Drag Queen
You don't do a ton of lip syncing.
Jacob
No.
Bob the Drag Queen
Or any.
Courtney Act
I'm not very good at it. I have a lisp when I lip sync, so I just sing live instead. It's just easier.
Bob the Drag Queen
Do you have a lisp in real life?
Courtney Act
I don't know. Do I?
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't hear one.
Courtney Act
Okay. It's just when I lip sync.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. A couple of girls have that. The lift, the lisp. Sync.
Courtney Act
A lip sync.
Bob the Drag Queen
A lip sync. I've seen them.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Let's go into Jasmine Kennedy. Jasmine Kennedy. Okay, first of all, I don't think she went far enough with this Tammy Faye.
Courtney Act
Or the mascara. Oh, yeah, same like the.
Bob the Drag Queen
Where is the. I'm going to call Joey. Oh, and can we get Jasmine on screen? She did not go far enough with the Tammy Faye's Makeup is a whole thing.
Courtney Act
It was a real.
Bob the Drag Queen
Joey, I have a question for you.
Courtney Act
You're on the podcast live, and Courtney acts here also.
Bob the Drag Queen
We ride at midnight.
Jacob
Oh, my God.
Courtney Act
Thank you. So here's my claim to fame. That'll be my legacy.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yes. So here's a question. Did y' all bring yalls own RuPaul and be author outfits? Did they provide them for you?
Jacob
We brought that.
Bob the Drag Queen
You brought them. Okay, this makes a lot. Okay, this makes a lot of sense.
Courtney Act
And so did you know ahead of time? Did you learn the monologue ahead of time?
Bob the Drag Queen
How long did you have to learn your monologue or dialogue? Actually.
Jacob
Oh, my gosh. Hold on. We got the video.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, they sent you the video. Got it. Got it.
Jacob
They sent. They sent us a video that was, like, spliced to, like, a nice length. And then from what I remember, I think we kind of just took it upon ourselves to memorize it. So I, like, typed mine out and, like, figured out where all the breaths were and everything.
Bob the Drag Queen
So why was. Why was Jasmine Kennedy's lip sync so bad?
Jacob
Because she was too busy looking at herself in the mirror.
Bob the Drag Queen
All right, thank you, Joey. Thank you.
Courtney Act
Thank you.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, wait, one more question. Have a cue.
Jacob
Like, did they have.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. Were the words on the screen, or did y' all just have to go off like you just did it twice? You guys just do your part.
Jacob
We got three tapes, and there was a teleprompter last minute, which at first I thought would have been great, but the tempo of the teleprompter might not match up with the dialogue.
Bob the Drag Queen
Brutal audio.
Jacob
So for the first. For the first take, I did it without the teleprompter, and I. Just by memory. And the second one, I did it with the teleprompter. And I said, no, ma', am, we are going back to memory. Because you know this.
Courtney Act
Why wouldn't the teleprompter be synced to the speed of the audio?
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. Also, just so you know, all of our patrons, we're gonna ride at midnight. We're storming the Capitol. We're storming wild. Because we are very upset. We're. We're livid, and we're not happy. And they're watching live right now. They're all commenting how much they love you. We gotta run. Thank you so much, Joey.
Courtney Act
Goodbye, Joey.
Jacob
Thank you so much.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, the first gay contestant of all time. We. We. We stand. I felt like Jasmine Kennedy's lip sync was off and no one was talking about it, and it was pissing me off. Did any comments, please? Am I crazy? Am I crazy?
Courtney Act
I didn't think it, but I didn't. I watched it in a gay bar in Chicago. So who knows? Shout out to Sidetrack.
Bob the Drag Queen
Shout out to Sidetrack. I don't think her Tammy Faye makeup, you have to do like cakey, cakey,
Courtney Act
cakey lashes, like dramatize it. I thought that as soon as she came on, I was like, where's the mascara?
Bob the Drag Queen
Right. Though, by the way, her RuPaul look. Look how great her legs look.
Courtney Act
Really good.
Bob the Drag Queen
Look how fucking fantastic her legs look great. My goodness. Let's go on to not even up for debate. Probably the best performance this entire season.
Courtney Act
Yeah, she was wonderful.
Bob the Drag Queen
Kennedy Davenport.
Courtney Act
Kennedy Davenport for the listeners. Eartha Kitty.
Bob the Drag Queen
And by the way, her in this RuPaul hair is so good.
Courtney Act
I think that's just a Kennedy hair as well.
Bob the Drag Queen
If she got through. Paul hairline.
Courtney Act
Yeah, she got the RuPaul hairline. Right. There's a bold man standing in front of the wig.
Bob the Drag Queen
Her hair that far back. It looks. I think it looks really good. But I cannot, I could not do that.
Courtney Act
Yeah. Also the hairlines are extremely harsh. It's not like a lovely soft knotted. It's like a. Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
I think she know that she looks good with a lot of forehead.
Courtney Act
Yeah. And it's kind of her thing.
Bob the Drag Queen
And, and it's. I think it's like this. When you look, when you first see Trixie Mattel, your mind is like, what
Courtney Act
the fuck is this?
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't like it. It doesn't make sense. The geometry.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's not physics.
Courtney Act
Physics.
Bob the Drag Queen
But then after a while you're like, she looks so kind.
Courtney Act
Yeah. RuPaul kind of looks like somebody got a compass and like jabbed it into the middle of her forehead and then just traced a circle around.
Bob the Drag Queen
Like, have we just been trained to. Just. Because I really, I love it. I could not do it. Could not be me. But I genuinely think she looks so stunning in it. And now over time, I think Trixie looks really good with her crazy ass makeup. Like, I genuinely.
Jacob
Wow.
Bob the Drag Queen
She looks kind to me now.
Courtney Act
Maybe one day we'll think that about George's nostrils.
Jacob
Maybe.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, well, you know. Well, you know who else doesn't love George's makeup?
Courtney Act
Who?
Bob the Drag Queen
Crystal Versace. She put her in the. She's going through something fierce category.
Courtney Act
Oh, I haven't watched that video yet.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. Are you in it?
Courtney Act
I doubt it. I don't know. Am I. Comment below and let me know.
Bob the Drag Queen
Comment below. Is she in the video? But so she also got mad at Christopher Versace for not putting her in. And then, oh, I found out I was blocked. I'm blocked on Twitter.
Courtney Act
By who?
Bob the Drag Queen
Georgeous.
Courtney Act
George's blocked you. More about that. Kennedy.
Bob the Drag Queen
Kennedy. This rue look was my favorite off rip. She is eating so hard. Kennedy's physicality is next level.
Courtney Act
It's wonderful.
Bob the Drag Queen
Her mastery of her 50 year old body.
Courtney Act
She's 45, according to Google, by the way. Did she know people.
Bob the Drag Queen
Is Kennedy 45?
Courtney Act
Do you think she's in there, like, talking to.
Bob the Drag Queen
Talking to Kennedy was talking about what she did in 1986. You know what I was doing in 1986? Being born.
Courtney Act
She was watching Labyrinth in 1986. No, she said it came out in 1986.
Bob the Drag Queen
Okay, maybe she is 45. Is Kennedy 45?
Courtney Act
Kennedy Davenport is one year older than I am.
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't think that there's also this age online is 40 is 45 as well.
Courtney Act
We don't believe that.
Bob the Drag Queen
So we're all 45.
Courtney Act
Everyone's 45. Maybe we just cap out at 45.
Bob the Drag Queen
Bebe Zahara Binet was roommates with my best friend in New York City at the time, on her 30th birthday. And then she was like. So she was like telling. And I was like, I don't think Bebe's 30. And then she told her. She goes, well, when I moved to America, they messed up my passport.
Courtney Act
Whack.
Bob the Drag Queen
I was like, I think you're lying, baby. And then. So Bianca's 51 and Kennedy's 45 and you're 44. I don't know. Something. The numbers are weird, but maybe she's 45. Don't listen to me. She knows her age better than I do, but her physicality is amazing.
Courtney Act
Brilliant.
Bob the Drag Queen
When she put. When she put on that fudgeing trash bag to mimic RuPaul's outfit when I
Courtney Act
was in the bar, it took me a second to work out what was going on. And then I watched it back and I realized she was mimicking RuPaul's because she says, you look just like me.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, I got on what you got on. Something like that.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
I mean, I don't know what, how she thought of that. It was so good. I don't know how she slipped it over her head so quick.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
And then when she goes, I carry all my stuff with me. She pulls out a purse, she starts knitting.
Courtney Act
Knitting. And her glasses. Brilliant.
Bob the Drag Queen
Like, I carry all my stuff with me. That was so good. Like, I don't. I cannot imagine the room was able to keep it together during this segment.
Courtney Act
Fair. Also her. Her cue cards as Rue with the like. Liar. Just like. Wonderful. And that was what. Rue even said it in the setup that she ru. Said, when I lip sync, I like to add context. Add context. Isn't there? And Kennedy did that to the T. It's so good.
Bob the Drag Queen
Kennedy is just such a fucking good performer. She is such a drag queen's drag queen. She is a true entertainer. Like, she's a brilliant fucking entertainer.
Courtney Act
And if you've never had the privilege of seeing Kennedy perform in real life, it's so electric.
Bob the Drag Queen
You have to see it.
Courtney Act
It's. She takes the audience. I've seen her do it time and time again where she just starts that number and it's like. It's the. It's the Kaka Kennedy Davenport. But there is something sublime about her doing it. I've seen many do it. It's like Fosse. It's nothing like Fosse. But I've seen drag queens. I've seen drag queens do Fosse so many times. And I was like, I don't get it. And then I saw Cheetah Rivera do Fosse. And I was like, oh, that's the real thing. And everybody else is just. She is the fussy in this story. And everybody else is just doing.
Bob the Drag Queen
There's a lot of Kitty Davenport impersonators out there. Yeah, there's a lot of candidate, whether
Courtney Act
they know it or not, but.
Bob the Drag Queen
And she's just. I mean, she's insane. She's so crazy talented. Let's move on to Joey J. Joey J is be author. I think her beautiful look is really good.
Courtney Act
But why wasn't she wearing any eyelash? Like Jasmine Kennedy wasn't wearing enough mascara. And I just think that they should have been just a wispy.
Bob the Drag Queen
Is be known for lashes.
Courtney Act
No, but like, it's. It's like I just feel like for me, visually, the physics were off.
Bob the Drag Queen
You're really. You. You want the. You want the numbers to crunch.
Courtney Act
I was the only student in the first Semester of grade 11 physics at Senger District State High that passed because.
Bob the Drag Queen
Because you have nostrils.
Courtney Act
Because I have nostrils. And the oxygen got to my brain. And then I dropped out the next semester because I didn't graduate high school. No, I didn't drop out of. I changed subjects. I started doing biology, chemistry, physics, maths, B, Math, C, English.
Bob the Drag Queen
You go to college?
Courtney Act
No. And I finished doing dance, drama, economics, biology, obviously.
Jacob
In English.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
You can go back to college if you want.
Courtney Act
If I could Go back to college.
Bob the Drag Queen
I also love her adjusting her wig as be Arthur.
Courtney Act
It's wonderful.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's a classic drag move. And I never. I never get sick of it.
Courtney Act
No. And she kicks her shoes off.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's great. Every time I see it, her on her also, the bit of her being like, I thought you'd be taller. I thought you'd be shorter. And then her on her knees, look,
Courtney Act
no, that wasn't her.
Bob the Drag Queen
That was her at the very end. She goes, I thought you'd be taller. I thought you'd be shorter. Yes, sir.
Courtney Act
But she did that with somebody else then as well, because they did the visual where they had, like, the mini. Or is it her?
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, no, she got on her knees and then RuPaul was standing up and then be author was on her knees.
Courtney Act
No, you are right. I'm sorry for questioning you ever fucking. I'm sorry for questioning you. I come into your house in my own house.
Bob the Drag Queen
Let's go on to the next day. So. So, Sam Star. So we bring up again that Ms. Kane is upset about this bracket system, right? I mean, not the bracket, the. The points. In the cue points. Sam says, I apologize if you felt some kind of way.
Courtney Act
White lady apology.
Bob the Drag Queen
That is not an apology. That is not an apology.
Courtney Act
I'm sorry if you felt offended.
Bob the Drag Queen
And then. And then Sugar cane. Accept that, bitch. You could never be me. Could never be me. How. How is that an acceptable apology? I'm sorry if you felt some kind of way.
Courtney Act
If she.
Bob the Drag Queen
What?
Courtney Act
What? Let's relive the apology now. What could Sam Star have said?
Bob the Drag Queen
Okay, you be Sugar Cane. I'll be Sam Star.
Courtney Act
Okay, I'm really mad at you.
Bob the Drag Queen
I want to say that that is valid because I did play the game to get points, and you and I were communicating and I talked to a lot of people. This really means a lot to me. And am I proud of it? Not necessarily. But I'm happy that I did it because now I feel like I actually stand a chance to go forward. So from a moral standpoint, yes, I am sorry that I took advantage of you. I am. But in the context of this game, I feel justified.
Courtney Act
Do you know what? I suddenly like you, Sam Star. And I find you're relatable and human. I'm glad you didn't do a fist bump then.
Bob the Drag Queen
No, no, no, no. That'd be crazy. That's what that. So do you think Sam has something to apologize for? I don't think. I mean, if Sam wants to. If Sam wants to acknowledge her feelings, yes. There's something to apologize for. I do think in the context of the game, all is fair. I genuinely feel that way. In the context of the game, all is fair. We're playing a game too.
Courtney Act
But then I think it's okay to acknowledge it as well afterwards.
Bob the Drag Queen
But. But also, if you're not going to apologize, just don't apologize. Just don't apologize.
Courtney Act
I do find Sam a little bit too in the game. Like, I find it hard to like Sam because she's playing the game a little bit too ruthlessly.
Bob the Drag Queen
Sam. Also, it feels. Well, I talked to Trinity about this. It feels like Sam doesn't really give us a lot of her personality. But Trinity says that is her personality. That is her personality.
Courtney Act
But then again, Trinity has my personality.
Bob the Drag Queen
Trinity doesn't even talk to her anymore. Trinity's daughter, who she barely speaks to, apparently.
Courtney Act
Strange.
Jacob
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Her estranged daughter. So what is Trinity now? She's a deadbeat mom.
Courtney Act
She seemed to. She seemed to have opinions on and knowledge about the things that she bought and didn't bring yet. She said that she never spoken to her.
Bob the Drag Queen
Exactly.
Courtney Act
Something's going to add up, and I don't need a goddamn calculator.
Bob the Drag Queen
Let's go on to these looks. The category is David Bowie. Do you love David Bowie?
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Do you know this quote? Is David Bowie here? If anyone from the chat knows that quote, I'll be so impressed. Is David Bowie here?
Courtney Act
It sounds like either Iman or somebody on Celebrity Big Brother uk.
Bob the Drag Queen
Is David Bowie here? I'm going to wait and see if the chat knows. I'll be so impressed. If anyone knows that quote. Category is David Boy. What David Bowie would you. Would you want to do?
Courtney Act
I mean, gosh, this costume. Aladdin Sane is amazing. I think Gareth Farah did it. I watched a video and, yeah, Garo Sparrow did that.
Bob the Drag Queen
And the guest judge was also wearing Garo Sparrow.
Courtney Act
Yes.
Bob the Drag Queen
Gaggy.
Courtney Act
Yes. But this would be this. At first glance, you're like, oh, that's amazing. But imagine making that. The skill, the craftsmanship to make that.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's remarkable. I mean, sugarcane is eating down. I will say.
Courtney Act
Would I have worn it with a better wig? Yes.
Bob the Drag Queen
We said this hair could have been draggier.
Courtney Act
Yes.
Bob the Drag Queen
Because I don't want to. I don't want to sound rude, but I think this is what Hershey was talking about. What she said, protect the bricks.
Courtney Act
Oh, is she wearing Crocs? What are those shoes? No, she's not.
Bob the Drag Queen
She's wearing almost the same shoes that that Sir Bo is wearing. Okay, but like this, we could drag it up a little more, mama.
Courtney Act
We could, right? We definitely could. She could have absolutely had that perfect outfit with some giant red hair. I do appreciate the tone of the hair, that it wasn't like a clown red. Yeah, but the hair just wasn't it.
Bob the Drag Queen
Also, the quote is Nina Simone at her. At her Montreal Jazz Festival is David Bowie. Here is David Bowie. Yeah, but, yeah, I think that the outfit is just so good. She ate so hard. We could have done a little more with this. We could have done a little bit more with this. With this hair. This is. I would say this is probably David Bowie's most reference look.
Jacob
Look.
Courtney Act
Oh, wow. Who on Drag Race UK did this look?
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, there's a queen from Drag Race UK who also did the same look.
Courtney Act
That's a real great version, to be fair.
Bob the Drag Queen
I mean. I mean, it.
Courtney Act
The hair's better, the makeup's better, but
Bob the Drag Queen
I think that that Sugar's outfit's a little better, actually. Yeah, but her neck up is better.
Courtney Act
Yep.
Bob the Drag Queen
She's you.
Courtney Act
Yeah, Neck down. Ken.
Bob the Drag Queen
Let's go on to our next look. Joey J doing Glass Debbie Bill on the Glass Spider Tour.
Courtney Act
I just like to say I invented wings.
Bob the Drag Queen
You are the wing girl. But apparently when Kelly Mentor brings it
Courtney Act
up, ok, I have to claim my space.
Bob the Drag Queen
Do you still have those wings?
Courtney Act
I donated them to the Powerhouse Museum in Australia.
Bob the Drag Queen
They were so good.
Jacob
They were good.
Courtney Act
Fine. Let's talk about it.
Bob the Drag Queen
I mean, you brought it up when it was in the promo and you hit that little. That one promo, I remember being like, oh, this season's gonna fucking bring it. Like, this season's gonna bring it.
Courtney Act
Those are amazing wings. I.
Bob the Drag Queen
How much were they?
Courtney Act
Well, nothing. They were already. They already existed. They were from a show that I did in Sydney. It was an X Men show, and somebody who was Archangel, one of the male dancers, wore them. Abby Rhode and Ashley Swift created them. And when I found out that I might be on Drag Race, I called everybody and every great costume I've ever seen and was like, can I borrow that? And they were in Byron Bay. Abby drove them like.
Bob the Drag Queen
You called all the people in. Go ahead.
Courtney Act
Five hours to Sydney. Someone dropped them off at the House of Priscilla. Then somebody packaged them up, and then another friend, penetration, Australian penetration, went to House of Priscilla. She was working as a flight attendant, so she bought them over on a. On a flight. And then I went to the airport at like, 4am with my little Volkswagen Jetta or whatever I had at the moment, and stuffed them into the back of the car. And I was like, why am I here at 4am I'm probably not even gonna be on this show.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's a great history, Mary.
Courtney Act
And I really. I really am glad that I went that a little extra effort because it was sort of.
Bob the Drag Queen
It looks fucking amazing. And these wings are great, too. I don't know who. Were you in the X Men show? I. Yeah, who the fuck?
Courtney Act
Oh, I wasn't in the show, actually.
Bob the Drag Queen
You were in the audience.
Courtney Act
I was in the audience. That's who I was. I was the audience.
Bob the Drag Queen
I was the usher.
Courtney Act
Huh.
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't even know how she was activating these wings. I don't know how she did it.
Courtney Act
There's a little string on her hands.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh. And then when she does this, they go up.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, you love physics.
Courtney Act
I love physics. Famously, I'm the physics queen.
Bob the Drag Queen
You go into college for physics?
Courtney Act
A squared plus B squared. No, that's not.
Jacob
Doctor. Act.
Courtney Act
Doctor Act. But not for physics. I'd rather go for, like, gender psychology. Dragged. Like fag. What am I trying to say?
Bob the Drag Queen
You just called me. I'm sorry.
Courtney Act
NP mp mpbfag. Yeah. What's the F stand for?
Bob the Drag Queen
From Atlanta, Georgia.
Jacob
From.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Jacob
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
But I love you as Dra Guys. Comment below if you think that Courtney should go back to college just three times or not back to college. To college.
Courtney Act
To college.
Bob the Drag Queen
Just so we can call her Dra or praed. Pra.
Courtney Act
Professor. Act. Pra.
Bob the Drag Queen
You don't want to be a professor.
Jacob
No.
Courtney Act
That's too much.
Bob the Drag Queen
You don't strike. You don't. You don't need a doctor to be
Courtney Act
a professor, don't you? You just go, what? Straight from a master's to it.
Bob the Drag Queen
You can. You can have a master's. That being said, this look. Her look is great. She looks really fantastic. She looks. This is amazing. And I love that she made it her own.
Courtney Act
And she got a big booty.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, she. She. She. She caked it up. Let's go on to our next look. This is Sam Star.
Courtney Act
Sam Starr.
Bob the Drag Queen
Can I just say, I don't like this look.
Courtney Act
I didn't love it either, and I
Bob the Drag Queen
think there might be a bigger issue.
Jacob
I think.
Bob the Drag Queen
And I'm so sorry, I don't think I care for Sam Star. Is that mean to say?
Courtney Act
No, but I was trying to think of, like, what I wanted to say and what I didn't want to say on this pod. And I thought, you are actually, on this pod, you're more honest. Like on Race Chaser. They're quite politically correct. Ish.
Bob the Drag Queen
Wake it up.
Courtney Act
And sometimes I'M like, do y' all really think that? Because I think something different. But I'm just gonna go with the party line here and be nice to everybody, you know?
Bob the Drag Queen
I am. But also, I get in a lot more trouble than they do, which is
Courtney Act
hard because Willem's there.
Bob the Drag Queen
Exactly, exactly. But I love when Naomi did it, and she was like, is she, like, Christian or something? I think it was about Samsara. Was it about Samsar? Is she, like, Christian or something? Such a great analysis. I think. I just don't care for Samsara, by the way. I can acknowledge she's a great queen, genuinely, and I think that she deserves to merge. Genuinely.
Courtney Act
To merge.
Bob the Drag Queen
To merge to the semifinals.
Courtney Act
Oh, right.
Bob the Drag Queen
I just. I just gotta say, like, I'm probably not gonna buy a ticket to this show.
Courtney Act
Am I allowed to agree with you?
Bob the Drag Queen
Of course.
Courtney Act
I feel like I'm not. I feel like I have to be, like, polite about everybody.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I don't. Well, I mean, I don't. Well, you weren't polite to George's nostrils or lack thereof. I'm living for your bad girl era.
Courtney Act
Okay. But my Internet beef era, I love it. Sam Starr is gutter. There, I said it. I don't think that at all. There's something. For me, there's something about Samsar, and maybe she's holding up a mirror because there's something about her that I don't find relatable.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
And I feel like the critique that I would give her is the critique that I received from when I was on Drag Race. I didn't agree with it or understand it at the time, but now I'm looking at Samstar, and I just feel like I can't connect with her. There's no vulnerability.
Bob the Drag Queen
I agree. She might get mad. Do you think you could take Samsar in a fight? Is she one of the. Because she actually looks a little scrappy, to be honest.
Courtney Act
She'd be scrap. She'd bite.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, she looks a little scrappy. She looks a little. A little scrap. And she's. And she's. And I feel like she's holding something back. There might be a lunatic.
Courtney Act
Yeah, that might.
Bob the Drag Queen
There might be, like, a kicking, screaming, biting, spitting lunatic in there.
Courtney Act
My parents loved me too much as a child. I'd probably just try to hug it out.
Bob the Drag Queen
Are your. Are your parents still married?
Courtney Act
Yes. Yeah.
Jacob
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
Weird flex.
Courtney Act
You all.
Bob the Drag Queen
So weird flex. I mean, hey, if you're at home with divorced parents, do you feel belittled by Courtney right now? You grew up with just two loving parents. Happened to smoke just a small amount of crystal meth for a couple of
Courtney Act
years, and then you still got all my teeth.
Bob the Drag Queen
You still get to be a twink at 59. Oh, life. Great for Courtney. Act must be nice.
Courtney Act
Let it be an inspiration, not a. What's the opposite inspiration thing that makes you feel bad about yourself.
Bob the Drag Queen
Diminish. Diminish. Diminishing. Diminutive.
Courtney Act
No, no, that means short.
Bob the Drag Queen
No, diminish. Diminish your head. Yeah, don't be. Don't feel diminished.
Courtney Act
Don't feel influenced. Feel influenced.
Bob the Drag Queen
There we go.
Courtney Act
Not under the influence. Yeah, don't do that.
Bob the Drag Queen
She's already said belittled. Someone said belittled.
Courtney Act
Belittled.
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't know.
Courtney Act
Don't belittle me while you be big yourself.
Bob the Drag Queen
Okay, you're right, Courtney. You're doing great. Let's go on to Hershey LaCourgitation doing David Boyd performing at the Brixton Academy.
Courtney Act
Have you performed at the Brixton Academy?
Bob the Drag Queen
Never. Not once.
Courtney Act
But I have.
Bob the Drag Queen
I've done the Clapham Grand.
Courtney Act
I've done the Clapham Grand.
Bob the Drag Queen
I've done the O2 Arena.
Courtney Act
Oh, I have not done the O2 Arena.
Bob the Drag Queen
Six times.
Courtney Act
What?
Bob the Drag Queen
Six times, honey, for what? Madonna.
Courtney Act
Oh.
Bob the Drag Queen
But I think I sold a couple of those things.
Courtney Act
I think you did. You know who has done the Wembley? It's Bianca.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. And worked. And all the girls from work. The world, too.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
They did Wimbledonly as well, but they
Courtney Act
didn't do 02, and they didn't do it wearing one dress with one bottle of white wine. So the. The split of profit was very different.
Bob the Drag Queen
This is. This is true. This is true. You know, she takes a dress. She just, like, takes things off and puts things on, like.
Courtney Act
Yeah, yeah. But she also, like, will pack 17 versions of. It's not the same dress. It's like the same colorway for a tour. Because I think she enjoys making costumes.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I do, like. Like, my next tour is all denim, and my last tour is all animal print, so I will do, like, a theme.
Courtney Act
So you do the Bianca Del Rio method?
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I. Maybe she's doing my method.
Courtney Act
Maybe she's doing.
Bob the Drag Queen
I'm not doing her method. I'm not doing her method. She's doing my. I'm definitely. No, I am definitely influenced by Bianca.
Courtney Act
I have a good Bianca Del Rio story, but I'm gonna save it for when you invite me on your show, Only Child.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, gang, Gang.
Courtney Act
I haven't told because I thought when you go on a talk show, you should bring original stories. Not Just talk about the wings. No, it's about.
Bob the Drag Queen
You can't. We'll say. Okay, we'll save it. I. This hair is great.
Courtney Act
I really like the hair.
Bob the Drag Queen
I am. It's giving Janelle Monae when she was doing. It's a cold war. Do you know what you're fighting for?
Courtney Act
You know what she did to this? She did dragify it. But I do see what law meant by the shoulders. They did look a little higgledy piggledy.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah. They look like nubs.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
The structure should be different. I do love this. I don't even know what you call this. Dickie.
Courtney Act
Yeah, sure.
Bob the Drag Queen
Is it a dicky or is it a shirt? A cravat.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
But the shoulders are unfortunate.
Courtney Act
Yeah, they are unfortunate. She did try to dragify and I like the way that she dragified the hair. This is what Sam and Sugar could have done with their hair.
Bob the Drag Queen
I agree.
Courtney Act
She also got the tone of the hair more correct because Sam had like a clown red, which I didn't like, and Sugar A had slightly warmer, more burgundy red. But I. I like the tone of this. Like.
Bob the Drag Queen
You don't like that clown shit?
Courtney Act
No, no. That's not for David Bowie.
Bob the Drag Queen
Not for Bowie.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
Up next, we have Kennedy Davenport with David Bowie in the Labyrinth. This is if David Bowie was a drag queen, specifically in Texas.
Courtney Act
Yes.
Bob the Drag Queen
And it reads as that. I love this look, this hair, by the way. This is my hair, actually.
Courtney Act
Your hair.
Bob the Drag Queen
Not actually my hair, but it is my hair. And if. And if y' all gonna read me, but acknowledge that this looks great, let's. Let's have a conversation.
Courtney Act
Are you wearing it while dressed as David Bowie from the Labyrinth?
Bob the Drag Queen
I was wearing it dressed as Bob the drag queen from the podcast. Oh. Actually, at the time, I was talking about first impressions.
Courtney Act
I'd like to come up publicly and say something that I don't think I've ever said before.
Bob the Drag Queen
Was it.
Courtney Act
I don't think I've watched Labyrinth.
Bob the Drag Queen
You know, I've seen it and I gotta be honest, you have to watch it without the hype. Some movies get too hyped up and you watch em. You're like, that was me in Rocky Horror Picture show.
Jacob
Also.
Bob the Drag Queen
I watched Rocky Horror Picture show in my bed, on my laptop, by myself, in my bedroom.
Courtney Act
Right. Well, I watched it when I was like 10 years old. But Labyrinth, I think I was too scared to watch it at the time, in childhood. Cause I remember seeing bits of it and I found it a little. I found the style of Labyrinth to be not my aesthetic. And I felt it a bit too scary.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, it's spooky.
Courtney Act
I think I need to go back and watch it as an adult.
Bob the Drag Queen
It's definitely spooky. But how do you feel about this look?
Courtney Act
Maybe have a spooky university cigarette and then watch Labyrinth.
Bob the Drag Queen
What's a spooky university cigarette?
Courtney Act
A joint.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh.
Courtney Act
I don't really do that that much, but I don't not do it. But I think that would enhance.
Bob the Drag Queen
What do you do?
Courtney Act
Watching it. Quickly.
Bob the Drag Queen
Quickly.
Courtney Act
Nothing really. What are you on?
Bob the Drag Queen
Probiotics?
Courtney Act
Yes. And prebiotics.
Bob the Drag Queen
What's the thing people are doing now? Peptides. No, no peptides.
Courtney Act
I tried the injected tan back in like 2010.
Bob the Drag Queen
Like, you're quite tan.
Courtney Act
Yeah, I am quite tan.
Bob the Drag Queen
You be in the sun or you
Courtney Act
go to the Mediterranean? Yeah. No, not the spray.
Bob the Drag Queen
You do the spray.
Courtney Act
No.
Bob the Drag Queen
What are you doing?
Courtney Act
Just natural.
Bob the Drag Queen
You just.
Courtney Act
My middle name is Hilberto. No, my middle name is Hilberto. But there's a long story though, that I can't tell publicly.
Bob the Drag Queen
You just swarthy.
Courtney Act
Yeah. I've got Mediterranean blood and I go and like, inject it in the sun. No. Well, yes.
Jacob
Hand.
Bob the Drag Queen
Once a week, I get Mediterranean blood injected deep into my bones. I like this look. The Internet doesn't seem to like it. I like this look.
Courtney Act
I like it. I like it because of its reference to David Bowie and Labyrinth and the dragified nature of it.
Bob the Drag Queen
I would have liked the codpiece, though.
Courtney Act
I love the crystal. Crystal balls. Oh, God. I like the mirrored ball. Yeah. Stop saying that. I like crystal.
Jacob
I love.
Bob the Drag Queen
You're giving Willa more fuel.
Courtney Act
I know I am. The mirror balls around the skirt, like what? Like the peplum with all of this, like, arrangement of mirror balls dangling off it is just crazy.
Bob the Drag Queen
And the quilted train, I love it.
Courtney Act
The quilted train.
Bob the Drag Queen
But again, I think you need a COD piece. Other than that is great. Let's go into our final look, which is Jasmine Kennedy. This.
Courtney Act
This I love is amazing. It really is.
Bob the Drag Queen
Tie as a shirt, this shouldered neckline, the flared, the hair. Everything about this look is so fucking good.
Courtney Act
Agree.
Bob the Drag Queen
God, I love this look.
Courtney Act
I love a drag interpretation done like this. The color is perfect. Everything about it is perfect. I love the tie that has turned into like this bib. It's just wonderful.
Bob the Drag Queen
Kennedy, I'm going to. Jasmine. Kennedy, I'm giving your flowers. Here they are. They're a little dead.
Courtney Act
It's no representation of our feelings toward you.
Bob the Drag Queen
They're a little wilted. But, Jasmine, here are your flowers. I'll have them shipped to your house immediately. You look absolutely stunning. So let's talk about this judging. Okay. So the judges really loved Sugarcane's Bowie look, but they didn't say anything about her hair and makeup, which was kind of gaggy to me.
Courtney Act
They must have edited that out, because they did say it. Everyone thought it. And everybody said it. Right? Surely.
Bob the Drag Queen
And then they thought Joey J. Had the tightest lip sync, which I feel like Kennedy might have the tightest lip sync. Am I crazy?
Courtney Act
No, I think they. I mean, I think they both had very tight lip syncs.
Bob the Drag Queen
They love Sam's look. They love Sam's lip sync. I don't know.
Courtney Act
You said you didn't like Sam's lip sync. No. You said.
Bob the Drag Queen
No, it was. It was Jasmine Kennedy's. Who. I gave her her flowers for her look. So calm down. Don't cry. Sorry. That was. That was so rude. That was so uncalled for. That was so unnecessary. And Jasmine, I do like you. We met, like, once. You were so. We were so lovely to each other.
Courtney Act
Me thinks the lady doth protest, too.
Bob the Drag Queen
I think people think that because I don't like something they do on the Drag Race means I don't like them. Them.
Courtney Act
Yeah.
Bob the Drag Queen
And I'm like, it does not mean that I.
Courtney Act
It's different.
Bob the Drag Queen
I think you're fine.
Courtney Act
But you know what? It is hard to hear that when you're on Drag Race because you're hearing that from everybody else. And when somebody that you respect says that they don't like what you did on Drag Race, that's fine. Cuz you know how to differentiate, but the fans don't.
Bob the Drag Queen
No. It can be brutal. It can be brutal, and people thought it was crazy, but I wasn't rooting for Money on season 10. I was like, you didn't deserve to win. She didn't deserve to win. She. I. She did a good job.
Courtney Act
She did a good job.
Bob the Drag Queen
She. She's my best friend. She didn't deserve to win. I felt differently on All Stars. I thought she did great.
Courtney Act
Yeah, she did the first time.
Bob the Drag Queen
I don't get why Michelle's like, Jasmine, your lip sync was so tight with him. I was like, am I crazy, guys?
Courtney Act
Can anyone else please tell us what you think?
Bob the Drag Queen
Tell me if I'm crazy. My top two. The top two. The top two are Kennedy and Sam. I would have given it to Kennedy and Joey.
Courtney Act
Agree.
Jacob
Who would.
Bob the Drag Queen
You.
Courtney Act
You.
Bob the Drag Queen
That's yours as well. And I do not understand why they don't like this. What did Joey Jay do? Is she not just. Not just the Judges, the girls. Does no one agree that Joey's been slaying? Are they seeing a different edit than. Did they give Joey the you should have won edit? But she's really just asked.
Courtney Act
Maybe they did, because they're going to bring her back.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I hope they do because maybe
Courtney Act
she'll come through and win the whole thing, right? I hope. I do want to see her in the semifinal.
Bob the Drag Queen
Me too. I wanted her to merge and I
Courtney Act
wanted you to know that I just said semifinal, even though in Australia we say semifinal. So I am finally. Do you?
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
Okay.
Bob the Drag Queen
Some folks say semi. Some people say say semi.
Courtney Act
Yeah, got a semi right now.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, I got a semi. Yeah, exactly. I got a. No one goes, I got a semi. You go, I got a semi. Imagine. Well, I got a semi.
Courtney Act
Semi.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, I got a tub.
Courtney Act
So Joey was robbed. Joey been eaten down.
Bob the Drag Queen
So now we're getting ready to lip sync. It is Kennedy versus Sam Jasmine, Kennedy Davenport versus Sam Starr. And one of the best line of the episode. Can she beat me? Possibly, but that is very unlikely.
Jacob
I.
Bob the Drag Queen
My favorite Drag Race moment is when the girl who you know is about to win says something like that. It reminds me back to Peppermint saying they're about to do music by Madonna. And then Peppermint's like, am I nervous? I'm actually nervous for Cynthia. She's like, this is what I do. This is how I pay my bills. I'm. When she said I am nervous for it, I was like, not to peek
Courtney Act
behind the curtain, though. But at the time of saying that Kennedy already knew that she won, but she.
Bob the Drag Queen
But even before she knew she'd been
Courtney Act
new, Kennedy's got this energy about her. Even when she was talking to RuPaul this episode, she brings this, like, calm confidence that is so charming. Like she just knows who she is, what she's doing. And she's talking to RuPaul and she's like, she's not intimidated. And it's almost like she makes RuPaul lean into her.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah.
Courtney Act
And I love that. And that that comment is indicative of that she's goaded.
Bob the Drag Queen
Lately, I've been talking like a straight guy and I can't stop. I'm doing it as a bit and now I can't stop doing it.
Courtney Act
Well, I'm dressing like mama from the 90s.
Bob the Drag Queen
I cannot. Yeah, you were. You had your draw showing when you walked.
Jacob
I did?
Courtney Act
Uh huh. I'm not gonna.
Bob the Drag Queen
Are you an uncle?
Courtney Act
I'm not gonna. Black neck. Are you an uncle? I am.
Bob the Drag Queen
How many?
Courtney Act
One.
Bob the Drag Queen
Just the One. How many siblings?
Courtney Act
That's a long and complicated story. Two.
Bob the Drag Queen
And do they also grew up in loving household? No. Cause it's complicated.
Courtney Act
Cause it's complicated.
Bob the Drag Queen
We found the crack in the armor. They lip sync. And the win goes to Kenneth Davenport. No one is shocked. I believe she deserves it. Now let's get into where it gets.
Jacob
Wow.
Bob the Drag Queen
We're at the MVQ points. And I love when they have to do it on stage and write it down. You can't change it.
Courtney Act
Well, we already know Kennedy's going through because she's on seven. She's untouchable.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yes, she's untouchable. So when they're lip syncing Jasmine, Kennedy is in the back being like, we need to find out who we're going to give our points to. Ladies.
Jacob
Ladies.
Courtney Act
And you know that normally they'd be like ice queens on ice. But not this time because they knew that shit was about to go down and they wanted it to happen.
Bob the Drag Queen
So while they're lip syncing, she's like,
Jacob
yeah,
Bob the Drag Queen
I need to. They're all. They're all back there bargaining, right?
Courtney Act
And she does it. She's like, it could either be me or Hershey. Because Hershey also could have won if everyone had given her.
Bob the Drag Queen
And so could Joey.
Courtney Act
No, Joey couldn't have because he had one less.
Bob the Drag Queen
God damn it. They don't like this bitch.
Courtney Act
Physics, physics. Simple physics.
Bob the Drag Queen
So Sugarcane gives her point to Jasmine because she's her New York City sister. Joy J gives her point to Jasmine because she has a package that she thinks will be finale worthy. Hershey gives her a point to Jasmine because she wants to see her go on. And then Jasmine gives her a point to Hershey because she got close to her during the competition.
Courtney Act
What this tells me is that these girls like Jasmine more than they like Sam because if they didn't, they would have been happy for Sam to be the one going through, but they wanted to disrupt it by putting Jasmine through.
Bob the Drag Queen
They. I think that Jasmine is very charming, and I think they all like her. You're right. They all just fucking like her. She's sweet. She's. She's. She's. She's kind of like little sister vibes.
Courtney Act
Her. She's given a different. She didn't seem to like her this episode, and Sam didn't like her this episode.
Bob the Drag Queen
And, but, and, but. But Hershey gave her her point.
Courtney Act
Yeah, because she likes her more than
Bob the Drag Queen
Sam, and Sam didn't have a point to give. And Sam is gagged. Sam is like, what the. Because Sam wasn't Sam wasn't part of the conversation. So Sam just like, what the is happening?
Courtney Act
As he would be blindsided.
Bob the Drag Queen
Oh, shout out to Selena City. Um, so now we have Kennedy with seven points. Sam and Jasmine have six points. And RuPaul's like, I'm gonna say what the tiebreaker is.
Courtney Act
I would have liked. RuPaul said, it's staying a tie. You're both going home.
Bob the Drag Queen
I did I not say that, Kane? That's exactly what I said. I would like to get a live reaction of Morgan McMichael's face when she saw them. Be like, it's a tie. You both get to go forward. I want to know what Morgan McMichael sitting at home like, well, fuck, my drag.
Courtney Act
Crack.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, my drag.
Courtney Act
I I. But also imagine Sam's face if she said, jasmine, you're going through.
Bob the Drag Queen
It would have been delicious. And because of how much you hate
Courtney Act
Sam, because how much you hate Sam, you would have loved it.
Bob the Drag Queen
Because how much we hate Sam.
Courtney Act
We hate Sam. Oh, we've been brought together by a mutual hate of Sam. And this is how it works. You've got to have a common enemy, you know?
Bob the Drag Queen
And we've chosen Samuel Starr, Charles Barkley's nephew.
Courtney Act
What is that narrative?
Bob the Drag Queen
Sugar Cane's mom's favorite drag queen son. That. No, that would have been insane. So then they talk about this. The wild card scene. The wild car scene is really funny. This toilet scene is so funny to me. I really got to take a lot of that.
Courtney Act
And also the tattoos. Michelle's tattoos.
Bob the Drag Queen
And hairy legs.
Courtney Act
And hairy legs.
Bob the Drag Queen
Morgan, Selena, and Joey are put into the thing, and they pick the wild card. They don't know who it is. Who do you want to be? Morgan McMichaels, Selena, Esteez, or Joey J.
Courtney Act
This is hard because I would love it to be Morgan, but I also want it to be Joey.
Bob the Drag Queen
And fuck Selena.
Courtney Act
Kinda. I'm gonna let fate decide, but I kind of want it to be Joey.
Bob the Drag Queen
Well, I will say I want it to be Joey because I, I, I like. I'm with you. I would love for to be Morgan, but if, if I was having to pick between the two, I would choose
Courtney Act
Joey Jay, because I think that as much as Morgan is wonderful at drag and she's. This is her third bite of the apple, I think. Yeah, I think that Joey's second bite of the apple has shown this evolution where I want to see more from Joey, but Morgan is so good at doing what Morgan does.
Bob the Drag Queen
Yeah, Morgan is. Morgan is a true fucking performer. If you ever get to go see Morgan Michaels live. You. You gotta fucking do it every Monday
Courtney Act
night at Mickey Keith.
Bob the Drag Queen

Throughout, Bob and Courtney dish hilarious anecdotes, spill tea on the drag world, and bring their signature mix of insight, playful shade, and infectious chemistry.
Courtney, on Drag Rumors:

Bob, on Kennedy’s confidence before the lip sync:
“Can she beat me? Possibly, but that is very unlikely.” (64:54)

Courtney: “I try to be nice, but then I end up not being nice, apparently.” (15:21)

“I was the only student in the first semester of grade 11 physics at Senger District State High that passed because I have nostrils.” (43:15)
Live Call—Joey J on RuPaul Challenge prep:
Bob: “Did y’all bring your own RuPaul and Bea Arthur outfits?”
Joey J: “We brought that...and we just took it upon ourselves to memorize [the lip sync].”* (35:12–36:16)
Bob, on Jasmine’s look:
“Jasmine Kennedy, I’m giving your flowers. Here they are. They're a little dead.” (61:46)
Bob, on Drag Race judging:
“Are they seeing a different edit than us?” (63:45)
Rich in playful shade, drag trivia, and self-deprecating humor, Bob and Courtney balance honest critique with comedic detours and incisive drag commentary. Whether trading tea about Drag Race production or uplifting LGBTQ+ voices, this is classic Sibling Rivalry energy—sardonic, joyous, and always with tongue (and a little lash glue) firmly in cheek.
