Now begin by settling into a comfortable position, allowing your body to be fully supported. Nothing at all you need to hold here, nothing you need to manage. Quiet moment. Now that is just for you. Now let's start by having you take

a slow breath in.

And then a gentle release as you let that breath out. Good. And another slower breath in. And then as you exhale. You're letting the day soften away. Soften away. And one more. Now inhale. And exhale. There is nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to do. You're just gradually allowing yourself to slip into sleep. You may allow your eyelids to close if they are not yet already. You might notice the fluttering of your eyelids, which is perfectly normal. In fact, the fluttering of your eyelids only relaxes you more and more, sends a signal through your whole body that it is time to let go, to let yourself sink into sleep. Now begin to notice the feeling of your body, The sensations within it. You may begin to imagine or feel soft, subtle lightness that begins to gather as the gravity itself is loosening its hold on you. Imagine that reveal the essence of that kind of liberation. Being able to just float above it all, to be weightless and free. You're lightening more and more, lying ever so still as your body is remembering how to be completely at ease. Completely at ease. Now we'll move slowly through your whole body. I'm here to give you the gentle attention you've well earned after a long day. Going to help your body soften from head to toe and grow more and more weightless. Weightless and free. Weightless and free. As you breathe in and as you breathe out, bring your awareness to the top of your head. The crown of your head softens like a gentle exhale across the surface and any tension begins to dissolve effortlessly all the way down the back of your head and into your neck. And over your face. Now your forehead smooth, The space between your brows widen, stretch as the temples soften and soften some more. And in your face you experience spaciousness. Your eyes are resting easily behind closed lids. They simply rest. Every tiny muscle around the eyes releases. Release. Now allow a deeper calm to begin, to settle all the way down into your cheeks, down into your jaw. As your jaw begins to soften

slack, The tongue rests gently, just floating in the mouth. That's right. Nothing holding. Everything is relaxed and loose. And just allow a soft wave of weightlessness to move through the face. There you go. Let every muscle release tension. Everything feels lighter and lighter. And lighter. As you bring your awareness to the back of your neck, releasing into the surface beneath you. The sides of your neck lengthen gently. The front of your throat. Soft and open. And you just sink deep and just bring all of your awareness to that wonderful sensation of weightlessness. You are weightless and free. Your shoulders now. Relax even more, for they so often are caring so, so much. But now they begin to lower. There's an unwinding here, As if something has just been set down. Down. And this brings a quiet sense of relief. I want you to feel that right now. As your shoulders continue to soften, a feeling of lightness begins to spread. You'll feel it down your arms, gently and slowly from the shoulder, into your upper arms, Down into your elbow. And gently into your forearms. How wonderful that feels clear down into your wrists. And gently into your hands, your fingers, each one loosening, uncurling. The relaxation is so deep. You are more and more weightless and free. Weightless and free. You might be astonished at how effortless this feels, Lying so still, breathing so calmly, Every inch of your body softening, relaxing, Unwinding. Good. Now bring awareness to your chest. The gentle rise and fall of your breath. There is no need to change it. Simply notice. Observe that with each inhale there is a soft expansion. And with each exhale a deeper release. Really, As you move into the heart space. So calm and steady, calm and steady. Know that it is held in a quiet rhythm, your own rhythm. Tune in to that natural beat, The beating heart, Your life force. Strong, steady, Rhythmic. Relax. And now the upper back. The shoulder blades melting downward, spreading slightly as if there is more room there. Now. Gentle expansion. The entire upper body soft, Open, Light. Good. You are weightless and free. Weightless and free. Now bring your awareness to your stomach and Relax. Releasing tension, Just softening, Relaxing. Your stomach. Relaxing with every breath. As the belly softens, there's a deeper signal of safety now that moves through your whole body. It rolls down into your lower back, Gently dissolving any tightness. Let it all just melt away, melt away, Melt away. Down into your hips. You feel deeply supported. You let tension melt away, melt away. You may feel both heavy and light, light and heavy. The body is in this perfect, neutral space, A heaviness that connects you to comfort, To weightlessness, that connects you to freedom. Here you may feel comfort and freedom simultaneously while you just lie here. Ever so gently and simply rest. Rest. Allow your awareness to move down through your thighs, softening the muscles completely from your upper leg down into your knee. Muscles. Loosening and lengthening, Softening,

Your knees are at ease. Down into your lower leg. Calves and shins are all releasing, And there's an easy, quiet stillness. And now the ankles and the feet. Your heels are resting deeply. The soles of the feet are soft. And each toe relaxed. Your entire body now resting, resting. And the weightlessness is so very liberating, as though you are gently suspended in comfort, Supported so deeply and feeling lighter in the lighter. With every breath, You can float now, just float in perfect ease. You are free. You are free. To drift, Draw. And let go. And let go. And now that your body has received this gentle personal care, we begin a gentle descent down into sleep. Sleep. It's already beginning to meet you in the heaviness of your eyelids. And the weightlessness that you feel. Now. Allow yourself to float into sleep

you into a deeper level of rest, a softer surrender, An invitation to let go. To let go. At 20, a gentle letting go. For 19. You're drifting slightly deeper now. Do you feel that. Good? From 90 to 80, the body softens even more. The mind quiets. Quiet in the most calming way. For at 18 to 70, you're sinking into stillness. Stillness. Or at 16, everything is slowing. Slowly. At 15, the breath is soft, Even. Gentle. From 15 to 40, A calm heaviness and a lightness all at once. It's that perfectly neutral place where you just float, Float free. Light and free. Light and free. 40 to 30 thoughts become more distant. And at 12, they're fading into the background. So that at 11, only this moment remains. Right here, right now. Breath in, The breath out. Good. Weightless and free. Weight and free. At 10, experience a deep calm rest. How wonderful it is to let go to drift even further at night. Deeper and deep into a you let go even more completely completely. Let go even more. You're weightless and free. Weightless and free. At 7. Sleeve is gently approaching at 6 even closer now and closer. And closer. And five so soft, So quiet. For it for there is nothing at all to hold. Nothing to think about. Three now is two you're just floating now drifting into sleep. D restful sleep. Weightlessly. And it is here that you remain. Floating, Resting. Sleeping. If the body needs to shift during the night it does so gently and then returns easily, slowly to weightlessly. Sleep. And effortlessly. The body knows how to rest. And tonight it rests so deeply for sleep comes naturally. It is soft. It is restorative. And uninterrupted. And you remain right here. Breathing in, Breathing out. And letting go. And letting go.
