Hey friend, April is here. And that means it's time to get intentional about your visibility. Because listen, visibility isn't just about being seen, friend. It is about being seen by the right people in the right way, with the right message. If you're just posting content without a plan or hoping people magically find your business, this is your wake up call. Today I am giving you three powerful visibility goals you need to set this month if you want to grow your brand, attract aligned clients, and make sure that your content is actually doing the heavy lifting for you. Okay, so you already know the drill. Get your pens and your notepads ready because gems are about to be dropped. Let's get into it. Here's Goal number one, show up as a thought leader once a week. This isn't about being perfect, not at all. This is about being consistent, confident, and intent. Thought leadership content builds trust, and trust is what sells. Why does this even matter, though, Michelle? Why does it matter? People are craving real insights. When you speak on trends, share your opinion, or teach something your audience didn't know, they see you as the expert. And here's how you do it. Record one reel each week where you share a bold opinion or industry insight. Write a carousel or long form post with three takeaways on a hot topic, and then go live and break down something happening in your niche right now. Here's a tip. Save time by batch creating your talking points. Block one hour this week to plan four pieces of thought leader content. You will thank yourself later, my friend. Goal number two. Pitch yourself for one visibility opportunity. Visibility doesn't come from your content. It comes from your connection.
Michelle Thames
Ooh, that's a bar. Why it matters.
April
Well, when you put yourself out there in new rooms, on podcasts, Instagram lives, and Facebook groups and events, you tap into other people's audiences, friend. It's like borrowing the spotlight. And it works. Okay, I do this all the time. And here's how you do it. Pitch yourself to be a guest on one podcast in your niche. Ask a biz bestie if they be down to do a joint Instagram Live or apply to speak at a virtual summit or local panel. Your pitch doesn't need to be long. It just needs to be clear who.
Michelle Thames
You are, what you talk about, and.
April
How you can bring value. You got this. You got this. Goal number three. Make one offer weekly that clearly positions you as the expert. If people don't know how to work with you, they won't.
Michelle Thames
Why does this matter?
April
You don't need to post 24. 7. You need to clearly communicate what you do, how you help, and how someone can take the next step. That's how visibility turns into income. Here's how you do it. Create a post or story each week that says, here's who I help, here's how, and here's how to work with me. Use storytelling to connect your offer to a real transformation and make sure you add a clear call to action. DM me. Apply now or grab your seat. Here's a tip. Repetition is your best friend. I know people say it all the time, Michelle, but do I have to keep saying it over and over again? Yes, you do. You might be tired of saying it, but someone in your audience is just now hearing it. For the first time, friend. Now, if you are for the challenge, here's a bonus challenge. All right? Track your progress. Set up a weekly check in every Friday. Did I post thought leadership content? Did I pitch myself for one opportunity? Did I clearly offer my services? Here's the thing. Visibility isn't magnetic. It's momentum. Small moves done consistently. Change the game. Okay, change the game. Now let's run this back real quick. Goal number one, show up as a thought leader every single week. Period. We do not. We're not out here to be just posting content. We're out here to post the right content. Right? Goal number two, pitch yourself for at least one new opportunity. Goal number three, make one clear, confident offer every week. If you follow through on just these three visibility goals, I promise you, you feel more confident, attract better leads, and see real results. And if you want to go even deeper, don't forget to sign up for my free webinar on April 16th. Magnetic Personal Branding. How to build a brand that stands out and sells online.
