Here's what I want to highlight because what she shared isn't just inspiring, it's a blueprint. Let's break down what she actually did. Number one is she stopped posting randomly. Robin went from chaotic content to a simple three time a week system. Each post serves a purpose. Each day is intentional. This is what I teach inside the community and my seven day Visibility Challenge. Hey hey. Welcome to the Social Media Decoded Podcast. The Go to Podcast for entrepreneurs and business owners who want to grow their brand, increase visibility and make more money without the overwhelm. I'm your host Michelle Thames, marketing strategist, business coach and the person who's here to give you the real no fluff strategies to help you succeed online. Each week I bring you expert insights, actionable tips and real talk about what's actually working in social media and digital marketing. Whether you're just starting or scaling the six figures, you're in the right place. So grab your coffee or Matcha if you're like me and let's dive into today's episode. Today I want to share a powerful story. It's one of those transformations that reminds me why I do this work. Because when we talk about visibility, we're not just talking about posting more. We're talking about freedom, structure, energy and peace. And today you're going to hear from someone who found all of that and more inside of my coaching community. Meet Robin Muhammad, founder of Necessary Nutrition, a mission led business helping women over 40 balance hormones, reclaim energy, and feel good from the inside out using food and targeted nutrition. What Robin has done since joining the elevate and empower community is not just impressive, it's inspiring. And you'll hear her story in her own words in just a minute. But first, I want to set the stage. Robin is a nutritionist, she's a speaker and an educator and her work is all about empowering women over 40 to take back control of their health using simple, powerful strategies. But when she came into the elevated empower community, she had the passion, the knowledge, the experience. But what she didn't have yet was a clear system for getting visible. She said I was kind of all over the place. Sound familiar? That's where so many entrepreneurs start. You're doing all the things but you don't know if any of it's actually working. Robin knew that she needed a shift. Not just more to do's, but more flow. And I want you to hear exactly what happened when she stepped into that. Instead of me telling you the story, I want you to hear from Robin herself. Here is what she shared about her transformation.
Robin Muhammad
Hi, I'm Robin Muhammad of Necessary Nutrition and I help women over 40 use food targeted nutrition and simple strategies to reclaim their health, balance hormones and feel real good from the inside out. And before I started working with Michelle, I really lacked a clear and succinct visibility strategy. I wasn't sure I was kind of all over the place. Now since connecting and becoming a part of her community, I really honed in on the strategy which has made my days just flow better. So number one, how I post on social media. Now I'm doing three types of posts three days a week. I'm super consistent and it just makes things easy. Number two, inspired by Michelle's seven day Visibility Challenge, which is a super great resource I then created the seven day nutrition reset and that has been a game changer for necessary nutrition. And then number three, I'm a speaker as well and I've just garnered ideas and strategies to become more visible as a speaker. Basically, I've made my mini back for sure for the investment in the community, hands down. But more importantly for me, it's just created more flow in my, in my day. And that, that's the truth. And what would I tell any other woman? My goodness. You know what, do what Michelle says and lean in.
Michelle Thames
Can we just pause for a moment and give Robin a virtual standing ovation? Here's what I want to highlight, because what she shared isn't just inspiring, it's a blueprint. Let's break down what she actually did. Number one is she stopped posting randomly. Robin went from chaotic content to a simple three time a week system. Each post serves a purpose. Each day is intentional. This is what I teach inside the community and my seven day visibility challenge. Build a system that you can stick to, not one that burns you out. This change alone created consistency, confidence, and in her words, flow. The second thing is she created her own freebie modeled after mine. Thank you so much, Robin. Inspired by the seven day visibility Challenge, Robin created the seven day nutrition reset. It's simple, valuable, and now a lead magnet that grows her community on autopilot. This is what I want you to understand. You don't need to start from scratch. You need to start from what works and make it yours. Robin adopted a proven system to her niche and now it's one of her top tools. The third thing is that she stepped into her role as a speaker. Robin is a speaker, but she wasn't leveraging content to look like one. Now she's showing up with speaker content, using storytelling and education to attract the right audience and confidently promoting herself and pitching speaking engagements. You don't have to wait for TEDx to treat yourself like a speaker. Robin activated that part of her brand and it's only just the beginning. Here's what I want you to take away from Robin's transformation. The first thing is that structure creates peace. She didn't just get more done, she felt better doing it. This is about building a business that fits your life, not the other way around. The second thing is that simplicity sells. Three posts a week, one freebie, one focus. You don't need 25 funnels, 17 reels and a full production studio to get results. What you need to do is keep it simple, clear and consistent. The third thing is investing in support pays off. Robin said that she made her money back, but beyond that she gained energy, clarity and forward momentum. You can't put a price on feeling aligned and in control again. Robin's journey is just one of many that I could share and if you're listening and thinking I want to flow like that, I want to feel confident about how I'm showing up, then here's what I want you to do. Go ahead and DM me the Word Challenge on Instagram and I will send you the exact seven day series that Robin used as inspiration. And if you're ready for your own visibility breakthrough, the doors of Elevate and Empower are open. We're not just here to post content, we're here to build brands with purpose and peace. Thank you Robin for sharing your truth and thank you all for listening. Until next time, stay visible and book all right, that's a wrap on today's episode. I hope you got some valuable insights and real strategies you can apply to your business right now. If you enjoyed this episode, I love for you to do two quick things. First, take a screenshot, share it on Instagram and tag me ichellelthame so we can keep the conversation going. Second, if you found value in this podcast, it would mean the world to me. If you left a rating and review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. Your support helps this show reach more entrepreneurs just like you. Oh, and if you want to support the show and fuel my Matcha obsession, you can always buy me a coffee at the link in the show notes. Thank you for tuning in. Until next time. Keep showing up, keep growing and I'll talk to y' all in the next one. Peace.
