It'S Michelle Thames, your host of Social Media Decoded, the show that helps entrepreneurs and creators get visible, get paid, and grow without losing themselves. It's Sunday and I don't know about you, but Sundays are sacred in my world. I am really leaning more into this and believing this more. It's my CEO reset day. It's the day that I'm choosing to slow down, get quiet and set the tone for everything that's about to unfold this week. Because let's be honest, as a wife, a mom, a multi passionate entrepreneur, if I don't pause to plan, the week starts running me instead of the other way around. So today I'm taking you behind the scenes of how I actually plan my week. Not the Pinterest perfect version, the real grounded version that keeps me sane, organized and successful. Whether you're a business owner, content creator, whether you're a business owner, content creator, or fellow multi passionate entrepreneur trying to juggle it all, this this episode is going to help you create rhythm, not just routines. Before I talk systems, I need to talk intention. My Sunday CEO reset just My Sunday CEO reset isn't just about tasks. It's about energy stewardship. Because if your energy isn't aligned, your execution won't matter. I used to start Mondays frazzled, scrolling emails before coffee, answering DMs before prayer, trying to plan the week in between laundry and school drop off. It left me reactive instead of proactive. Now the life that I am moving towards and I'm still in this okay. I protect my Sundays. It's my day to reflect release and reset. I asked myself three simple questions. What worked last week? What drained me? What deserves my focus this week? That alone shifted everything because you can't scale chaos and clarity comes when you slow down long enough to listen. So here's what I am planning and preparing my Sunday CEO reset to look like. Okay, and we're in the messy middle, so you may have some of this. You may be like, okay, I can plan this. We're all in this together. So Morning Starting with quiet time, prayer, journaling and gratitude. I usually like to get some coffee and write down my intentions for the week. Mid morning reviewing what I need to do, whether that's in your ClickUp dashboard or a simple Google sheets. Because everybody's different and everybody has their own way of staying organized and I like the simplest things. So everything like client work, podcasts, events, my goals, what's due, what can be delegated, what needs to move now and then. Afternoon Friday family meeting time. We, my husband and I like to look at Rylee's basketball schedule, school events, any travel, mapping out meals, workouts. Because wellness is a part of the plan too. Evening my reset environment, cleaning the desk. Okay, step one, maybe folding some laundry, making sure our fridge is stocked. This small act of order is going to help set my brain free to create on Monday. And the last thing I do, I I set one non negotiable goal for the week. Just one. Because clarity is better than clutter.

Now let's talk about what makes this reset different for multi passionate women especially. Okay, multi passionate people. Let's Talk about it. We don't have one lane, we have several lanes. I run a media company, I coach entrepreneurs, I host a podcast, I create content. I plan retreats, I plan events. And I'm a mom, a wife. So my reset has to serve all of those identities without burning me out. Here's how I balance it out. I like to theme my days. I don't multitask my missions. Monday is client work dedicated. But sometimes I may have to do client work on different days and that's totally fine. So this may switch for you. Okay. Tuesday, podcasts and content. Wednesdays, community calls, networking. Thursday CEO day, which is strategy and visibility. And Friday is a family and flex day. This creates structure while giving each lane its own space to thrive. And I may spread, switch some things, I may add some things, but I like to typically focus different days for different things. Number two, batch and automate. I pre schedule posts, emails and podcast episodes using the systems that support me, not drain me. Protecting your quiet time, even 15 minutes before bed, keeps me grounded or in the morning. Because the best CEO decisions come from stillness and not chaos. Honoring your season. Some weeks we may be in full creative mode and flow, and other weeks I just need rest days. Both are productive and I am starting to tell myself that. So every Sunday, let's do a mini energy audit. So I'm going to start doing this. I want to share what that's going to look like, and if you want to add this to your routine, you can do the same. Let's look at what actually gives us energy the last week, what drained it, and then we adjust from that. That's how we're going to prevent burnout. If something keeps draining us, we're going to delegate it, automate it, or delete it. This is how we're going to keep our business and family thriving. Because success without peace is just noise. So that's it. This is my Sunday CEO reset. It's not perfect, but I think this is going to be very peaceful. It's not rigid, it's rhythmic. And that rhythm is what allows me to show up as the woman, mother and CEO that I'm called to be. And if I continue to and continue to build on this, thank you for being in this messy middle with me as I build this Sunday CEO reset. And if this episode gave you clarity, share with another multi passionate entrepreneur who's ready to create structure with softness. And if you're looking for accountability and strategy every single week, join us inside the Elevate and Empower collective where we blend mindset, marketing and movement to help you grow with ease. The link to the wait list is in the show notes. I'll be opening the doors soon. Now go light your candle, pour your coffee and reset like the CEO you are. I will talk to you in the next one. Peace.
