Giving you a straightforward four week roadmap for August so that you can boost your visibility, tighten your funnel, nurture community, and turn content into cash without juggling 50 tactics all at once. So grab your notebook or open your notes app on your phone and when we're done, you have a weekly checklist that takes the guesswork out of August. Let's get into it. So I have a week by week blueprint. Okay, week one, let's fix this funnel. Let's make every profile click count. That's the goal. So the first step is to audit your bio that states who you are and who you help, plus the results you deliver. I feel like it's never, you can never update this too many times to be as clear as possible. We're going to replace multiple links with one clear freebie link or low ticket offer. I was thinking of how I absolutely have a lot of different links in my bio and that if I really want people to go to one place, I should just funnel them there. I used to do that before and I stopped and I have a link with multiple links. But I've been thinking more recently just to lead people to one place. And even if that's switching it out when you're offering something new, that's okay because again, I think it just helps to streamline traffic and everything. Right. So if you're up to it, join me. I'm thinking about replacing mine. So then we're going to add a 15 second story highlight that says start here that points to that link. Okay. And then we're going to track our link in bio clicks in our Instagram insights for August to see what happens because that's how you know if anything works, right? If you check the analytics. I am an analytics type of girl. I've really been focusing a lot more on analytics and just want to make everything more simplified. I am in the soft life CEO era and I don't want to do things more difficult and so you will notice that things just you want to maybe simplify some things, right? So let's move into week two optimizing one platform. Now go ahead and pick one Instagram, LinkedIn or your podcast. I'm definitely picking Instagram on my podcast is definitely always on the docket. Okay. I want you to know this podcast is my baby. I love this and it's always on the docket. So. But I'm going to go with Instagram. I want to take the if you didn't listen to the SEO episode, go back and listen to that. I'm going to be adding and make sure I have keyword rich alt text in all of my posts. Okay. Maybe on LinkedIn. If you're doing that, rewrite your headline with a client Focus promise. And for your podcast, add a 60 second trailer and optimize your title and description for search. The success metric of all of this is we're gonna watch profile visits. We're gonna watch our search impressions or and or new subscribers New subscribers to your channel this summer.

Now let's move into week three. This is where we are activating community. Maybe you Run a five day micro challenge or some type of challenge. Choose a pain point theme. If you're a marketer like me, it could be let's revive these reels or a daily lead generation opportunity. Post one prompt per day inside of your group or your stories or email. Celebrate the completions publicly like with the people's names and tagging them and and the success metric for this could be the number of replies, comments or completed prompts. Now Week four Upsell and survey Offer a bite sized product or session, maybe a template pack, a mini course, a power hour at checkout or via follow up email. Ask three survey questions. What solved your biggest problem? What's still missing? What price point feels right for the next step for you? Success metric for this could be units sold and survey completion rate. Not only is this helping you sell, but it's also getting market research which we absolutely want. Here is your monthly focus Cheat sheet. Week one, your bio and your link updates. Week two, SEO tune up. Week three, hosting a micro challenge and week four, sale and survey. Tape it to your monitor. Clarity beats chaos. I'm going to put it on a sticky note right now as I'm sitting at my desk and I'm going to paste this to my desk for August. Okay, now here's something that I absolutely love. Time blocking. Time blocking. A lot of people ask me, michelle, how do you do everything? It is time blocking. I also don't say yes to a lot of things that I really don't want to do. Building my business is really important to me and while it's not my entire life, it is something that I take pride in and want to continue to build it. I know that the only way to do that is to put time into it. So I time block. Okay? And if you want a video on how I time block, I have a loom video. It's like on demand. Let's, let's do an August mindset reset. Because for me, I definitely am doing this. I'm here, I'm doing a whole reset of my mind frame, my mindset. What didn't work in July doesn't mean that it's not going to work in August. Tightening up my systems, tightening up my workflows, tightening up everything is what I'm doing. Remember that momentum compounds four small wins, beat one giant unfinished idea and progress over for perfection every single time. Right?
