When I started I thought showing up everywhere meant throwing content at the wall and hoping for the best. I will post a reel here, a caption there, maybe an email if I remembered. It felt random, exhausting and honestly, it never got me the results that I wanted. I had to learn the hard way. Honestly, content is not just about being consistent, it's about having a plan and a purpose. What changed my entire business was creating a repeatable content system that made me the go to authority in my niche and brought in clients daily. No guesswork, no chasing trends, just strategy, receipts and real results. And you see, I come from a marketing background, right? I got the opportunity to work for a startup beauty brand to help them build their foundation for their social media. But when it came to mine, I still felt lost. It was like, Michelle, you. You've been doing this right? So just remember what you did when you were working in corporate marketing and change that to work for yourself. And that's what I did. So let me give you some proof. Using this content system, I have filled coaching spots, sold out events and my offers convert my clients. Tiffany doubled her book calls in two weeks by following this structure. Aleyda from our latest episode finally went from invisible to in demand and my own brand went from who is she to dang, she's everywhere. Even before hitting millionaire status. Because I'm still on my way, let's get down to the nitty gritty of my five step content system. Let's dive in. Here is my five step content system for content that positions you as the authority and brings in daily sales no matter your follower count. Step one is authority content. This is where you show you're the expert. Period. Create content that teaches, solves a real problem or breaks down a misconception in your industry. Think. Here's why most visibility tips fail and what you can do instead. Go deep. Do not be afraid to share your frameworks, your methods and even your client results. This is the type of content that sets you apart and gets shared. Here's the action I want you to take today. What's one question that you get all the time? Answer it in a reel, a podcast or carousel. This step two is storytelling. People don't just buy what you do, they buy your story and your energy. Share behind the scenes moments, your wins and losses, the real challenges that you face. Share client stories, voice notes, DMs with permission. When you share real moments, you create connection and Community Action Step Tell a personal story on your Instagram or LinkedIn this week. Invite people to DM you their story as well. Step 3 Value first offers. You want your audience to have aha moments just from following you. Give away quick wins, free guides, tips or checklists that solve a pain point. It delivers immediate results and builds trust fast. Here's an action what's one thing you could give away this week that will make your audience say if this is the free, imagine what her paid stuff is like. Step 4 Social proof on repeat Social proof isn't just testimonials. It's screenshots of DM's sticky note walls with client names, user generated content, shares of every win big or small feature, client results and feedback as often as possible. It builds FOMO and demonstrates results in real time. Here's an action step. Share at least one receipt in your stories or feed every week. Tag clients if they're comfortable. Step 5 Consistent calls to Action Never assume people know what to do next. You have to guide them. Always have a soft call to action in your content. DM me this word for my framework. Let's talk about how to bring this all together in a real life week, especially if you're busy growing and not a full time creator yet. Batching. Set aside two hours to brainstorm content ideas for each pillar, then pick one to two pieces for each step. Authority Storytelling Value Social Proof Call to action Schedule them out. Do not overthink. You do not have to be everywhere, but you need to show up with intention Here's a content rotation example. Monday is your authority post, your myth busting or teaching. Tuesday is storytelling, personal journey or a client story. Wednesday is value, free resource or actionable tip Tuesday. Thursday is social proof, client win or testimonial and Friday or Saturday call to action, soft pitch, invite to your chat group or event. And again, you don't have to post every day. This is just an example. Okay, just an example. The biggest mistake that I see? People only do one or two of these or they try to sell without building trust first. When you rotate through all five, you create trust, demand and daily engagement. Sales start to feel inevitable. Let's keep it real. My system isn't magic, but it's intentional and it works. I've watched my event sell out weeks in advance, my offers fill up and my inbox flood with DMs because I followed this system and stuck to it even when I had a small audience.
