Michell (Podcast Host)
Welcome back to Social Media Decoded, the podcast that helps entrepreneurs get visible, build authority and attract high ticket clients without burning out. I'm your host, Michell. Hey, I'm Gel Thames and today we're talking about one of the most powerful but overlooked parts of visibility, your ecosystem. Because here's the truth. Content alone doesn't create clients. You need a system, an ecosystem that moves people from discovering you on social media, to connecting with you at events, to joining your community, to ultimately working with you. When you get this right, your brand works for you even while you're sleeping. So we are going to dive into today's episode. Go ahead and get your pens and your notepads ready. Let's get to it. So the first thing that I want to talk about is what is an ecosystem? Think of your ecosystem like a web. Social media posts are one strand. Your podcast is another. Events, another email list, another the mistake that most entrepreneurs make and myself, I have done this before too, is treating these like separate islands. But when you connect them, you create an ecosystem. And that's where authority and income multiply. For example, someone listened to this podcast, they may join my events wait list. They come to an event like my coffee and connections or my online networking event, and suddenly they're in my community and exploring my offers. That's how visibility turns into clients. The next thing is three steps to build this ecosystem. Because you're like, yeah, this sounds good, Michelle, but let's build the ecosystem. So here's how to start building your ecosystem in 2025. Choose your core content hub. For me, it's this podcast. For you, it might be YouTube or a blog. People pick one place where you go deep, create entry points. That's your freebie, your events, your social content. Give people multiple doors to your world and then have a nurture and offer plan. Don't leave people hanging. If they sign up for your wait list, where do they go next? If they attend an event, how do they follow up? The ecosystem only works if it moves people closer to transformation. And let's get into this next thing is consistency. The real talk about consistency. I know what you might be thinking, Michelle. That sounds like a lot. But the reality is, once you set this up, it's easier than trying to start over every single month. And we've all been there. Social media can introduce you to people, but your ecosystem makes sure that they stay connected to you enough to work with you. And that's the authority shift that changes everything. So here's the gem. A post gets attention, but an ecosystem builds a business. If you're tired of chasing likes with no clients, it's time to stop thinking post to post and start thinking ecosystem. If you're ready to see how my ecosystem works in action, the best way is to come to an event I am hosting, she connects on September 25th. For my women entrepreneurs out there at 12:00 Central Standard Time, I would love, love for you to join us. I am also hosting Elevated Empower Live happening. I am also hosting Elevated empower live happening November 1, 2025 right here in Chicago. We have 20amazing women signed up for this event already and I cannot wait to get in this room. So if you want to be in the room, there are still tickets available. You can check the show notes or you can always DM me on Instagram the word elevate and I will send you over the link to the event so you can come and join us. Okay. And of course make sure you join my events wait list so that you never miss anything. The link is down below in the show notes. Your EcoSystem starts with one step. Make this the week that you build it. I will talk to you in the next one. Peace.
