Lacey speaks to Kris Roehling, the President of the Board for Recovery Dharma, a Buddhist-informed path to recovery from addiction of all kinds. It's also a non-profit, peer-led, grassroots organization with meetings all over the world (though they're largely held online now due to covid). Kris gives us some Buddhism 101 and talks about how the philosophy has been so beneficial to her recovery. They also talk about what to expect with the Recovery Dharma program and how you don't have to be a Buddhist to be part of the community or check out meetings.
