So Katie and I, I am realizing more and more have a redneck romance. And the reason I say that is because Katie has already presented me with my Valentine's Day gift.
Podcast Host 1
But It's January.
Podcast Host 2
What?
Podcast Host 1
19th?
Podcast Host 5
Doesn't she know about your whole order of the holidays crap?
Podcast Host 4
But there really is nothing between now.
Podcast Host 2
There's nothing between now and Valentine's Day. But that was part of her argument. She said, I know that you're a big believer in holiday to holiday. There's nothing, you know between now and Valentine's Day. Plus you're sick. So I thought this will give you a boost.
Podcast Host 5
And she probably could have bought it a couple weeks ago because they put Valentine's stuff on sale about a week and a half before Christmas.
Podcast Host 2
So not kidding. On the way to work this morning, I saw a house that had a heart in the window as a Valentine's Day decoration, which I've never seen before. That's so sweet. And I thought, well, there is nothing but between now and Valentine's Day. But anyway, so last week, yes, Katie has given me my Valentine's Day gift, and it is two tickets to the Daytona 500.
Podcast Host 4
Oh, boy. Nice.
Podcast Host 5
Is it that weekend?
Podcast Host 4
That's what I'm talking.
Podcast Host 2
Valentine's Day weekend is Daytona 500. And I will be down there with Tim McGraw. I'll be down there with Sarah Palin. I'll be down there with my girlfriend, Katie Jo. So, yeah, so she was like. She was so excited. It was almost like, so you want to go like, you know, like, this is our Valentine's Day gift.
Podcast Host 5
Isn't that technically. Didn't she give herself. I think she pairs tickets to the Daytona 500.
Podcast Host 2
Yes. Because that kind of incline into the question, do you.
Podcast Host 1
So do you want to go?
Podcast Host 2
Means that, yes, she got tickets. And she. And I think that if she didn't take me with her, that she probably would take somebody else.
Podcast Host 4
This is a reach here, but this is a little bit like when you give somebody, like, something from Victoria's Secret for Valentine's Day, that's really not for them. That's really for you.
Podcast Host 5
Right.
Podcast Host 4
Which is really where we're going. This is the redneck version of it. Victoria's Secret.
Podcast Host 2
That's what I'm saying. That's our redneck romance. And so I. But Valentine's Day is about making both of us happy. And so. And she's. Neither one of us ever been to the Daytona 500. But I've told you for years that Katie's a huge NASCAR fan. So this is like. This is really NASCAR Super Bowl. So the fact that she's never gone. Yes. I'm actually tagging along with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day weekend mask is my gift.
Podcast Host 5
I hope Jessica is as reasonable as you when for Valentine's Day, she gets an infrared universal remote control and in wall speakers for a home theater system. I really hope she loves those as much.
Podcast Host 2
She'll be like, oh, you're so romantic.
Podcast Host 5
So nice. Oh, so these go right in the ceiling. That's great. Oh, wow. Dolby 5.1 surround sound. Fantastic.
Podcast Host 4
Happy Valentine's Day. Listen, it's the vert show. Get that MX gold cart ready. I'm way too tired to cook tonight.
