Michelle (Podcast Host)
Ba da ba ba ba. Hey, Michelle here. Welcome to Social Media Decoded. If your content calendar is full but your inbox is quiet, this one's for you. Today I'm walking you through a super simple system I use with clients to turn one 15 minute piece of content into real qualified leads. Like people actually talking to you every single day. No ads, no funnels that require a PhD and you don't have to live online. By the end, you have three things things. One, clear little engine that moves people from that was helpful to hey, can we work together? Two, a one sentence offer line that makes what you do obvious. And three, some DM lines you can save so you're never stuck on what do I say? If you want me to tailor this to your brand and leave with a 30 day plan, DM me the word power on Instagram and I'll send you my power strategy link. But for now, let's build this together. Now here's the first part. The tiny engine that could. Okay, here's the whole system in plain English. So go ahead and get your pens and notepads ready. Every day you post one tiny helpful thing. At the end, you give people one keyword to DM or comment when they send it, you send what you promised and ask one clarifying question. And and if it fits, you invite them to a next step. That's it. Content keyword, conversation booking. I call it a 15 to 15 because we're going to spend about 15 minutes making the content and we're aiming to create about 15 little conversations a day from it. Some days that's even 20, but it's consistent. Let me tell you how I stumbled into this. I had a week where I was posting, posting and people were watching but nobody was clicking the link in my bio when I swapped out the link for a call to action to a DM keyword and boom, my DMs picked up. And more importantly, the quality of conversations went way up. Because once we're in the DMs I can actually be helpful. I can point you to the right thing instead of making you go on a scavenger hunt. So we're going to build yours together right now. So here's part two. Pick one offer and one word. Do not skip. I'm going to do this with you too. This week. I am focusing in on this. The first decision is, what are we selling this week? Keep it simple. For most of you it could be a power hour, an audit, an intensive session, whatever that is. The thing someone can book without a huge commitment. The second decision, what's the keyword? Short, obvious, easy to remember. Mine this week is power. You can use power too. It totally works. If you're giving a guide, use guide. If it's a checklist, use checklist. If it's about stories, story. Don't overthink it. And then this is where people mess up. Use that same word everywhere for seven straight days. In your real on screen text, in the caption at the end of your stories, in the LinkedIn post, and yes, say it out loud in your podcast. Consistency is what makes people remember and actually try it. All right, we've got an offer. We've got a keyword. Now we need one sentence that explains what you do. This is part three. Your offer line. Say it with me. All right, here's the sentence. Fill in the blanks with me out loud if you can. Are you ready? I help who in quotations get result in quotations in time frame. Quotations with method. Quotations. That's it. No poetry, no jargon. Again, I help who get results in time frame with method. A few examples to spark some ideas. I help Busy creators book three to 10 sales calls in 30 days with DMs, scripts and simple offers. I help product based founders get their first wholesale order in 60 days with a three email pitch system. I help service pros raise prices in two weeks with a no brainer offer and proof post. I help podcasters hit 1000 downloads in 30 days with a daily visibility plan. Pick one. Pause if you need 60 seconds to write yours. Good. All right, Cool. That goes into your bio, into your pin post, and inside of your DM reply. So every conversation has context. Part 4 the DM Stack what to actually say now let's talk about what you actually send when someone DM's you your keyword. I use a three message flow now. I like to use Mannychat. You don't have to use Manichat. Stan also has a auto reply. Or you can do this strategically and you could do this in real time. Okay. Think of it like deliver Clarify invite. And yes, you can save these as save replies in Instagram so you're not typing them every time. But make the first line personal. Use their name, reference what they asked for. We are humans and social media is meant to be social. Now for real, we have to keep with that. I see so many people taking the human part out of it, but we can't. Alright, here's the first message that you deliver. Hey name. I got you. Here's the 30 day visibility roadmap I mentioned. A quick win. Start with step one today. It takes 10 minutes. Give them the thing first, don't make them jump through the hoops. Then the second message is to clarify Curious. What's your top priority right now? Is it more reach, more replies or turning DMs into clients? If you tell me where you're stuck, I can point you to the next exact step. This does two things. It shows who you are, it shows that you care and it tells them where to guide them. Message Street Invite only if it fits though if you you could say something like this if you want a custom version mapped out for your niche, I do 60 minute power hours where Audit your profile, write your offer line and build your lead plan. Want me to send times? That's it. No pressure, just options. If they read and don't reply, a day later you nudge bumping this for you. Did you get a chance to view the roadmap? Happy to point you to the best page for their niche that is short, human and helpful. Here's part five, the 15 minute content routine. We're doing it together now. I promise you this would take about 15 minutes a day. Here's exactly how I do it. Minutes 0 to 3 Pick one tiny problem to solve, not your entire brand strategy. Something tiny. Write an offer line. Fix your bio what to put in your pinned posts. The easiest LinkedIn headline template one thing. It could be one thing, right? Minutes three to eight I record a 45 to 60 second vertical video. Or if you already have B roll footage, you can talk like a friend. Start with a punchy line. If your context is busy but your inbox is quiet, do this. Teach the tiny thing. End with the keyword comment D empower and I will send you a 30 day roadmap. Minutes 8 through 12 write the caption 1 sentence naming the pain 3 bullets of value. Your offer line. A keyword call to action. Minutes 12 to 15 cross post the reel. Share to your stories with the poll question or sticker. Paste a text version on LinkedIn with the same call to action. Upload to YouTube Shorts if that's your thing. Pin a comment that says dm, the word power or whatever your word is on Instagram and I'll send you the roadmap. 15 minutes. Set a timer and you will be shocked how much you can do when there's a boundary. Now Michelle, does this actually work? Let me give you three quick snapshots. Britt is a virtual assistant with around 900 followers. We changed her caption call to action to DM, the word that she chose for her onboarding check. She got 34 DMS in 48 hours. She booked four consultants and signed two monthly retainers. No viral reel, just a clear next step. Let's go to Leo. He's a fitness coach. His keyword was meal for his $27 startup plan. 89 DMS from one short video. 20 people bought the PDF, three upgraded to a session with him. That's the $27 sales plus a higher ticket revenue off one video. Now Aria writes copy for business to business. She doesn't even post reels. We use the offer line with a comment of a word. Same word that I use, power. And she said that she'll DM her discovery call prep sheet on LinkedIn. Three paid audits from one post is what she got. Now this isn't magic, it's clarity and consistency. So I want you to try this out and DM me. Let me know your results. I love when you all reach out and share. If the things on this podcast actually help you, I would love to hear if you have implemented these strategies and seen some results. Part 7 Track 5 numbers and these are not the ones you think. If you want to feel momentum, track these for seven days. How many people DM'd you your keyword? How many replied to your clarifier question? How many booked the revenue, the services are any small, your products, your upsells, all of that and which post triggered the most DMs. That's it. If a topic triggers DMs, do more of that. If a platform isn't moving, tweak the hook in the call to action placement data over Drama. Period. Part 8 Do it with me. Your 24 hour sprint. Let's lock it in before it gets loud. STEP 1 Update your bio with your offer line. Make it about the result. Step 2 Create a start here. Story highlight. Slide 1 is for who you help. Slide 2 is for what they get. Slide 3 is to DM you the word for your resource. Step 3 Record a 60 second tip don't overthink it, don't redo it 10 times. Hit post. Step 4, Save those three replies in your DMs and you're ready when a message comes in. Step 5, Check your DMs twice a day and be human help first, then invite. If you do that, you will feel a shift this week, I promise. One thing I had to learn is that more content wasn't my problem. I needed a clearer next step. Your people want help. They just need an obvious way to raise their hand. So make it easy to talk to you, make it easy to buy the starter step and celebrate the small numbers. If you want me to build this with you. So you leave with your offer line, your save replies and your 30 day lead plan plan. Book a power session with me DM me the word power on Instagram and I'll send you the link with my next openings. 60 minutes, no fluff clarity you can use today. All right, friend, if this helped, follow the show, share it with one person who needs a simple system. And go ahead over on Spotify in the comments section and let me know what's your offer line? I'm cheering you on. One offer, one word, one conversation at a time. I will talk to you all in the next one. Peace.
