A KFC tale in the pursuit of flavor. The greatest insult the Colonel ever suffered was being served a wrap that was just a snack by a friend. So he took two crispy tenders, lettuce, tomatoes and pepper mayo and wrapped them in a soft tortilla. It wasn't a snack, it was a meal. He called it a twister and never called that friend again. The Colonel lived so we could chicken the Twister. Now back at KFC Classic or with bacon. Also try it spicy. It's finger licking good.

Prices and participation may vary. Hey, welcome back to Social Media Decoded. I'm Michelle Thames, visibility coach and founder of the Elevate and Empower Experience. Now, today, we're having a real conversation because some of you do not need more followers. You need a monetization plan. And if that stung a little, good. Stay with me. Go ahead and get your pens and your notepads ready because gems are about to be dropped. Let me tell you what I see every single day. People posting, people showing up, people going live, people doing reels and still saying, I just need to grow my audience. No, you don't. You need a clear offer, a conversion path, a revenue strategy, and a real reason that someone should pay you. Visibility without monetization is just performance, and performance does not pay the bills. Let me say that again. Visibility without monetization is just performance. Why? Followers aren't the issue now. I've worked with people who had 800 followers and made $10,000 months. I've had people with 2,000 followers and sold out VIP days. I've had people with 3,000 followers and 5 fill their programs. Meanwhile, I've seen people with 50,000 accounts making nothing. Followers do not equal money. Alignment plus clarity plus positioning equals money. The question is not how do I grow? But the question is what happens after someone finds me. If someone lands on your page today, can they tell what you do, who you help, how you help, what to buy, and what to click? Or are they just watching? Quick pause. If you are tired of posting and not seeing revenue, I want you inside my $27 live event happening this month in March. It's called the Visibility to Reset. It's called the Visibility to Revenue Reset. And I'm breaking down. How to turn visibility into sales, how to structure offers correctly, how to stop underpricing yourself, and how to build a monetization path that makes sense. This is not motivation. This is strategy. The ticket is $27 and the link is in the show notes. If you're serious, I'll see You there. Now let's get back to it. What a monetization plan actually includes here's what a monetization plan includes actually means. One, a core offer. What are you selling consistently? Number two, an entry offer. How does someone enter your world? Number three, the Ascension path. What's the next step after they buy? Number four, Content with intent. Are you posting to educate? Convert authority Bill? Number five, Conversion moments. Are you asking for the sale? Most people are visible, but few are converting. And I'm going to be honest. If you are not making consistent sales, it is not because the algorithm hates you. It's because your monetization path is unclear. This is exactly why I built the Elevated empower experience. My community Inside the community. We don't just talk about posting. We talk about offers, messaging, authority, positioning, revenue strategy, collaboration and monetization systems. It's for women who are done playing business. If you want structured support around monetization, the link to join and apply for the collective is in the show. Notes if you're listening. In March, we're focused on revenue clarity all month long and it's Women's History month. So stop chasing followers. Start building revenue systems. Because visibility without revenue leads to burnout. Visibility with strategy leads to freedom. And I want freedom for you. I will talk to you in the next episode. Peace.
