If I lost everything, no audience, no momentum, no leads, no visibility, and I had to rebuild my brand in the next 30 days, I would not focus on posting more. I know that sounds crazy coming from a marketing strategist, but hear me out, because I think so many entrepreneurs are focused on content and not enough people are focused on systems. And if I only had 30 days to rebuild my visibility, I'd build a visibility system, not just random content. And today, I'm breaking down exactly what I would do. Hey, y'. All, welcome back to Social Media Decoded. I'm Michelle Thames, marketing strategist, visibility coach, entrepreneur, podcast host, and your go to for building visibility that actually creates opportunities. And today we are talking about the visibility system I would build if I had 30 days to grow my brand. Because let's be honest, a lot of entrepreneurs are overwhelmed. You're posting, trying to stay consistent, trying to figure out Instagram threads, LinkedIn, email, YouTube, podcasting, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you are exhausted. And I want to simplify this for you, because if I only had 30 days, I would not try to be everywhere. I will focus on building a system. So get your pens and your notepads ready. Let's get into it. Step one, I will get crystal clear on one message, not ten, one. And for me, that message would be visibility. That creates opportunities because confused audiences do not buy and confused people do not follow. People need to know, what do you help people do? Who do you help? What are you known for what conversation are you leading? Because if people land on your page and you can't explain what you do in five seconds, we gotta fix that. Step two, I would choose one core platform and one supporting platform. Y' all trying to be seen on seven apps at one time, baby. No, no. Okay, we wanna choose one. If I had 30 days, I'm choosing where my people already are. For some of you, that's Instagram. For some, that's LinkedIn. For some, that's Facebook. And then I'm picking one supporting platform, not trying to dominate the whole Internet. I'm building momentum. Step three, I'm building one signature content series. This right here, this is where people miss it because random posting is exhausting series. Create momentum, recognition, authority, trust. Think about what people expect from you. For me, it might be visibility audits, visibility breakdown, Marketing hot takes local hidden gems behind the scenes of opportunities visibility creates. What can people count on from you? Step four, I will start relationship building daily. And this right here, this is why some people grow faster. They're not just posting. They're in conversations, responding to comments, sending voice notes, DMing people, showing up in communities, building actual relationships. Because opportunities come through people. I need you to hear me when I say that opportunities come through people. Your next client, speaking opportunity, collaboration, podcast, interview, referral, probably lives inside a relationship. And if all you're doing is posting, you are leaving opportunities on the table. Step five. I'm building an email list immediately. Immediately. Because social media is borrowed land. And if Instagram disappeared tomorrow, how will people find you? Could you still communicate? Could you still sell? Could you nurture relationships, even if it's small? Start step six. I will create one clear next step. This is where entrepreneurs get stuck. People find your content and then nothing. No pathway, no invitation, no next step. Can people join your email list? Listen to your podcast, listen, book a call, join your community, watch something. There should always be somewhere to go, because visibility without direction doesn't convert. And finally, step seven. I would stop obsessing over perfection and start focusing on momentum. Because honestly, some of you are overthinking your visibility. You don't need perfect branding, perfect lighting, perfect content. You need consistency, relationships, and strategy. That is it. So If I had 30 days to rebuild, I would not focus on going viral. I focus on building a visibility system. A system that creates trust, relationships, authority, and opportunities, because that is what actually grows a business. So here's my question for you. What part of your visibility system is missing right now? Your message, Consistency, relationship, building. A next step, an email list because once you know the gap, you can fix it. And listen. If you need help resetting your visibility and getting clear on what to focus on. DM me the word reset R e S e T on Instagram. Michellellthanes Just send me reset and let's talk. If this episode helps you, send it to another entrepreneur who's overwhelmed and trying to figure out visibility. And as always, thank you for listening to social media Decoded.
