March Madness may be over, but that doesn't mean we still don't appreciate a good bracket! This week we talk about the worst places to use the bathroom. Rachel and Jenn both work hard to paint a true picture of the place to get the round to end in their favor. Let us know if you agree with our pick! Also, don't forget to leave us a review! It helps other people find our podcast :)

You know the feeling when you get together with a friend and just talk talk talk about everything and nothing? This episode is like that! We talk about how Roman isn't sleeping, a bad play Rachel saw and a hodgepodge of other things because that's friendship, baby!

Welcome to Spring! We're loving the weather, we're loving the colors, and we're loving...Easter candy? We talk Easter traditions, the excitement of an Easter basket, and the joy of the Easter egg hunt. We talk a bit out religion and why Easter isn't the more popular holiday over Christmas and surprising to no one, realize we have no idea the core differences between the different secs of Christianity. Someone tell us! Also, let us know how you feel about jelly beans.

This week we catch up about Rachel's recent destination wedding and Roman's first big outing. We share some ultimate cozy vibes from our citizens and then get into a rather interesting "Would You Rather" which brings up a lot of questions about different uses for holes.

Love is in the air! Or, it was recently according to Hallmark. This week we talked about our plans for Valentine's Day which turned into a discussion about romance. We talk about how we define romance and how that has changed over time. We also share our proposal stories, the importance of candles and if romance is dead or not.Citizens, let us know your thoughts in the comments or email us at similarbutdifferentpod@gmail.com

Brrrr! It has been CHILLY in Richmond, Virginia. Our three inches of ice have finally melted (mostly), schools are back open (after been closed for a week and a half), and everyone is scared of their energy bill this month (yikes). To add some whimsey to the cold temps, this week we're talking about all things cozy! Specifically, what is our favorite way to "get cozy". Thinking clothing, food, entertainment. Listening to this episode will make you want to grab a cup of hot cocoa stat. Enjoy!

We're baaaaaack! We're jumping back in with still pretty fresh postpartum Jenn to hear all about her birth story. She shares about the joys of back labor, going to the hospital (only to get sent back home and then back to the hospital), low blood pressure, pushing, skin to skin and coming home. We're so excited to be back! What questions do you have for Jenn about her birth?

Please welcome back to the pod, Lindsay! She is here to chat all things social media with us. We talk about what we like about it, what we hate, the addictive qualities, etc. etc. etc.

Happy New Year, Citizens! This episode we dive into our favorite things abouts 2025. At the time of recording, Jenn was deep into her pregnancy discomfort and struggled to find anything positive, but we got there! For those not following along on social media, Jenn did have her sweet baby boy and both baby and mama are doing well! What were some of your highlights from 2025? Tell us in the comments!

It's the holiday season and we both love a Christmas movie and not surprisingly have lots of hot takes about them. This week we talk about our favorite must watch Christmas movies and the very popular ones we think are very overrated. What are you favorite Christmas movies? Is Die Hard a Christmas movie? Is Jingle All The Way a cinematic masterpiece? Share your thoughts with us in the comments!Don't forget, you can get your Similar But Different merch at similarbutdifferentpodcast.com
