This dry valley will be filled with pools of water. You will see neither wind nor rain, says the Lord, but this valley will be filled with water. Remember Elisha with an S? He's the prophet that God told Elijah with a J to a point to remember which one came first. It's alphabetical order again, so J comes before S in the Alphabet. It's almost time for Elijah to die, and Elisha is heartbroken. Elisha asks his teacher Elijah for a double portion of the Spirit of God. When Elijah asks God on Elisha's behalf, God gives it to him.
