In today's solo episode, I'm opening up to you about my recent health setback - adrenal collapse. I wanted to be open and vulnerable with you about my own healing journey and how healing isn't a linear process. I'll be speaking about how I navigate the emotional, mental and physical challenges that come along with a setback, and why I view it as a lesson to be learned about healing.
