Sally - The Awakened Mumma. Sally is a mum, wife and a registered nurse. In August 2018 Sally was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Luckily, they got it early enough but the road to recovery was not easy. One of Sally's key messages is that your mental health - directly impacts your physical health. Sally encourages us all to take small steps each day to maintain our mental health. Sally has since recovered and is now actively helping mum's who are walking her path. Sally volunteers with the cancer support charity Bloomhill, and has began blog writing and offering support and coaching as the Awakened Mumma. People struggling with health or cancer (or a loved one) need to hear this positive, encouraging story.
