Before we go, let's talk about an application by ourselves. We can't become wise or keep all of the advice in Proverbs. But God loves wisdom and he loves helping his kids become wise. In chapter seven Proverbs, dad told his son to be careful what his eyes see, what his hands do, and what his heart loves. And God can help you with this too. Draw some eyes, some hands and a heart on a piece of paper and put it where you will see it every day. Each time you see it, ask God to help you guard your eyes, hands and heart. Ask him to let your eyes see him, your hands do his work and your heart love him and others more.

He's where the joy is.
