Not "am I productive?" Not "am I where I thought I'd be at this age?" Not "am I keeping up with the top agents?" But am I internally okay, without a closing, without a pipeline, without a good day to prop yourself up?

That question exposes everything. It shows you where you're avoiding your own truth, where you're basing your worth on activity, and where your inner dialogue has nothing to do with reality.
