I'm your host, Michelle Thames, and today we're doing a reset because we're about to step into a new quarter, and I don't want you carrying the same confusion, the same inconsistency, or the same strategy into Q2. So this episode is your visibility reset. We're gonna talk about what you need to fix right now so that you can actually see results within the next 90 days. Get your pins and your notepads ready, because gems are about to be dropped. Now, let's get honest for a second. If Q1 didn't go how you wanted, it's not because you didn't try. You posted, you showed up, you. You thought about your content, but some didn't click. And most of the time, it is not effort, it's clarity, friend. So before you think, I need to do more in Q2, no, we need to fix what's already not working. Let's talk about what to fix in Q2. Now, we already in Q2 a few days in, so this is still valid. All right, let's break this down into four things. Number one, your messaging. When someone lands on your page, do they immediately know what you do? Or do they have to figure it out? Because confusion kills visibility. Your message should answer who you help. What do you help them do? Why should they care? If this is not clear, nothing else will convert. Number two, your content direction. Are you posting with intention or just posting to stay consistent? Because that's a little bit different. Consistency without direction equals burnout, friend. We don't want that. So your content should do one of three things. Build authority, show proof, share perspective. If it is not doing that, it's not helping you grow. So let's stop it right now. Let's stop doing it. Number three, your pathway. Now, this is where most people are stuck. Someone sees your content now, what, do they join something, book something, attend something? Or do they just scroll away? If there is no extra step, next step, there's no conversion. Four, your proximity. This is the game changer. Are you in rooms? Are you having conversations? Are you connected to people? Because visibility grows faster in proximity and not in isolation. Now, let me show you how this plays out. This time for the room story. Now, I've seen people fix one of these things and everything changes. They get clear on what they do. They start inviting people into something. They start showing up in rooms, and suddenly they're getting opportunities, they're getting conversations, they're getting clients. Not because they did more, because they got aligned. There's a huge difference. All right? And now it is time for the unpopular truth, my friend. And here it is. You do not need a new strategy for Q2. Nope, you don't. Okay? You need to fix your current one. Because the gap isn't effort. It's just alignment. 100% it's alignment. I promise you. When you get clear, everything opens up. And I'm speaking for myself included, when I most even recently got so super clear on what I'm supposed to be doing, everything opened up and everything is easier. I'm able to show up easier.
