Today, of all days, is the perfect day to start a meditation practice and I’ve got one that’s super easy.

It’s a way to show loving kindness to yourself and others at the same time.

You can control how you feel at any given moment or space in time and this is one of the tools I’ve found to help me which only takes a few minutes to do.
