We took all the ideas that she had and put them into a real plan. What to focus on, when to sell, how to nurture. Here's an action step for you. Write down one visibility goal for this week and one offer that you share clearly. And do not try to do everything at once. Don't try to do it. Hey hey. Welcome to the Social Media Decoded Podcast, the Go to podcast for entrepreneurs and business owners who want to grow their brand, increase visibility and make more money without the overwhelm. Each week I bring you expert insights, actionable tips and real talk about what's actually working in social media and digital marketing. Whether you're just starting or scaling the six figures, you're in the right place. So grab your coffee or Matcha if you're like me and let's Dive into today's episode. Today's episode is one of my favorites because it's all about receipts, the real kind. Today you'll hear directly from one of my incredible clients, Alada, who went from feeling stuck and invisible to booked out, building momentum and finally seeing her vision come to life. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by all the things that you should be doing online or worried you miss your window, Alada's story is proof that it's never too late to start again. And when, before we get started, I want to set the stage for you. So before we started working together, Alada was juggling it all. She's a prosperity coach, the founder of the Best you network, and published author. But life happened. She lost momentum. She felt overwhelmed by all the social media platforms, email, newsletters, you know, you know the feeling, right? Just trying to do it all, but not too sure if any of it was actually working. I want you to hear her story in her own words because I know so many of you will see yourselves and what she shares.
Alada Clincy
Hey. So my name is Alada Clincy and I am a soul prosperity coach and the founder of the Bestu Network. What I do is help Christian women who have come out of toxic relationships reclaim their lives and fully and confidently work, walk in their God given purpose. And I do this because it is my own testimony I've walked that road and now I'm passionate about helping other women rise from it as well. Before working with Michelle, I was in an interesting place. I was coming off of a season where I had lost momentum in my business just due to life. I had just finished writing and publishing my book, the Second Bride, which is a biblical guide to rediscovering God's love, embracing self love, and finding love again after abuse and divorce. But I knew I needed to rebuild my visibility online, especially on social media. And I felt overwhelmed because there's so many options, there's so many things that I knew I could do, you know, tik tok, Instagram. I needed to work on my email marketing and newsletter, Facebook groups, like all the things. And so I was feeling overwhelmed and I needed clarity and a game plan and. And that's when I decided to reach out to Michelle. I knew she could help me pull it all together. And since working with her, now I have a clear strategy and a roadmap instead of just randomly flying by the seat of my pants, right? And she's helped me clarify my process and all the thoughts and ideas, like floating around in my head. And so I Feel more organized. And she actually helped me to start implementing, which is so key. Like, I needed that accountability and the results came in fast. Like women started showing up engaging and now I have a good problem. I need to catch up on the back end systems to keep up with the growth. But I'm really excited about that and I just want to, you know, encourage anyone. If you are a woman who knows you're called but you're sitting in that place of like overwhelm trying to figure it all out alone, don't. Okay? I wasted a lot of time with that. Michelle really has a gift for pulling the gold out of your vision and helping you build in a way that makes sense for you. So working with her gave me structure, momentum, and some confidence just to show up again. So thank you so much, Michelle.
Michelle Thames
Now, can you relate to what Alayda shared? Because I know so many of you right here feel overwhelmed, full of ideas, but spinning your wheels because you're missing the clarity and structure to actually make it happen. So here's what we did together and what you can do too. So get your pens and notepads ready. The first thing is we got clear on her vision and who she serves. Alayda is a powerhouse, but she needed that clarity and outside perspective. Perspective to see her own goals. So ask yourself, am I communicating clearly who I help and what I do everywhere that I show up? The second thing we did is we mapped out a visibility strategy. No more random posting. We took all the ideas that she had and put them into a real plan. What to focus on, when to sell, how to nurture. Here's an action step for you. Write down one visibility goal for this week and one offer that you share clearly. And do not try to do everything at once. Don't try to do it then. Implementation with accountability. This is where most people get stuck. Ideas are so easy, but consistent implementation is what brings real results. If you need accountability in a hype squad, you don't have to do it alone. That's what my 30 day sprints are for. My community, my groups. That is what my spaces are for. And so here's the magic. When Aleyda got clear, got a plan and started implementing, her audience responded fast, engagement went up and new women started reaching out. And suddenly she had to scale her back end just to keep up. And this was just two weeks of us working together. That's a visibility fix. That's what happens when you stop spinning your wheels and get the right support. So if you're listening to Alayda and you see yourself in her journey. I want you to know it's possible for you too. You just need clarity, a plan and a little accountability to make it happen. Here's how I can help. I have a 30 day marketing sprint. That's what me and Aleyda worked on together. So it's a marketing and visibility sprint where we do one 60 minute session where you tell me everything and I'm going to help you take all your thoughts and ideas, the plans that you have, and put into an actual plan to help you leverage the platforms that you're on, whether it's your podcast, email marketing. Aleyda's working on relaunching her podcast. She's working on a group program and we were able to flush out how all of that will look and a timeline for everything she wants to do from now and even to 2026. And then we have a private Slack channel, just me and Alayda, and she shares everything she's working on with me. She wants me to look at something, we talk, send voice notes, working on the plan in real time and accountability. And I'm checking in to make sure that she's, you know, moving along, she needs help and that I'm here. And so if that sounds like something that you would love, let me know. You can send me a DM on Instagram @ Michelle L. Thanes the word sprint. And let's talk about my 30 day marketing and visibility sprint and how it can help you. Even if you have offers, you're trying to figure out how to promote your offers, what channels, all the things. We can do it. Okay? We can do it. And remember, this episode is part of the Booked Invisible series that I'm doing this summer. If you want to go back to day one, you can go back to some of my episodes and binge them all. Okay. Binge all the episodes. All my episodes are super short and to the point. Even the interviews as well. Some amazing interviews. I have almost 500 episodes and I'm going to do a party when I get to 500 episodes because I'm so excited. I'm so excited that I've been able to remain consistent and bring you valuable content right at your ears. Okay? Right at your ears. You're probably on a walk. Maybe you listen to this while you are cleaning or taking care of the kids. I am appreciative of you. Okay? And if you haven't already, share this episode with a friend who needs a push to get visible again tomorrow. And tomorrow's episode, we're talking about how to build an email list and an Instagram community that buys from you every single week. You do not want to miss it. I am cheering you on. I hope that you have an amazing day. Let's get visible, get paid and and get you on my sticky note wall. Alright, that's a wrap on today's episode. I hope you got some valuable insights and real strategies you can apply to your business right now. If you enjoyed this episode, I'd love for you to do two quick things. First, take a screenshot, share it on Instagram and tag me ichellelthame so we can keep the conversation going.
