Whether you're just starting or scaling the six figures, you're in the right place. So grab your coffee or matcha if you're like me and let's dive into today's episode. Today we're busting one of the biggest myths in social media marketing that posting every day is the key to growing your Instagram. I've had clients who posted every single day for months and got zero sales. Why? Because posting daily without strategy is like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping that it sticks. Today, I'm going to show you why daily posting isn't the problem and what you need to do instead if you want clients, community and confidence on Instagram. Now let's talk about why daily posting is a trap. Let's break it down real talk Posting daily can feel productive, but without strategy, it only leads to burnout. Algorithms don't reward frequency, they reward quality engagement. So if you're exhausted, your creativity tanks and low quality posts hurt your credibility. What the algorithm really wants let's talk about that the algorithm really wants in 2025. Here's what Instagram actually rewards. High quality content that makes people stop scrolling. Posts that drive, saves shares, comments and DMS Consistency you can maintain long enough to build momentum when you show up strategically. You don't need to post daily to stay relevant, my friend. Now, my three post formula for booking clients. Instead of posting every day, focus on these three strategic posts every single week. Post number one. A visibility post. Something that challenges beliefs, that busts myths or shares a bold opinion. Examples why more content isn't the answer or the real reason your Instagram is stagnant. Post two is a value post. Teach your audience something they don't know. Examples 3 mistakes keeping you invisible on Instagram or my exact process for batching content in one hour. Post number three Offer or proof Post show how you get results, Share client wins and testimonials or behind the scenes stories. Examples A real Celebrating a client's success or carousel of recent results. This formula balances reach, authority and also conversion. Now here's why I want to talk about small audience, big impact. Remember, if you only have 500 followers but you have their attention, you can outsell someone with 50,000 followers who only gets likes but no action. Come on. It's not about how many people see your post, it's about who sees it and what you do with their attention. So stop wasting energy posting daily with no direction. Okay. Start posting with purpose and strategy. And if you want to go deeper, don't miss my upcoming free webinar.
