Is it ever okay to give into the negative thoughts? Can you be allowed to take a minute without worrying that you're manifesting something you don't want?

It's unrealistic to be "high vibes only." We're human, and we're designed to experience a range of emotions including stress, anger, sadness, worry, etc. While the goal is joy, love, excitement, and all the high frequency emotions, we just can't expect ourselves to always be up there. We'd be lying to ourselves.

Some people say we're always manifesting--and I do believe that--but, listen in for why you're allowed to have a moment or two when you need it!
