C
Words to Remember Wisdom is knowing how to apply knowledge and understanding in everyday life.

As we read more wisdom today, remember that Proverbs isn't a book of God's laws. It's a book of good advice about life. That advice can be useful in a lot of situations that we find ourselves in today. We read about the importance of patience and self control. Both are hard to live out, but both have great power. We finished today's reading with Solomon reminding us again after he already told us a few times just today how important our words are. Gossip, lies and flattery are wicked. Flattery might be a new word for you, so let's make it a word to remember.

Flattery is an insincere call compliment often used to manipulate

God gets the glory even in mystery. Sometimes he chooses to reveal his plans and thoughts to us and sometimes he chooses not to. He may not tell us everything we want to know, but he always tells us everything we need to know. He gives us all the details we need when we need them and not a minute earlier. He knows the answer to every mystery and he's where the joy is. Don't forget to recap your recap with our seven Day Roundup. In this special episode, we'll zoom out to look back on everything we've learned and we'll wrap it all up into a big picture. We'll revisit our words to remember so that we can apply God's word to our lives. We'll see you at the seven Day Roundup.
