Casey Boone
I'm so excited, you guys. It's finally here. I've been talking about it and talking about it and waiting and waiting and sitting on it, but it's finally here. My new product. It's live on the website. I am so proud of her. I'm so excited to share this with you. As always, I'm trying to always think of ways to to make your life a little bit better and a little bit more aesthetic. In the treatment home. In the treatment home. In the treatment room. But maybe it is your home too. Kind of. Our treatment rooms kind of feel like our home, right? Like sometimes or a lot of times we're there in the treatment room than we are at home. I know I. In my earlier years of my career, I spent a lot of time in those little dark rooms talking to all my clients, cleaning all the stuff bazillions of times. But just like sitting in gratitude for my past self and my present self, for everything that I've done. I hope you can do the same for yourself no matter where you are in your career. But yes, the masking bowl is here now. This isn't just any masking bowl. I really took a lot of time and thought and energy into this masking bowl because it has a unique design. Just like my brushes have a unique design, my towel has a unique design. I've now created a unique design for our masking bowls. Because how many times have you been doing like a whipped cleanser or you've been doing a mask and then you're like, you're not done with the brushes, but you need to put them somewhere and you don't know where to put them. And you like try and put them in the bowl and it like falls over and then you're like spilling the product and it's getting mess and you don't want to get it dirty. Well, I, I have solved this problem for you. The bowl now has two U shaped ridges that you can gently, easily place your brushes into. It can hold up to like probably three brushes. But like it's so easy if you're doing like a two fan brush technique, if you're doing the whipped cleanser, if you're exfoliating. Like I've put cold mini cold rollers in there. I put my tiger's eye fits in there. Like all of my products besides the big cold roller fit in these ridges. I made sure I didn't make the bowl too big. It's not too small. It's just right. Just like Goldilocks. I went with a neutral, you know, tan and brown colors to go with hopefully most people's aesthetic in their treatment room. That's why I've made everything like neutral colors through Casey Boone Skincare. It's so funny though. It's like, of course as soon as I put post it, I already getting dm. Is it going to be in other colors? I'm like, yo, I just posted it three seconds ago. Hold on. These are handmade ceramic bowls that have been hand painted and hand glazed. They are so beautiful. They are on the more like delicate side, but they're still like nice thick and sturdy. Do not put, put these in the dishwasher. Please make sure you're hand washing these and disinfecting them to your state board regulations. But I'm so proud of them. Like I literally handpicked little everything in this like, like I said, the size, the shape, the colors. I just spent a lot of time and a lot of energy and a lot of different like samples going through to make sure that I got exactly the right thing. So I can't wait for you to get them in your hands again. They're available now on the website@casey boon-skincare.com if you're listening to this today through the next week, which is, I'm like, what's today? I think it's March 28th. It's March 28th. It's Friday, March 28th. If you're listening to this in the next week, we are doing a sale. 40% off our brushes to go with the bowl. You can use cold code bowl dash BFF for 40 off your brushes. That can be with or without a bowl, but get a freaking bowl. Get a bowl. I worked really hard on these. It's funny, I've been sitting on them for a while. Like, they've literally been sitting in our warehouse in Chicago since, like, November. And I've just like, this is the first time, like, I really just, like, took my time to, like, feel into when was the right time to, like, share these with the world instead of, like, rushing everything out. Like, I've rushed so many products out, which in a lot of ways have served me well. Like, because I was, like, excited. But this time I really sat with it and finally everything came together and I was like, today's the day. Today's the day. We had so many little hiccups behind the scenes. If you've created a product or you've thought about creating a product before, there's so many factors that go into it. Like, but. And even though I've been doing this for years, there's things that still can get in the way. Or I forget, like, I forgot to barcode these. I'm like, oh, my God, I forgot to put a barcode. So, like, the warehouse can, like, keep track and scan them. Or, like, if you have a scanner, you could also scan them. So that's why the launch was delayed, like, another week because we had to pay extra to get them barcoded, but they're barcoded and Haley set that all up on the back. And I'm so grateful that Haley's still doing that. She's obviously not on the podcast right now because she's at home with not only one baby, but two babies. She's got a two year old and now she's got, like a. How old is Jordan? I think Jordan's like four months now. So she's, like, busy at home living the mom life, but she's able to still work remotely, which I'm so, so grateful for. Um, but speaking of, like, having people on the podcast or just podcasts in general, I am starting another podcast, which, funny enough, I'm actually recording the first episode later today after I record this one. But it's not skincare related, but would love to have you. Don't worry, I'm not leaving Skin in the City. Like, I'll still be recording here. Obviously I haven't been recording, like, as consistently because I've just been going through this, like, transitional period and I really let myself, like, rest this winter. But it's spring now. Like, my roses are Blooming, Like, I've put in the, like, deep spiritual work and, like, I'm feeling the payoff and I'm feeling the excitement, and I'm really starting to, like, get into a good flow. But with that being said, I do have, like, other areas outside of skincare that I'm super passionate about and I've been allowing myself to explore. I know I've shared on here before, but I've been singing, I've been dancing, I've been writing music with my husband. So that feels really exciting. And if, you know, you know, I am deeply passionate just, like, about music and specifically, like, the dance world. So I'm starting a podcast with my friend Mary. She lives in Vegas. I met her through a mutual friend. I don't know, maybe like, 10 years ago, and we were out dancing and we started talking about podcast podcasting, and we decided to start our own because, I don't know, I feel like there's so many, like, health and wellness podcasts, but we were, like, looking for something just, like, a little bit more, like, light and, like, fun and a place to share our experiences and maybe, like, talk to other people. So the podcast is going to be called Out Late. It's a. It's Music Dance Rave Love podcast. So if you're into dance music, if you're into raving, if you're into just. If you're interested in just, like, hearing other, other sides of my life, that podcast is going to be out. I, like, can't believe it. I'm really, really, really excited. This is just, like, a passion project on the side. But, of course, as always, I can't help and, like, think about it in, like, a business sense. And I'm just. I'm excited to put myself out here in a new way and see what happens. So would love to have you over there if you care to hear what we're going to be sharing. Make sure you're following me on my personal page if you're interested. Beyond skincare, my personal page is Iconic Disco Queen. And then the new podcast is going to be the Out Late podcast. I think it's just Out Late Podcast, actually. It's really cute. It's like a. It's like purple with, like, a cat disco ball. So cute. Speaking of, I have my kitty titties on if you're watching this video in honor of the first new podcast. But, yeah, lots of new stuff today. I feel like spring is blooming and birthing so much new energy for me. So I hope you love the mask bowls I am so proud of them. And, you know, I posted. I was a little ballsy and I posted this morning, and I was like, let's see, like, how soon, like, the haters are gonna, like, copy this. And I say that. I say that with love and not with, like, passion, passive aggressiveness. Because. And this is something, like, I've fought with for, I don't know, as long as I can remember. Even, like, before I, like, had my own business. Just, like, competition and past people being passive aggressive and feeling like I needed to, like, state that, like, this is mine. I thought of it, I created it. And like, of course, like, I'm telling you guys that. But at the end of the day, like, I have to take it as, like, a compliment that other people are feeling inspired by what I'm putting out into the world. And nothing is really, like, original. But, you know, it's funny that I've taken kind of not a full hiatus, but I've definitely taken, like, a break from posting as much on social media. And obviously I haven't been on here as much, and I just haven't seen, like, as any new, exciting, fun trends or videos or products, like, really coming out. So I'll just leave that there. But let's see how soon. Because I can tell you guys here, I feel like you guys are my. You guys are my besties. You've been with me a long time, or a lot of you have, or if it's your first time, like, welcome. You get, like, the insider scoop here. Let's see how long it takes before somebody else comes out with a bowl like this. Like, I'm just really curious. And then it's like, on Dermascope magazine, but it's not me and it's not my bowl. Do you know what I mean? But you gotta love it. And I'm so grateful because I get to do what I love, which is creating products for you. And I get to live the life that I live because of the products and because of you and because of your support through all these years. And that's what matters the most to me. It's not about being, like, you know, number one or on the COVID of a magazine, but, like, also, not to brag we won, but, like, brag a little bit. We won best supplies of 2025 on Dermascope magazine. So I do get recognition. So I shouldn't talk too much shit. But I. I can talk a little bit, so that's really exciting, too. We won best aromatherapy with my friends. Use this if you haven't tried the aromatherapy. It's so freaking good. It's sold exclusively atmyfriendsuse this.com. you can use the code Casey. 10 for 10 off. This is a new formulation. It's different than the glow. It. I think it smells better. It's like, lighter. It's brighter, but it's still grounding and the price point is better. It's actually like her best. One of her best sellers on the website. And yeah. And we won best supplies for the perfect facial towel, which is my baby. It's a tried and true. It changed the game for facial towels and now we're changing the game for the masking bowl. So just wanted to give you guys a quick little, like, update. I want to say happy spring. Thank you for all the support over the years and sticking with me. Thank you for your patience too. Because, like, I think it was like last week I was like, the product is coming out. And then I was like, never mind. It's not. I didn't really say anything. And then this week I was like, okay, now it's coming out. So thank you for your patience. Thank you for your support. Make sure you're following me on Instagram and Tick Tock at Casey Boone skincare. If you care to follow my personal on Instagram or Tick tock, it's iconic disco queen and my new podcast outlay podcast. And I'll be back here soon. I love you guys.
