Hate waste.com here's what's usually going on. Their message is unclear or trying to speak to everyone. Their offer is buried six pages deep on their website. Their content is busy but not strategic. Their bio links or call to action don't make it easy for someone to say yes. Does this sound familiar? The truth is, most of your marketing isn't bad. It's just unrefined. Hey hey.

Hey friend, so you know this podcast.
Is the podcast where we don't gatekeep. We we share the gems and we definitely don't do fluff here. And so I am excited because I have a quick but mighty strategy that has literally helped my clients make thousands. But before you roll your eyes at the title, let me say this. This isn't about throwing another marketing tactic at the wall. This is about a small focused shift that clears the clutter and finally gets your content, your offers and message working together like a well oiled machine. And guess what?
You.
You can start doing this today. Yes, today my friend. So let's dive into the 10 minute marketing fix that's been making all the difference. So let's talk about what's broken in most people's marketing and why you feel stuck. Let's talk about what I see every single day. Talented entrepreneurs with incredible gifts and messy, confusing marketing that's costing them money. Here's what's usually going on. The fix isn't to burn it all down or to build some crazy funnel. Sometimes, friend, the smallest shift can make the biggest impact. Let's talk about the 10 minute marketing fix and the actual breakdown. Here it is, friend. You can literally do this right after this episode. Step one is to run a mini visibility audit. Take 10 minutes today and look at these three things. Number one, your Instagram bio, number two, your link in bio and number three, your last six posts. Ask yourself, does someone immediately know who you help and how is your offer clearly linked and named? Is there a call to action in your most recent content? If the answer is no, there's your gap. Here's step two. We're going to clarify your core message. Ask yourself, what am I known for? What do I want to be paid for? And is that message showing up consistently in my content? Most people are posting niche adjacent content. It's close, but it's not clear. Your marketing fix might just be saying what you mean more boldly and more often. Step 3. Choose one core offer and build around it. This part right here, a game changer. I want you to pick one offer you want to promote for the next 30 days. Now align your content and call to action around the offer. If it's your coaching program, your audio course, your membership, every post should point back to it, directly or indirectly. This removes confusion for your audience and makes marketing easier. Easier for you. Now let's talk about real client wins from simple fixes. Let me give you a peek into what this looks like in real life. One of my clients came to me burnt out, creating everything for everyone. We did this exact 10 minute audit together and I asked her what is your one offer right now? What's one transformation that it provides and is it obvious anywhere on your page? And it wasn't. So we simplified her messaging we updated her bio, we removed the extra links and made her call to action. Clear. Book a Clarity session. That's it. Guess what? She booked three clients in one week just from that. Another client took the same approach with her launch. Instead of building a huge funnel, we just fixed her messaging. We added a waitlist link and had her go live with a story that shared the why behind the offer. Guess What? She has 75 signups for the wait list in four days, friend. Four days. If this fix got your wheels turning and you're like Michelle, I need help doing this for my business. I have a few spots open for my one month marketing Sprint via Slack. I'll drop it in the show notes. You know where to find me. Now let's talk about why this works and why you can't ignore it. This works because simplicity sells when. When your message is clear, when your offer is front and center, and when your content is aligned. Your audience doesn't have to guess, they just say yes. Most people are stuck in the over complication. I was there too. I've been there. Posting every day without direction, launching without warming people up, confusing bios and mixed messages. The fix isn't harder work, it is smarter, clearer strategy. And here's the bonus part. Once you set this up, it compounds your content, becomes easier, your energy returns and your audience starts responding. So here's your challenge for the week, friend. Take 10 minutes to do the mini audit. Pick one offer to focus on. Make your message so clear that even your cousin who never understands what you do gets it. And if you want help with this, remember I got a few spots inside of my one month marketing Sprint via Slack. Will we do this together? Daily coaching, strategy reviews and real results.
