Liberty. Hey, Liberty. Liberty. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the podcast. If you're new here, welcome to Social Media Decoded, where we talk about visibility, personal branding, and how entrepreneurs turn their content into real opportunities and income. I'm your host, Michelle Thames, and today's episode. I'm really excited about this one because I'm not just talking strategy. I'm showing you what's actually happening in real time inside my community, inside my rooms, inside of my ecosystem. Because one thing I always say is visibility is powerful, but proximity is what changes everything. And today I'm breaking down how my community members are getting clients right now. Not someday, not when things pick up right now, today. So go ahead and get your pens and your notepads ready because gems are about to be dropped. Now I want to talk about why this matters. A lot of people are consuming content. They're saving posts, watching videos, listening to podcasts, but still asking, why am I not getting clients? And it's not because you're not learning. It's because learning without action and learning without proximity slows everything down. What I've built isn't just content. It's a space where people are talking, connecting, collaborating, and executing. And that's where things start to move. Let's talk about the visibility breakdown. What is actually working right now? Let me break this down for you. There are three things I'm seeing consistently with the women inside of my community. The first is they're showing up even when it's not perfect. I literally saw a message this week from someone who said, I'm still showing up as tired as I am, but I'm doing it anyway. That right there is the difference. Most people wait until they feel ready, but momentum doesn't come from perfection. It comes from consistency. Even when you're tired, even when life is happening, still show up. The second thing is they are taking action quickly. Another member said that she created her first lead magnet, is refining her offer and actively reaching out to people. That's how you get clients, not just thinking about it, but doing it. The third thing is that they are in rooms where opportunities happen. This is the biggest one. One of the women in the community shared that she did her first speaking engagement, launched a masterclass, and now feels more confident as a leader. That didn't happen in isolation. That happened in proximity. Real wins happening right now. Let me just give you some more real examples because this is what I want you to see. Confidence, action and opportunity. One of the women shared that after speaking at an event with another member, she now feels more confident, not in just her business, but but in herself as a leader. And now that she's launching a masterclass that is now in the works, one opportunity leads to another. Another member small wins equals big momentum. Another member said that she got 20 new followers organically just from content and word of mouth. Now, someone might hear that and think that's small, but it is not because those 20 people are aligned to. They are watching and they are potential clients taking imperfect action. Another woman said, I finally created my first lead magnet today. That's a huge step because most people stay stuck in thinking, but she moved consistency in real life. Someone else shared, I'm taking a sick day, but I'm doing what I can from bed. That's real life. And that's what building a business actually looks like. Not perfect days, but consistent effort. Another example, big milestones. One woman celebrated one year of going full time in her business. That's what happens when you stay in the game room story. Here's what I want you to take from this. These wins didn't happen because they had everything figured out. They had a massive audience. They had perfect strategies. They happen because they stayed in the room, they stayed connected and they kept moving. And that is what changes everything. All right, it's time for the unpopular truth. And here it is. Most people don't get clients because they're building alone. Not because they're not talented, not because they don't know enough, because they are not in proximity. And proximity accelerates everything. So if you're listening to this and thinking. I've been trying to figure this out on my own. I've been posting, but I am not seeing results. Man, I know I need a shift. Then I want to invite you into this. Not just more content, not just more information, but a room. A space where you can connect, collaborate, give feedback and take action and actually see results. If you want to know what's happening this month, DM me the word room and I'll send you all the ways that you can get involved. Because the goal isn't to just be visible. The goal is to turn that visibility into opportunities. And you don't just have to do that alone. And if you enjoyed today's episode, make sure you follow the podcast and leave a review. And if you're on Spotify, answer the question. For today, thank you for being here and I'll talk to you in the next episode. Peace.
