Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast. If you're new here, welcome to Social Media Decoded, where we talk about visibility, personal branding, and how entrepreneurs turn their ideas into opportunities and income. I'm your host, Michelle Thames, and today we're getting very practical because one of the biggest questions I get is what should I actually be posting to get clients? Not just engagement, not just likes, not just views, but clients. So in this episode, I'm walking you through your April visibility plan. Yep, we're early. And if I was building my brand from scratch or even optimizing it right now, this is exactly what I will post to attract clients this month. Go ahead and get your pens and your notepads ready because gems are about to be dropped. What actually converts? All right, it's time for visibility breakdown. Let's break down what actually converts, because here's the truth. Not all content is created equal. Some content gets attention, some content builds authority, and some content actually converts into clients. If you want clients, you need a mix of three types of content. Number one, authority. Content. This is where you teach. You share your expertise. Break things down. Give people insight into how you think. Examples How I will grow your business in 30 days. Three mistakes keeping you invisible. What I will fix in your brand today. This positions you as the expert. Number two, proof content. This is where you show results. Client wins. Community wins. Your own wins. Behind the scenes of your work. People don't just want to hear that you're good. They want to see it. Number three, perspective Content. This is where you share your beliefs. This is what makes people follow you. Unpopular opinions. Mindset shifts. Industry takes examples. Posting more is not the strategy. You don't need more followers. You need better rooms. This builds your voice. Now what actually got clients. All right, let's talk about real life, because I don't want this to just be theory. When I look at how I've actually gotten clients, it wasn't from one viral post. It was from a combination of things. Someone listens to the podcast. They follow me on Instagram. They see my content consistently. They attend an event, they join a conversation, and over time, they trust me. And then they reach out. That's why I always say content alone doesn't convert. Ecosystems do. When people see you in multiple places, they feel like they know you. And that's what leads to clients. All right, here's your unpopular visibility truth. Most people don't get clients because they're posting randomly. There's no strategy, no intention, no connection between their content and their offers. If your content doesn't lead somewhere, it won't convert. Now this is the exciting part. Your April content plan. Here's what I would do for April. Post four to five times per week and rotate this weekly structure. Two authority posts, one proof post. One perspective post. One personal or lifestyle post. Here's a weekly example. Monday is your authority post. It could be what I would fix in your brand today. Tuesday proof a client or community win. Wednesday perspective and unpopular opinion. Thursday authority. You teach something. Friday is personal. Behind the scenes call to action strategy. Every post should lead somewhere. Join your community, attend an event, book a call, listen to the podcast. Visibility is opportunity. Now, if you want help implementing this, if you're like this sounds good, but I need clarity on my strategy. I offer strategy calls where we map this out for your brand. And if you want to be in a space where this is happening in real time, where women are building visibility, collaborating and getting opportunities, I love to invite you into my community. Details are in the show notes and if you enjoyed this episode, make sure you follow the podcast and leave a review. And if you're listening on Spotify, answer the question for today's episode. Thank you so much for being here and I'll talk to you in the next one.
