Today's episode is a little bit different because I'm answering your real questions from my listeners, from my community, from entrepreneurs just like you who are doing all the things and trying to figure out how to get seen and get paid without running themselves into the ground. This is the visibility and sales Q and A that I do every Sunday. And today I have two questions from community members who sent in on Instagram. So thank you for sending your questions in on Instagram and today we're going to unpack these questions today. The first one is I'm not blogging anymore, so I need to figure out my lane and my people. How do I do that? And the second question that came in is the strategy part for me is what makes me pull my hair out? Okay, how do I plan and have time to do it all and where do I even begin? You are not alone if either of these hit home. So so let's dive in to get you clarity, a game plan and real world strategies you can implement today. So go ahead and get your pins and your notepads ready. And if you didn't submit a question this week, no worries. Make sure you follow me on Instagram. Michelle L. Fanes and send me your question straight to my DMs. If you don't see my question sticker up, that doesn't matter. You can still send me your question anytime and say, michelle, I want you to answer this question on the podcast. So today's the first question is, I am not blogging anymore and how do I find my lane and my people? First off, I love this question. This is for every entrepreneur who's going through a shift. Maybe you used to be a blogger like me. I used to be a blogger, y', all. Or a YouTuber. Or you built your audience on a platform that you've now outgrown and now you're wondering, who am I now? What's my lane? And where the heck are my people? So let me break it down in three steps. The first step is your lane is your lens. Your lane is your perspective, not just your niche. It's the way that you solve problems based on your lived experience, your personal frameworks, and your voice. If you're a wellness coach, that's the category. But if you help busy moms regulate their hormones naturally and feel good from the inside out, that's your lane. If you used to blog, think back. What specific stories resonated most with your audience and what comments did people thank you for? Go through your archives and ask what posts got the most shares or replies? What came naturally to write about? What topics made you feel like? This is what I was born to do. Your new lane might not be blogging, but the core message is probably still the same. Here's an action tip. Write out three transformation stories from your own life. Then reverse engineer what you learned and now teach. That's your lane. Step two is your people are already looking for you. Now let's talk about finding your people. The truth is, you don't find your audience, you attract them. But to attract them, you need to be consistently visible in the places that they're already hanging out. Think Instagram reels, carousels, lives, TikTok, YouTube shorts, podcast interviews, in person, networking, or speaking. What do they need help with right now? And what words are they Googling? Create bite sized content that answers one question or solves one problem at a time. And for those wondering about searchability, yes, your lane needs keywords. You don't need a blog to show up in search. Your Instagram bio, your YouTube titles, and podcast episodes. They're all SEO goldmines. Which is why I am podcasting more if you have not noticed. Okay, searchable, searchable and searchable. I know you're probably like Michelle didn't increase the podcast episode. Sure did. Sure did. I know it's crazy. You don't have to be like me. Okay. You do not have to be like me. Action tip. Create a list of 10 questions your ideal client has. Answer them on reels or in stories this week. Second question it's the strategy part of me that wants to plan it all out, but where do I even begin? This is one for all of my overthinkers. You know what you want to do, but the idea of creating a strategy feels overwhelming. You're stuck in planning paralysis. Here's how we simplify it. The first step is define one clear goal for the next 30 days. Don't try to plan your entire year right now. Just start with the first 30 days. What is one thing I want people to know? Ask what is one thing I want people to know? Me for this next month. What is one offer I want to promote? Once you have your one focus, everything else flows. Step number two is to choose your content themes. This is how I teach it inside my seven day visibility challenge and in my community. Pick three content themes that support your offer. For example, theme one Educate. Teach people what they don't know about your topic. Theme number two is relate. Share your story, your struggles and your wins. And three Number three is convert. Show them why your offer solves their problem. Now just rotate the themes in your content each week and boom, you have a strategy. Step number three is to use a light system. If planning everything out paralyzes you, use a light system like A content calendar with three slots a week. One weekly task for visibility like going live, guest podcasting, etc. A weekly check in. Did I show up? Did I sell? Did I serve? That's it. Hunting should feel supportive, not suffocating. Here's your action tip. Set a 30 minute timer this week and plan just next week's content. Pick your three post topics, write one caption. Done. Okay, done. Now here's what to do if you're still feeling overwhelmed. If all of this sounds amazing, but you're still thinking, Michelle, I need help. I got you. The first thing I want you to do if you're not ready to work with me one on one is to start my free seven day visibility challenge. It's helped so many people clarify their content strategy and get seen. You can click down below in the show notes to join or DM me the word challenge on Instagram if you're ready to go deeper. Lane as Your Lens:

Simplifying the Strategy Process
Michelle provides a three-step approach to demystify strategy formulation:
Define One Clear Goal for the Next 30 Days:
Focus on a singular objective to prevent feeling overwhelmed.
Quote: "Define one clear goal for the next 30 days. Don't try to plan your entire year right now." ([09:10])
Choose Your Content Themes:

Implement a Light Planning System:

Actionable Tip – Weekly Content Planning:
Set a 30-minute timer to plan the upcoming week's content by selecting three post topics and writing one caption.
