Back. By a popular request, I am bringing you a esthetician sound bowl meditation. I know you guys loved the esthetician affirmations. If you haven't checked that out, go look them up. Esthetician affirmations on the podcast, I recommend listening to this daily, even multiple times a day. And I challenge you, try it for 21 days and see, see the shifts in your life. But today we're just going to do a quick, simple meditation with some sound bowl therapy. This is going to help reduce stress, promote some relaxation, maybe reduce that cortisol, like lower the blood pressure. Hopefully it's going to help you sleep a little bit better tonight. And honestly guys, I know lots of times we think about meditation. We have to like lay there and not think about anything for 20 minutes. But sometimes even just a couple of minutes of sitting with yourself without the distraction of your kids, your dog, your phone, your clients can really just make amazing, incredible, transformational shifts in your life. And sometimes it just takes a couple minutes of silence a day. But instead of just sitting in silence, I thought, why, why don't we do a little bit of a sound bowl meditation? So whether you're driving to work or you're taking a walk, or maybe you're sitting on your couch and you lit a candle and you lit some incense, I want you to relax and I want you to, if you're, as long as you're not driving or walking, you can close your eyes. If not, keep driving, Keep walking. This is still going to work if you're driving in the car, okay? But I want you to take a deep breath. So take a deep breath in. You're going to hold it at the top and then you're going to let go one more deep breath in. Hold it at the top and let it out. Let the sound wash over you. If you want, you can even set an attention for today. Maybe it's to be a little bit more patient. Maybe it's to take a break. Maybe it's a little bit more self love or a lot more. Whatever it is, take another deep breath in and hold it at the top while you think of your intention and let it out. You're going to release any negative energy, any old thought patterns and just enjoy the sound and the vibration of the bowls. Keep breathing. Can we just be a little bit more grateful today? Can we allow ourselves to relax just a little bit more? Just know where we have to be. Nothing we have to think about in this moment. Just breathe. Can you relax your eyes a little bit more? Relax your jaw. Relax your neck. Relax your shoulders. Relax your chest and your stomach. Relax your hips and your legs. Relax your ankles and your feet and your toes. Just let it all go. Take one more deep breath in. Hold it at the top and think of your intention and let everything else go. It.
