Gleanings - December 2025

Wise organizational leaders and managers understand that the objective in life is not power, fame, fortune, or fun, but humble obedience to God. This is true both personally and organizationally. There is no other way to achieve true god-honoring personal and organizational success except through alignment with the will, ways, timing, and glory of God. This is the requisite attitude that must undergird every person and organization seeking true success and the ultimate prize of the high calling in Christ.

Gleanings - November 2025

Organizational leaders must recognize the reality of sin in the universe and understand that the best people to build with are those who are seeking to live aligned with God. By partnering with God to realize individual potential, organizations can efficiently deliver an excellent value proposition. It is therefore incumbent on leaders to build with the right people and set a context for the people to be successful. This is profound leadership.

Gleanings - October 2025

Gleanings - September 2025

Organizational leaders and managers understand the responsibility of every true disciple of Jesus to live the faith not just profess it. They understand that the populist paradigm of Christianity is confused about this truth. These leaders and managers recognize their responsibility to live soundly consistent with profound truth. And they recognize their responsibility to disciple their stakeholders according to this truth. As the stakeholders live the Christian faith well, they will work as Jesus did to produce an excellent value proposition that reflects Christian values and principles with integrity. And the fruit of faithfulness to truth will be a lifestyle of redemption that will be a positive testimony for Jesus and the good news of the kingdom of God.

Gleanings - August 2025

Wise organizational leaders and managers must mature as disciples of Jesus who are progressively growing in the capacity to function based on a Christian worldview of the good news of the kingdom of God. They understand their assignment is from the Lord and is to serve his purpose in all the organization’s stakeholders. Accordingly, they must build with people whom they disciple in this worldview and seek to deliver their divinely ordained value proposition with excellence and efficiency for the glory of God.
