The energy in this room, it is different. And I don't mean hype, I mean intention. People here are not just talking about what they want to do, they're talking about what they're doing. They are moving, they're executing, they are asking better questions. And that sometimes you cannot feel online, because online you see the highlight. But in rooms like this, you hear real conversation. The doubts, the pivots, the strategy. And that's what makes it powerful. I want to get into the conversations that I've been hearing and I've been having. I've been having conversations about showing up online, being real, not overthinking content, actually getting clients. And the one thing that keeps coming up over and over again is this. People are tired of performing. They don't want to sound like everybody else. They don't want to keep posting just to post. They want connection, clarity, and clients. And the biggest realization is that the people who are actually getting results are not the ones doing the most, but they are the ones being the most clear. So let me tell you what I am seeing in this room, okay? People are being real, not curated, not perfect, real people are talking about what's working, what's actually happening in their businesses. We are getting deep, people are asking questions, and that builds a faster trust than anything. The second thing is that people are focused on relationships. I can see that. Definitely. I had dinner with other community leaders and honestly, it was very refreshing because we were not just talking about content, we were talking about building communities, supporting people, collaborating, growing together. And that's something that I always say, your next opportunity is probably in a conversation, it's not in a post. The third thing is that they're collaborating. So many conversations here are, let's do something together. It is not how can I compete? And that is the shift right there that changes everything, because collaboration multiplies your visibility. Now, if I had to sum up, Everything I am seeing in this room is this. You do not need more content, you need better conversation because content gets you in the room. But conversations creates opportunity. And being here just reminds me again, you can't shortcut proximity. Content gets you seen, conversations get you paid.
