Welcome back to Social Media Decoded, the number one podcast for entrepreneurs who want to get visible, make money, and build brands that last. I'm your host, Michelle Thames, your visibility strategist, marketing expert, and the woman behind the scenes, making sure your brilliance gets seen by the people who need it. And today, we're talking about something every CEO, creative, entrepreneur and professional thinks they're doing, but almost nobody is actually doing well. Daily visibility. Not posting, not hustling. Actual visibility. The type that creates clients before you ever DM someone. The type that compounds. The type that makes the type that takes literally 10 minutes a day and changes everything. Grab your pens and your notepads because you know gems are about to be dropped. Let's get into it why your visibility isn't working. So here's the truth most people won't tell you. Your lack of visibility is not a content problem. It's an identity problem. It's an energy problem. It's an intention problem. Most entrepreneurs think being visible means posting more. But visibility is what people remember about you, what people associate you with, what people feel when they consume your content, the conversations happening when you're not in the room, and the way you nurture your audience between launches. And none of that requires posting all day. Visibility is a daily touch, not a daily performance. And I learned that the hard way. I used to burn myself out over creating, being everywhere, doing all the things. But it wasn't until I created a 10 minute session CEO visibility routine that everything changed. My brand grew, my podcast exploded. Speaking opportunities came, event sponsors found me, I booked corporate contracts. Clients started reaching out instead of me chasing. Why? Because I stopped being busy and started being intentional. So here's the 10 minute daily visibility routine. So this is going to be good. Here's what it looks like. Step 1 New visibility touchpoint this is a tiny moment that reminds your audience who you are. Here's some examples. A quick story about what you're working on. A screenshot quote or behind the scenes. A thought that positions you as a leader. A small this is what I'm learning. Reflection. This makes people feel connected. Step 2 Nurture one person. Visibility is not broadcasting, it's relationship building. I want you to intentionally interact with one person per day. Not random scrolling, not spammy commenting, real connection. Replying thoughtfully, congratulating someone, encouraging someone, sending a resource, leaving meaningful feedback. This is the part people skip and it's the most powerful. Step 3 Share one expertise moment. This does not have to be content creation. This can literally be repurposing anything. Something from a client call, a podcast clip, an insight from your weekend, a lesson from your own marketing. You're reminding people, I know what I'm talking about. Step 4 Move one business needle. A simple action like emailing someone, pitching a brand, reviewing your offer, following up with a warm lead, repurposing your best performing content. Visibility without business momentum is just noise. We want visibility that converts why this works this routine works because it shifts you from scattered creator to visible CEO. Most people are doing random acts of content. You're doing intentional acts of positioning. And visibility isn't about being everywhere, it's about being known for something. This routine builds your authority. It increases your trust, warms your audience, helps people self identify as your future clients and makes people say I feel like I know you. And you'll start to see this. People will DM you differently. People will introduce you differently. People will remember you differently. This is why your podcast grows. This is why your events sell out. This is why your offers convert. This is why your brand becomes a magnet. And if listening today made you think, wow, this is exactly the structure I've been missing, then it's probably time that we work together. And you have two ways. The first way is you could book a VIP day. It's a four hour day. We can do via Zoom. Or if you're in Chicago. We can do it in person. If you want me to personally build your visibility routine, your content plan, your funnel, your offer positioning, your podcast strategy, your event strategy, or anything that will help you grow, then let's spend a day together and let's get it done. I deliver everything to you by the next morning so that you're not figuring it out alone. The second option is to book a one on one 60 minute clarity call. If you want clarity on your brand, your messaging, your content, or your growth plan, let's start here. Either way, you're not supposed to do this by yourself. Messaging, positioning, visibility. This is my zone of genius. You bring the vision, I'll bring the structure. The links are below in the show notes or if you want to DM me over on Instagram to chat about it, let's do it. Michelle L. Thames I would love to talk. Thank you so much for tuning into today's episode. If this resonated with you and you're like, I'm gonna send this to a friend. Send it to a friend. Send it to your biz bestie. Okay, Definitely leave a rating or review on Apple and Spotify. I love chatting with you and I will talk to you in the next one. Peace.

This episode tackles the misconception that “being more visible” as a CEO, entrepreneur, or creator simply means posting more content. Host Michelle Thames debunks this myth and instead introduces her proven 10-minute daily visibility routine—a concise, intentional, non-exhaustive system designed to raise your profile, attract clients, and boost brand authority. Michelle stresses the need for CEOs to move from performative content creation to actionable relationship-building and positioning strategies that deliver results.
