This week we're joined by Saska who shares about her vacation to Japan where she explored by jumping from vending machine. If you've got your own beverage-cation related stories I'd love to hear them, message the Facebook page or @beverageminute (and let me know if I can share it on the show).

On the very first TBM on location I meet up with Phyllis Fletcher at Seattle area drive-up Burgermaster. Phyllis introduces me to one of her favorite milkshakes, we discover the perfect place for a meetup during a pandemic, and I get a chance to work through my drive-up anxiety. In a Beverage Minute first, we (Christy) try our (her) hand at making Dalgona coffee, a foamy whipped treat that has recently been made popular on Korean YouTube but has recently taken the US internet by storm. With only three ingredients you probably have the items to make this in your house right now! Just brace yourself if you don't have a mixer, the recipe Christy uses says to whisk "till your arm falls off". You can find the recipe Christy used here and if you make it yourself be sure to share a picture in our Facebook group or Twitter. I'll mail a can of Loganberry and a can of Cactus Cooler to the first person that shares a picture!

We're joined by Bet and Bobby to talk about a beverage from Buffalo and boy were they brilliant! We try "Aunt Rosie's Loganberry" one of the handfuls of brands that make this unique and tangy regional favorite. Come aboard the beverage train and let's try some loganberry! You can find Bet on her Facebook (don't be creepy) and listen to Bobby over on our cousin-cast This Show Has Everything.

When I came across a metaphorical treasure trove of unique beverages at a local convenience store I had no idea I'd be finding literal Gold, Kona Gold that is. I'm always game for a new brand of energy drink, but this was more than "just an energy drink" it was an energy drink with hemp. We're joined by the entire cast of Try to Podcast as we wet our whistles and tickle our tastebuds with that sweet citrusy soda from the 90s, no not that one, the one with CARBOS!

Are 10 bottlecaps too many bottlecaps? Can we all agree to start calling kombucha "the buch"? What is that smell in my car? We're joined by Christy Wise, a friend of the show and renowned kombucha hater as we test-drive a new (albeit poorly timed) segment that we're calling "The Beverage Minute Supermarket Sweep"Today's Beverages:WTRMLN WTR -- 3.25 Bottlecaps (Christy 2.5, Jeremy 4) Cinnamon Apple Cider Vinegar -- 3 Bottlecaps (Christy 2.5, Jeremy 3)

We are joined by Kelby and Miranda to sample a unique novelty beverage that is simply called "grass soda". You'll be surprised as we take a sip and enjoy a surprising twist. We also cover some lister feedback from our Facebook page and invite you to @ us with your own beverage thoughts @BeverageMinute. In beverage-related news -- industry giant Coca-Cola has entered the energy drink market with its own offering.

We sample a powdered energy drink marketed towards gamers called G FUEL. The line includes dozens of unique flavors with names like "Hype Sauce" and "Battle Juice". We try 4 flavors and I'll tell you, I would not suggest drinking that much G FUEL. Our guest this week is Jamie who (with the help of a friend) introduced me to G FUEL. You can find her by searching the username "@DirtyPillowFort" on your social media platform of choice.
