This week Stephanie Kramer and I had an opportunity to speak with Kimberly Seals Allers. In this episode, we learned about Kimberly's powerful work and experience and dove into some of the core principles from Stephanie's book, Carry Strong, that are crucial to supporting women as they navigate pregnancy and work. Kimberly is the founder of Irth, an app where you can find prenatal, birthing, postpartum, and pediatric reviews of care from other Black and brown women. She designed it to be the #1 “Yelp-like” platform for the pregnancy and new motherhood journey, made by and for people of color.
