But it’s not just for animal intuitives or energy healers.It’s for you, too.

Our animals track our nervous systems.They feel our tension and our stillness.And sometimes, they absorb what we can’t carry.

When we ground ourselves, we show up more clearly and calmly, not just for them, but for ourselves.

Today, I’m offering you a gentle guided meditation to help you reset and reconnect. It’s the same kind of visualization I use before animal communication sessions and I hope it becomes a soft landing place for you anytime you need it.
