In this episode, I also officially introduce my brand-new solo podcast, Peace Over Panic, a space dedicated to moving beyond simply surviving anxiety and learning how to truly live.

This isn't goodbye to The Anxiety Chicks. Our hope is to continue recording together as schedules allow. Instead, this is the beginning of a new journey, one where we'll explore healing, faith, nervous system regulation, expert interviews, listener stories, and what it really looks like to build a life beyond fear.
