Whether you're just starting or scaling the six figures, you're in the right place. So grab your coffee or Matcha if you're like me and let's dive into today's episode. If you've been posting content and hearing nothing but digital silence, or if you're stuck trying to be consistent but have no real plan behind your post, this episode is for you. Today, I'm pulling back the curtain on exactly how I help my clients get booked out using a weekly content plan that actually works in 2025. And I'm not just going to tell you what to post. I'm going to tell you why it works, when to post it, and how to keep it going without burning out. So get your pins and your notepads ready because gems are about to be dropped. Let's get into it. Part one is why Just be consistent is not a strategy. Can we just be real for a moment? Just be consistent is the most unhelpful advice when it comes to content. Why? Because consistency without clarity equals burnout with no results. You could post every single day for a year and still still not make a dollar if your content isn't aligned to your visibility and monetization goals. So what most people are missing is a system, not just a schedule. A system that moves people from discovering you, engaging with you, trusting you, and finally buying from you. Your content should do all four. And the good news? You don't need to post every day to make that happen. That's why you're listening to this podcast. So let's talk about Part two. Part two the three post weekly framework that gets you clients. Let me break it down. The weekly system I teach inside of my elevate and empower community and to all of my clients and that I even use myself. All you need is three posts a week. Post number one Visibility Authority Post. You could do this on Monday or Tuesday or whatever works best for you. I'm just giving you some examples. This post is about positioning. It's your standing tall as the expert post Examples A myth busting reel three Things I Wish I Knew Before I started Carousel or Behind the scenes Client Transformation with a strong call to action. This helps new people find you and immediately understand what you're about. The call to action Save this. If you're on your journey or want help with this, join my challenge. Post number two is an engagement or a story post. You could do this Wednesday or Thursday or whatever works best for you. This is where people connect emotionally with you A few examples your founder story or turning point story in your journey. A vulnerable moment you learn from a life business truth with your audience that they can deeply relate to. Why this works People buy from people. Your story helps them to see themselves in your brand. Call to action Something like have you ever felt this way? Drop an emoji if this hit the third post is to offer your offer or client wins. This could be Friday or Sunday again or whatever day works best for you. This is your invitation to work with you. Do not skip this. Here are some examples. Client results with screenshots, a video or a voice note your offer explain in plain language or a story showing the transformation your offer provides. This is how you build desire and move people to action. The call to action Want results like this Comment visibility for the link Just an example. Here's a pro tip. Rotate different formats like reels, carousels, static posts and stories and reuse your top performing content with slight tweaks. If you haven't noticed, this is something that I do all the time. I go back through all of my top content and I reuse that content with some tweaks. Okay, repurposing works if you do it in the right way. You don't have to post content every single day. None of that. Okay, none of that. Let me guess. You've been showing up on Instagram trying to be consistent, but your stories? Crickets. Here's the thing. Stories sell when you use them, right? So I created a free mini guide called the $200 a day story Strategy to help you start turning views into conversations and conversations into cash. Inside, I give you the exact framework that I've used to sell out offers using just Instagram stories and voice notes. No ads, no pressure. Grab it for free at the link in the show notes or DM me the word story S T O R Y on Instagram. Your content is powerful. Let's make it also profitable now. Let's map it out with some themes to make this sustainable. Theme your weeks or rotate content topics like maybe week one is visibility, week two is offers, week three is testimonials, and week four is education or behind the scenes. You can also theme by day like maybe Monday is an expert tip, Wednesday is relatable or personal, and Friday is an offer or promo. This gives you structure without being robotic. And remember, your stories, lives and captions also count. You don't need a grid of perfection. You need a system that works with your life and and your energy. How this system books out my clients let's Talk about it. I have clients who've used this exact framework and booked their first one on one client in less than 30 days. I have a client who created a wait list for a coaching program with under 2,000 followers. I also have a client that made $5,000 in a launch from only posting three times a week. Because again, this isn't about volume, it's about value and intentionality. When your content tells a story, offers transformation and invites people in, you become the obvious choice in your niche. And if you're thinking Michelle, I need help implementing this, I got you. I offer marketing and visibility sprints. Me and you together for 30 days in the Slack channel. You can ask me whatever, you can share as many links, many voice notes as you can in these 30 days and I'm going to help you with reach your goals. We start off with a one on one 60 minute session where you're going to tell me everything and for the next 30 days I'm going to help you implement as much as possible and keep you accountable. So if this sounds like something that you're interested in, go ahead and follow me on Instagram Michelle L. Thames and go ahead and DM me the word Sprint and let's talk about what a visibility and marketing sprint can look like for you over the next 30 days. So let's recap. You don't need to post daily, not at all. You do need a three part content system. You should focus on value, story and invitation, repurpose theme and most of all, stay human. When you have a plan, showing up becomes easier and sales start coming in without you begging, chasing or burning out. And again, if you want my exact system and support and make sure you send me the word sprint over on Instagram. And let's talk about how my marketing Sprint can help you.
