Welcome back to Social Media Decoded. I'm your host Michelle Thames, and today I've got something really special for you. You know, I always say visibility is the key to building authority and attracting the right clients. But instead of just hearing it from me, I want you to hear it from one of my amazing clients, Jenny Mac. Jenny recently worked with me on her social media strategy and the results have been incredible. She went from feeling really stuck and unsure about how to show up to having clarity, confidence and a strategy that actually works. I'll let you hear Jenny's words in just a minute, but I want to also remind you this transformation is exactly what happens when when you invest in visibility and a visibility strategy. And at Elevate and empower live this November 1st in Chicago, I'll be teaching these amazing strategies in the room with women ready to rise. Just like Jenny.

What do I love most about the Elevate and Empower community? The community is bomb. You have people that look like you, that can relate to you, that, you know, go through the same challenges and struggles. So that is uplifting in itself because I realize that I'm not alone on this entrepreneurship journey. Michelle is everything. She is just a resource, hub and knowledge. So are the other members in the group. I've been able to collaborate with some people and like I said, I've befriended some people in the Elevate and Empower community. So I absolutely love it. I look forward to the monthly sessions with the guest speakers every month. But most my favorite is the co working sessions. I believe it's the last Sunday of every month or the first Sunday of every month. Anyway, these coworkers sessions are amazing. We got online for about two hours and we go around the room virtually and say, okay, what do we want to work on together? And whether that is just Getting some marketing done or going through emails or planning for the upcoming week or month or quarter. It's just a way for us to hold time and space for each other again, keeping each other accountable and getting stuff done. And by the end of this call we've checked some boxes off, we got our things done that we wanted to get done. Some of us continue to work after this call. So I absolutely love the monthly co working session. Those are my highlights. But like I said Michelle, an absolute resource hub. I thank you Michelle for believing in me, for encouraging me, for trusting in me and woo getting me emotional. I am so grateful for you and the community. Thank you. What has changed since joining the Elevate and Empower community? Oh my goodness, so many things have changed. So I joined the Elevate and Empower community towards the beginning of the year and my first experience with joining the community is how encouraging Michelle is. I wanted to start engaging with my community more and I was curious about doing experiences such as workshops or masterclasses and I was just very hard on myself and Michelle said, girl, let's get this masterclass together. What are the next three steps that you need to do to get this masterclass on the calendar? And that's how we literally started working together to start out with, with the Elevate and Empower community. And I lost my. I launched my first masterclass and I had seven people sign up for paid masterclass earning $500 just for me sharing my personal lived experiences. That was a, that was an engine in my back to get started. And then when I joined into the Elevate and Empower community, I started working with like minded individuals that were inspired and encouraged to move to the next level in their business. And there are so many wins that I could share, but I'll share my top three. One, meeting people that absolutely love. So I met my homegirl Natasha who lives in New York City just from the community and we co work together in person, we share ideas, she inspires me, she supported me on my services that I'm giving to my clients. She's gone with me to my in person events which has been so beautiful. So just meeting incredible people has been amazing in itself. Right? And then the other two highlights that I want to share, I already talked about being inspired to create assets for my community. Right. And sort of getting out of my head. So that was one of the benefits. But specifically I want to highlight two other benefits. So I first joined the community with around 8,000 followers on Instagram, right? And now fast forward Just a couple months with being in the Elevate and Empower community, just continuing the momentum, just getting the encouragement month after month with the like minded people in the community. I've gone from 8,000 followers on Instagram to 65,000. That's one thing the SEC. The, the biggest thing I want to say is being able to monetize my community on YouTube. So I remember attending one of the guest speaker events with Michelle Calvin. He talked about how to grow your YouTube and I was just like, you know what? I'm a student today in class. So I sat down, I took my notes, y', all, and literally I've gone from about a thousand subscribers to 27,000 subscribers on YouTube and I'm monetized. I'm getting close enough to being monetized to pay my mortgage every month, y'. All. So listen, if you're thinking about joining the Elevate and Empower community, now is your time to get involved. Because it truly is a community that welcomes you with love, with support. They keep you accountable. And Michelle has a ton of resources, not only just within herself, but within her community. I mean, I gave you an example of an expert coming in, sharing his knowledge, and being able to inspire me to get on YouTube. I took the action steps that he said and boom, my account grew and blew from there. So I love the Elevate and Empower community. I would recommend this to anybody looking to really up their business, like really get to the next level of their business. Please consider the Elevate and Empower community, y'. All. It will not disappoint you. What made me join the Elevate and Empower community? I was looking for a community to hold me accountable. I have so many ideas and I'm so inspired to do things, but I wanted a community to keep me accountable on my ideas and mentorship to help me stay focused. Because also there are times where I am my worst enemy, my worst critic, and I get discouraged. So I was looking for a community to literally hold me down. And since joining the Elevate and Empower community, that's exactly what has happened.

Did you hear that? Jenny said it best? Sometimes you just need someone to look at your content with fresh eyes, give you a clear strategy and help you see what's already working for you. That's the beauty of visibility coaching. It's not about doing more. It's about doing what matters most and doing it consistently. And that's where I really go deep with my clients. What works best for you and your life? Right. And for Jenny, the breakthrough came from refining her content pillars so that she wasn't all over the place, building confidence on showing up in video and understanding how to use Instagram strategically and not randomly. And here's the real gem. When your strategy is aligned, you feel good about showing up. You're not forcing it. You're not burnt out. You're excited because you know your message will land. Now imagine having a day full of breakthroughs like this in person with me in a room full of other powerful women entrepreneurs. That's exactly what Elevate and Empower Live is about. It is not just another conference where you leave with a notebook full of notes and no plan. You'll walk away with clarity on your content, confidence in your visibility and connections that will fuel your business. So if you loved hearing Jenny's story and this is your sign, get in the room in November. Thank you so much to Jenny Mac for letting me share her story. I love celebrating my clients because their wins are proof that visibility works. If you're ready to start your own visibility breakthrough, here are your next steps. Start with my free 7 day visibility audio experience and then go ahead and grab your ticket to elevate and Empower Live, the ultimate place to put this all into action. All of the links are in the show notes and until next time, keep shining. Keep showing up with authority. I will talk to you in the next one. Peace.
